This end unit includes double parking space, a lovely fountain view from rear patios, on both 1st and 2nd floors. Within walking distance to one of four outdoor bbq pavilions. Spectacular 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home for your family to enjoy. Also included is a brand new kitchen with all of the necessary equipment for a lovey meal, LVT floors throughout the home, with cable and WiFi connectivity. We are within walking distance to all of the resort amenities including... main pool with a convenient tiki bar poolside, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, kids playground area, volleyball court and other outdoor activities. Access to the Cenote spa, fitness center, and indoor arcade. Also onsite, a marketplace for grab and go items. Not wanting to travel out for dinner? Come and have a bite to eat at the Regal Palms very own Frankie Farrell's Bar & Grille, or enjoy a treat onsite at Frankie's Ice Cream Shoppe also located in the clubhouse by the pool.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. Arriving before 4:00pm? No problem! Pre-registration begins at 12 o'clock noon where guests can enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities until official check-in time.
All outdoor resort amenities open 8:00 am to 11:00 pm daily (weather permitting). Pool towels available to rent for $10 or you may bring your own.
