Maison de la Tour ist ein aus dem 17. Jahrhundert Stadthaus im ältesten Teil von Antibes, die auch eine ruhige Fußgängerzone. Es wurde komplett renoviert Kombination provenzalischen Charme mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten.

Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Côte d'Azur zu erkunden, einfach nur entspannen und / oder bereiten wunderbare Mahlzeiten während des ganzen Jahres. Diese einzigartige und geräumige Haus mit eigenem en-suite Badezimmer passt Paare oder Familien mit Kindern.

Dieses 3-stöckigen Stadthaus liegt in einer schönen Fußgängerzone gelegen, direkt hinter der Porte de l'Orme, einem der alten Stadttore im ältesten Teil von Antibes, einen Steinwurf von der überdachten provenzalischen Markt, das Picasso Museum, der Hafen, das Meer und natürlich viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der nächste öffentliche Strand ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Von der Sonne geküsst außergewöhnliche Dachterrasse, sind Sie in der Lage sein, eine 360-Grad-Blick über Vieil Antibes, das Meer, die Berge und auch Nizza und Cap Ferrat genießen. Die stilvolle Lounge / Essbereich, die bequem sitzt 6, hat einen wunderbaren dim-Lage-Beleuchtung für den Abend und einem großen Sonnenschirm, um Sie vor der Sonne während der heißen Stunden des Tages zu schützen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um zu frühstücken, essen oder einfach nur nach einem Tag am Strand zu entspannen. Die große Weber Gas-Grill (E320 Classic) können Sie schöne Grillpartys "mit Blick" haben.

Maison de la Tour hat viele historische Details wie weiß getünchten Holzdecken und Balken, Eiche Türen, Terrakotta und traditionell bemalten Zementfliesen. Eines der Zimmer hat sogar eine Gewölbedecke und einen Arbeits, antike Holzofen Kamin.

Jedes der Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (chambre des drapeaux hat 2 Einzelbetten 90x200, chambre des rames hat eine Messingkingsize-Bett 160x200 und chambre de l'Ancre verfügt über ein Messing Super-Kingsize-Bett 180-200) hat ein eigenes stilvolles Bad ( 2 mit großen Duschkabinen und eines mit Badewanne / Dusche) mit retro, Chromarmaturen. Die feinste Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle und hochwertige Handtücher, einschließlich Strandtücher sind für Ihren Komfort gewählt worden. Jeder von ihnen hat auch einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player (multi-regional), Apple TV und ein Abonnement für Netflix. Wifi ist im ganzen Haus, einschließlich der Dachterrasse zur Verfügung.

Die große, moderne Wohnküche / Esszimmer befindet sich auf der 3. Etage direkt unter der Dachterrasse. Amazing house in superb location

This house is right in the middle of the old town yet in a quiet location. The house is perfect inside and has a gorgeous room terrace with amazing views. We stayed with our teenage daughters who loved being so close to town and also near the beach. Highly recommend it.

The Perfect Côte Azur Immersion

Our stay was all about food, culture and beauty. This townhome made all of those so easy to enjoy. With the market & the beach just steps away, memorable dining in the town and museums such as the Picasso museum a 3 minute walk. The home is well equipped for cooking the incredible foods from the market and the walkability made staying home bound more attractive than going on excursions most days!

A very special place

My sister and I have now enjoyed 5 wonderful holidays at Maison de la Tour. We love its location in the beautiful old town , where everything you need is just steps away and yet it is quiet. It is very well furnished, equipped and maintained so is extremely comfortable. We especially love to spend time on the roof terrace enjoying the amazing view of mountains and sea. Ivan is so welcoming, friendly, considerate and helpful. We can't wait to return...

Beautiful house ingreat location

Travelled with my two sisters for a weeks stay to relax and spend some quality time together. We could not have choose a more perfect house. There was nothing to fault in such a wonderful house in the heart of Antibes. Every possible comfort and need had been anticipated by the owner. Our only regret was having to leave but we have already booked for a return visit next year. The customer service from Ivan was faultless we were so impressed.

PLUS: - centre of old town, everything very close by - wonderfull house, totally renovated - very good bathrooms - very well, I mean very well decorated - nice rooftop terrace, with nice views - television in each room, with netflix, apple TV, wifi.... - kitchen is cosy and also fully equipped. - The host, Ivan is a very friendly person, who will help wherever he can! Just Perfect

we spent 9 days at this lovely getaway. Interior - beds were perfect (and I'm very picky here), A/C present in every room and worked like a charm, kitchen well appointed and prepared. Stairs were not an issue for us although some might struggle with the 4 floors. Exterior - the outdoor patio was used each morning and evening and gave lovely views of the surrounds. Would have liked to turn off all the lights outside (Persied meteor showers were in full swing) but couldn't figure out how. Proximity to morning coffee and boulangeries and fresh market couldn't be closer and easy walk to two great beaches. Host provided beach towels and beach bags. Overall, cannot wait to return specifically to Antibes and this location. Relaxing and perfect.

Amazing Property, Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Antibes.

We have just spent a week staying in this beautiful house and I can honestly say that it is by far the nicest property we have ever had the pleasure in renting. The house has been renovated to the highest standard and is full of charm and modern facilities. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied by Ivan, and nothing was too much trouble for him. The Roof Terrace is simply stunning, with wonderful sea views making it the perfect spot for relaxing evening drinks and dinners. Wifi access is fantastic, good signal on all floors which was very useful as I did have to work some mornings whilst out there. All of the local shops, bars and restaurants are within a minutes’ walk of the property, so the location could not have been better. I highly recommend this property to others, you will not find a more comfortable, beautifully presented house in Antibes, nor a more welcoming host than Ivan!

Magical holiday

La Maison de la Tour is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. Its location in the old town is perfect - everything you need is close by and yet it is quiet. My sister and I enjoyed being so close to the beach for an early morning dip before breakfast at a great coffee shop. We also enjoyed shopping each day at the wonderful provencal market and local shops such as the boulangerie. We fell in love with La Maison and with Antibes. It was particularly hot for September so we enjoyed the comfort and luxury of all the facilities in la Maison. We loved the wonderful roof terrace especially in the balmy evenings. We enjoyed preparing meals using the local produce and of course there are good restaurants nearby as well. Ivan was lovely to deal with and to meet. He was so welcoming friendly and thoughtful - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much Ivan for everything - we can't wait to return....

Amazing home in the heart of Antibes

Our stay at Maison de la Tour in Antibes was nothing short of amazing. First, Ivan was the best host. He booked us a car to the house from the airport on the way in and out of Antibes. He also left us some local treats for us to eat throughout the week. His homemade and jam and olive oil were our favorites! He kept in contact throughout our whole stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and to check if we need anything. Our stay was perfect due to Ivan's attentiveness. Second, the house was amazing. Our favorite thing to do was sit and drink coffee or cocktails on the rooftop terrace. The view is the best in the city. Each room was decorated wonderfully and was very comfortable. We also loved that each room had a luxurious bathroom as well. The location of the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches and shops. There also is a market right outside of the apartment which we visited in the mornings for breakfast supplies. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Antibes, look no further. Maison de la Tour and Ivan made our stay in Antibes perfect!

Everything we could ask for!

We spent 6 delightful weeks in Maison de la Tour with our 2 young sons during the winter of 2016. Maison de la Tour has all the modern amenities of a 5 star hotel without sacrificing Provencal charm and warmth. On a quiet street between the Mediterranean and the Marche Provencal, the location in the oldest part of Antibes is charming and central. We had a car (easy to park in the Pre de Pecheurs garage with long-term rates), but went days without using it. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the train and bus stations if you wish to explore other Riviera destinations. Ivan is an excellent host and easily accessible. He went above and beyond to give us a warm welcome and his thoughtfulness is apparent from the beautiful decor to the perfectly appointed kitchen. Should you find yourself in Maison de la Tour on the rare rainy day, don't worry. There is a wonderful collection of DVDs, beautiful cookbooks and coffee table books and even Apple TV. The view from the rooftop is amazing both day and night. We appreciated the high end Weber gas grill and planters full of fresh rosemary. We hated to leave!

Beautiful Place with Hidden Problems and a Bad Ending

This is a beautiful place in a great location with 3 bathrooms an a nice kitchen. On the outdoor deck at our first night dinner meal I sat down on a chair and fell back against the guard rail. Later when I took my shower the handle of the valve fell apart into the tub. And the next day my son mentioned his shower in another bathroom would not drain properly. On our last day we received a notice from our travel agency warning us of travel disruptions due to the rail strike. We were forced to leave early and were completely distracted by strike causing cancellations to most trains from Marseille that day. After later communicating with the property owner, he informed us he was charging us 600 euros for the broken chair which my family did not cause. I certainly feel he took advantage of us and warn others he can not be trusted.

Französischer Charme pur!

Tolles altes Haus in der Altstadt von Antibes mit viel Charme und Flair - nur je ca. 100 m vom Meer, der Markthalle und dem Picasso-Museum entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine große Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer uns über die Altstadtdächer. Es vermittelt ein sehr authentisch französisches Wohngefühl - will heißen, man fühlt sich hier fast wie ein Franzose und kaum wie ein Tourist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder - und zwar schon im nächsten Jahr.

Great stay in the heart of Antibes

We were curious to experience the first time a winter week in Antibes. To cut it short - we had a great time in Antibes. The setting in the heart of the old town has a very authentic atmosphere. The Marché Provencal is virtually at your doorsteps and many nice restos and cafes as well. Within short time you get to know the merchants and you feel like a real Antibois. Also that our 14/16 year old kids could explore the town on their own whenever they liked was rewarding. For us not only the setting was important - at this time of the year we wanted a well appointed apartment with a cozy feel since you spend much more time at home than in summer. And this place was absolutely perfect for our purposes - everything was there in good quality- the bedding and linens are a dream and the living room / dining kitchen was also nice to spend time in. The house allows a lot of privacy as all of the three bedrooms are on different levels. The rooftop terrace is a true gem, the view exceptional - seaview, townview, mountainview all there, just turn around. You could spend hours there. We actually spent noontime up there on the few sunny days we had - we could bask in the sun and it did not feel at all like mid February - what a great escape for North of the Alps people like us. I do now understand why writers, painters etc. escaped to the côte d’azur in wintertime. Summertime is great, but you expect that ... but wintertime makes a surprisingly larger difference compared to Germany. Ultimately I would like to spend a few words on Ivan as a host. Ivan is probably the most meticulous and caring host you can imagine. Communication was great from booking until after vacations. He stays in touch during your stay to answer your questions (TV was a bit tricky if you are not familiar with French Freebox system; if you’re not into live TV there is also Netflix, Apple TV etc. and lots of greatly chosen DVDs) and he has added a warm vibe to the house. On our arrival we also found a sumptuous plate with sweet and salty pastries, some chilled beers in the fridge and a very nice bottle of good wine. These little frills make you feel at home rightaway and your vacation starts this very moment. To sum it up, Antibes is great anytime of year and with a place like Ivan’s you don’t want to leave. We enjoyed this winter week so much (apart from all the spring, fall and summer vacations we had spent there before) and are now looking to purchase a property ourselves ;-)

Ein Schmuckstück im Herzen der Altstadt

Im Oktober haben wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) eine Woche in diesem wunderbar restaurierten Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Antibes verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und insbesondere der offenen Wohnküche, die für uns das Herz des Hauses war, lässt keine Wünsche offen, es fehlt an nichts und ist dazu noch äußerst geschmackvoll. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt und zum Meer. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Für die täglichen Einkäufe findet sich praktisch unmittelbar vor der Haustür alles, was das Herz begehrt. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir in einer Entfernung von 5 Minuten Fußweg in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage zu einem Wochenpauschalpreis abstellen, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Die Betreuung durch unseren Vermieter war ebenfalls hervorragend, sowohl vor der Anreise als auch vor Ort. Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienhaus nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wonderful house in a wonderful town - Vive L'Antibes!

We spent a week in Antibes end of August this year (2016). We were 4 adults, my parents a friend of the family and myself. We enjoyed every single day and although time passed fast, it felt much more than a week. Antibes is a great place to start day excursions to beautiful places like Saint-Paul de Vence, Monaco or Cannes. Especially the small artist village with the stunning Fondation Maeght and the beautiful old town is worth a visit - thanks you Ivan for making us aware. Last not least Antibes itself is just so magnificent! The marche Provencal & the musée Picasso - we could have stayed on the terrace the entire day - make you feel at home. But there is one more important thing, which is a necessary prerequisite to make your visit in Antibes complete. If you want to stay in the most beautiful house with the most welcoming hosts and feel as Cote d'Azur as possible, than you should definitely stay in the Maison de la tour. It can meet all you expectations, no matter if you want to just relax in a beautifully furnished house, enjoy the envious glimpse of the passing tourist while entering you stunning city mansion or barbecue the most tasty and fresh Provencal vegetables on your terrace - only Picasso & his friends had a similar view - you will love it. Traumhaft schön!

Das Stadthaus von Ivan ist ein wahrer Schatz: 1 Fußminute entfernt vom Picasso Museum, der Kathedrale, dem provenzalischen Markt und dem Stadtstrand von Antibes - zentraler geht es nicht. Jede der 5 Etagen ist aufs liebevollste renoviert - wunderbare Einrichtung mit witzigen Details und elektronische Top Ausstattung (apple TV, Netflicks, DVDs, super Wlan) - es mangelt an nichts. Die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als bei uns zu Hause - auf dem Dach lässt es sich über den Dächern von Antibes vortrefflich grillen, chillen und Rose trinken. Sollte der abends mal ausgehen ist der nächste kleine Late Night Supermache mit mehreren Weinkühlschränken nur ein paar Stolperschritte entfernt... Schlaraffenland. Die Altstadt von Antibes lockt mit ihren Boutiquen, Boulangerien, Traiteurs, Poissonerien - eigentlich müsste man jeden Abend kochen, wären da nicht die liebevoll zusammengestellten Restaurant Tips von Ivan, der sich schon im Vorfeld rührend um uns kümmert. So wohl haben wir uns schon lange nicht mehr im Urlaub gefühlt - nach einer Woche fahren wir bestens erholt und inspiriert leider schon wieder nach Hause. A la prochaine!!

Traumhaftes Stadthaus im Alten Antibes

Das Maison de la Tour hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist ausserst geschmackvoll, ob Betten, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, sowie die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnküche und der Dachterrasse sind von bester Qualität. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Die Dachterrasse ist ein kleines Paradies mt Blick bis Nizza und auf die schneebedecken Seealpen. Der marche provencial direkt vor der Haustüre ist ein Eldorado für Feinschmecker. Dass alles pico bello sauber war, verseht sich von selbst , der nächste Urlaub ist geplant ind wir freuen uns schon darauf. Renate und Jo

We loved the location of this property. Antibes is a beautiful town and this property really accentuates this. The view from the rooftop patio was stunning. Our favorite place! Walk to parking was easy. Check in and checkout was seamless.
