Komm und hol dir eine Welle von allem! Dieses wunderschöne Neubauhaus ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Anna Maria Insel zu genießen!

Dieses erstaunliche Haus befindet sich am Strand Block bietet 6 Schlafzimmer und 6 Bäder.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein geräumiger offener Wohnbereich, der zur Gourmetküche offen ist. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten am Esstisch ermöglichen es der Familie und Freunden, sich zu versammeln, um wundervolle Erinnerungen fürs Leben zu schaffen.
Dieses Haus verfügt über 6 geräumige Schlafzimmer. Fünf dieser Zimmer verfügen über Kingsize-Betten. Das sechste Zimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Sie werden den unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse nicht verpassen wollen! Wenn Sie die Treppe hinunter in die untere Etage gehen, finden Sie den Poolbereich und den Hinterhof. Hier haben wir einen beheizten Pool, ein Spa und einen Grill zum Kochen. Die geräumige Garage bietet ausreichend Parkplätze für Fahrzeuge und Spielzeug.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay or location on Anna Maria Island. Everything you see you get. The property and space was even bigger than the pictures show you. If we're ever in AMI again, this place will be first on my list.

Great location, beautiful home

Great location. Short walk to beach, shopping, restaurants. Spacious and good layout for 2 families. Lower level with backyard space, pool and hot tub was very nice for the kids. Beautiful home. Would stay here again.

Great place for a family

We loved this place. Every major bedroom had its own bathroom. Close to Bay or Gulf. Pool was lovely, and had alarms on the doors.

Very comfortable beach house

The entire family really enjoyed this property. Comfortable and attractive . Great location near the bay and the gulf . The pool area was excellent. I will tent this home again in the future.

Beautiful property and great location!

We loved the location of this property. If you turn right out of the driveway it’s 3 short blocks to sunset on the beautiful Gulf or left it’s 3 short blocks to sunrise! The beach sand is seriously white soft sand! So beautiful and everyone in our party appreciated the stay 🏖️

Battle on the beach

We came for boxing tournament and was able to walk to the venue 5 minutes for the fight great atmosphere for the fight and able to train on the beach we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Incredible

The entire process was seamless; check in and checkout was a breeze. The property managers checked in with us a few times while we were there and were always quick to respond the any questions. The neighborhood is stunning, relaxed, and friendly. So close to all the shops, beaches, etc. Loved every minute of our stay!

Great spot but week long trouble w/ AC

We felt quite lucky to find this property on short notice for a summer vacation, and we had never been to Anna Maria. The island and the location of the property did not disappoint. Overall the house was nice, but there were issues with the upstairs AC that didn't get resolved during our entire weeklong stay and it took AMI weeks and multiple phone call to resolve our dispute. Pro's: 1. Well decorated nice house with plenty of seating and sleeping options 2. The pool was one of the better ones we've encountered in Florida island rentals 3. Pretty clean overall. There were some small areas of mold in the showers, and condensation spots from the AC. 4. Location was only a couple blocks from either shore/pier, and there were a lot of good restaurants and shops one street over. 5. AMI was quick to respond to requests through their text # 6. Downstairs AC was awesome. Handled 90+ degree and humid weather no problem. Cons: 1. Upstairs AC was an issue as mentioned, and I'm not convinced it could have kept up anyway. It was 78-80, and humid all week. 2. The bunks upstairs were difficult for the teenagers to use because there aren't any blinds on the foyer windows so its was unbearably bright at 6am. 3. AMI's "starter pack" of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. is pathetic for a house that sleeps 10+ and costs what it does for the week. 4. The amount of towels was pathetic as well for 10+ people. 5. The AMI rental next door was obnoxious. Extra people in and out, too many cars, blaring music all day and night. (Not controllable I know, and we didn't report) 6. Property could really use a basic outdoor shower to wash sand off. (Seems standard at every other rental we've had) 7. AMI's communication after the stay was slow and tough. I think they were hoping we'd go away. Overall I'd rate it a 3.75/5 if I could. The upstairs AC and AMI's communication was the only major item that really brought it down. Other things were minor annoyances or improvement opportunities for AMI.

A month of warmth

Property location is stellar. Beautiful pool area. Every bedroom has its own bath. The furnishings were pretty worn and there were no extra pillows or blankets. outdoor furnishing cushions were very worn, dirty, and stained. Looks like its time for a refresh after being heavily rented.

Anna Maria island is a hidden gem

We had a wonderful first time in AMI and the house was great! Perfect location, right in the center of the island one block south of the Main Street…we were able to walk to just about everything. The home is beautiful and modern. The kids loved the heated pool and ping pong table. There were a few things that could be improved. The beds were uncomfortable and the living room didn’t have enough seating for the number of people the house holds (we had 6 adults and 2 kids). The house was pretty bare…maybe we were the first people to stay? Regardless, overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Christmas Vacation

On top of the beautiful home, and outdoor entertainment, the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere (beaches, restaurants, shops, general store). The hot tub got lots of use, as we were there with some cooler temps. Teens loved the foosball and ping pong. Great memories were made with friends and family!

An amazing home with a great outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining!

We so enjoyed celebrating our son’s birthday (and hosting a party) in this lovely spacious home. We had 12 people sleep comfortably, with all en-suite bathrooms, and the home was also a great layout for the celebration. Would definitely consider this home again!
