Our homes are stocked with a starter set of essentials, including paper products, soap, and dishwasher items, to help guests get settled in, though additional supplies are typically needed for longer stays. Regarding the A/C, the thermostat is programmed with a temperature limit to help protect the system from freezing up & to ensure it operates efficiently in Florida’s climate. We understand temperature preferences vary. We also appreciate you bringing the beach chair condition to our attention. Those chairs have since been replaced so future guests can enjoy them.
