We recently updated the dining table and couch to give the space a fresher feel and improve flow in the open-concept kitchen and living area. These changes came directly from guest feedback—and we’re listening!

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and features a private balcony with unobstructed views of the stunning Emerald Coast. Inside, you'll find a KING bed, a newly purchased smart TV, ample storage, and a recently remodeled en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. The perfect retreat for a beach weekend getaway.

The guest bedroom is also located on the second floor and features two standalone twin beds plus a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. This room was also recently updated with a smart TV so you can stream all your favorite content. It’s the perfect setup for a second family or for the kids to have their own space during your stay. We’ve also added a washer and dryer in this room, making it easy to keep clothes fresh during longer visits

The newly purchased couch in the living room converts into a sleeper sofa, offering a great option for additional guests. It’s ideal if you're traveling with a second set of adults who prefer separate sleeping spaces, or if anyone just wants a little extra room to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Our fully stocked kitchen opens directly into the dining and living areas, making it perfect for preparing meals for the whole family or creating an intimate setting with your partner. Whether you're cooking a big family dinner or enjoying a quiet meal together, this space is designed for both convenience and comfort.

Step out onto the front porch and enjoy emerald ocean views from the comfort of a cozy hanging swing. You’ll also find our beach gear storage here, stocked with a wagon, folding chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella—everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach day, without the extra expense. All we ask is that you rinse the items off with the fresh water hose provided before putting them away.

High speed internet provided throughout allowing for laptop set up at your preferred space either indoor or outdoor to compliment the ideal work on vacation environment.
