Willkommen in der VILLA PRADA, einer brandneuen modernen Villa in der Wohnanlage von Leeward. Zwei Minuten vom berühmten Grace Bay Beach und ausgezeichneten Restaurants entfernt.

Dieses einzigartige Anwesen wurde von unserer Insel Potcake Prada inspiriert, seine unkomplizierten Wege wurden in der einzigartigen Einrichtung illustriert. Genießen Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Pool mit gemütlichen Sitzbereichen in der Sonne oder sitzen Sie unter dem überdachten Essbereich und genießen Sie eine Erfrischung auf der Insel. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass auch Ihre Vierbeiner einige Zeit am Pool verbringen können.

Es gibt einen neuen Grill, den Sie auf dem Außendeck genießen können. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und bieten einen gemütlichen und komfortablen Raum. Beide verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Diese Villa ist der perfekte Ort, um sich für eine kurze Auszeit zurückzuziehen. Sie ist perfekt für 2 Paare oder ein Paar mit Kindern.

Mit Liegestühlen, einem Sonnenschirm und einer Abkühlung können Sie die vielen atemberaubenden Strände in Providenciales erkunden.

Comfort, Privacy, and Proximity to Leeward Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for two couples or families, with two identical bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room—each with its own private bathroom. Leeward Beach, just a 2-minute drive away, was our favorite on the island. The home came with all the beach essentials, making our outings super easy. Donte, who lives next door, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay at Villa Prada

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Villa Prada for 10 nights and had a wonderful stay! The villa has everything you need, just bring your clothes! We cooked breakfast daily and used the grill for some dinners. There are plenty of pots/pans/dishes and supplies that are provided. Bed was comfortable. Pool and patio were great to enjoy the TCI weather! Plenty of beach amenities: chairs, umbrella, cooler. Villa location is a very safe & quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Villa Prada!

Family Winter Getaway

The weather was hot and sunny, the villa way COOL! We loved the beds, shower, kitchen, pool area. Our hosts were marvellous! Close to beach and walking to different family activities was not far. We would definitely return to Villa Prada for another visit to TCI! All the Villa extras made our villa time lots of fun. I would have liked a floating chair in the pool…

Delightful

Absolutely delightful stay! The backyard oasis was a dream. The landscaping around the pool was simply stunning. The interior was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, with clear attention to detail. The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the good selection of games and books provided. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests had everything they needed for a memorable stay. Rochelle and Donte were helpful and friendly before and during our stay.

Even Better Than Expected

My friend and I stayed at Villa Prada for a week, and it was nothing short of amazing! It’s even better than the pictures, especially outside where they’ve added beautiful landscaping that makes you feel like you’re in your own private paradise. Rochelle and Donte were wonderful and were always quick to respond if we had any questions. You honestly can’t go wrong staying here. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! See you next time!!!

Property manager were very attentive and gave us some ideas about 1st time to TCI. House is in great location, not really walkable to beaches, but Leward was our favorite and it is in the neighborhood.three of us plenty of room and the outdoor space was fabulous. Kitchen well stocked it has everything. Only slight issues, AC unit in one of the bedrooms giraffes was a Little nosy, couch in LV room was not so comfy. We would defiantly stay again.

Lovely and relaxing

Villa Prada was a wonderful home base for our 9 days in Turks and Caicos. The outdoor space is particularly appealing; we especially loved sitting by the pool with a cocktail after a long day exploring before heading out for dinner. Rochelle and Donte were lovely and communication, etc, couldn't have been easier. The house itself was comfy and calm. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful and safe

Our stay at Prada Villa was amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated with all amenities needed, beds are comfortable and the outdoor area is wonderful. The location is perfect, quiet and felt safe. Rochelle and Jo went above and beyond helping me plan an anniversary surprise for my wife! We look forward to visiting and staying here again next year!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This cozy villa was exactly as described in the listing. Donte was easy to communicate with and met us at the house to go over all of the details of our stay. The house is perfect for a family of four or two couples. We had just enough space and having everything on one floor was great. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a beach stay. Loved having such a beautiful outdoor space and pool. Rent a car if you're staying here to get around but Sunset Beach is also within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, would love to return and highly recommend Villa Prada.
