Beautiful place with great patio/balcony

We really enjoyed our stay. We love that there are two distinct living spaces so we could come together in the larger space, but still have our own separate living areas. The place was very clean and cozy. We loved that it wasn’t far from the beach or town and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We highly suggest Joe’s Diner for breakfast!

Perfect Set up for two families

This is our second time staying at this property. It is very clean and a great set up for two families. We love the location as it’s easy to get to the beach, take a run each morning and get to all the places we love to visit while in town.

Great Vacay Space!

My family had an excellent time at this house. Everything in it is as pictured. It was immaculately clean. Greg, the host, is responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed relaxing on the various decks. In addition, Vanderbilt Beach is 5 minutes away as well as different restaurants/shopping spaces. My 6 year old daughter had a blast playing in the spacious backyard. Anytime we vacation in Naples, we certainly will be staying at this house if it is available.

Fantastic accommodation and host was very attentive

We had 7 people stay at the house June 2021. 5 kids 14-19 and 2 adults. The set up the rooms was perfect to accommodate our group and the upstairs/downstairs set up was perfect to give the teens/adults separate space. Greg was very attentive to every question and even brought by 2 new bikes for our group. His responses were timely, accurate and everything he described pre-trip was spot on. We would stay at this location again.

Nice home in Naples Park

This hoise is a large 4 bedroom updated home in Naples Park. It has a great private backyard with a hot tub. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with all sorts of kitchenware. It is on a quiet street away from all the high rises and commercial business but close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Publix. Greg is very responsive and good to work with. There are also 2 screened in porches.

Dream beach house

Beautiful home! My family and I adored our stay here. The house is exactly like the pictures and it was the best part of our Florida trip. Everything you need is available here and all the beach equipment made our beach trip effortless. The home was huge and big enough for our group of 8 plus infant and two dogs. The location is also prime and only about 5 mins drive to Vanderbilt beach where you can watch the sunrise. Some members of the family were even considering moving to Naples because of the positive experience at this home and the friendly welcoming community at the shops nearby. We hope to come back to this place again in the future. Thanks for everything Greg!

Beautiful Home!

We loved this house! It’s beautifully decorated and close to everything! The hot tub was a huge hit! It was chilly while we were there, so completely enjoyed having it! The beach supplies and bikes were greatly appreciated and in great shape. the space was amazing and had plenty of room for more people (only 3 of us). Greg was amazing to deal with! Had a small issue with the hot tub and he went over and above to help us get it figured out (user error!) We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our host Greg was wonderful! There were a few minor issues, but Greg took care of them right away! It was a beautiful house so close to the beach. There was plenty of space and beach stuff! Loved it!! Will rent again!!!

Wonderful home, close to beach.

Large open spaces. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Nice fenced in back yard for pets. Had problem getting beach storage door open, the owner returned my message immediately and had door fixed promptly. He even checked on us during our visit. Very happy with our stay and will return.

Family Vacation

I was looking for a place to stay with my 4 children while visiting family in Naples. We wanted our own space and this home was perfect! We all had our own bedroom areas and plenty of space for the teenage kids to chill and hang out after spending time with grandparents. The home was clean and had two laundry machines and kitchenette areas. The tv rooms were awesome for watching FIFA and football. We will definitely be renting this home again for future visits to my parents. Way better than renting two hotel rooms or staying with them! The owner made everything very easy and was super accommodating! Highly recommend to families.

Great Owner and House!

We stayed at this house after Hurricane Ian because we couldn't return to our home and the owner, Greg, was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive and cooperative and very kind. He worked hard to accommodate us during a time of upheaval uncertainty. The house was beautifully decorated and was very clean. It had two living areas and nice outdoor space which were very nice. It also had very nice bed linens. We are grateful to Greg!

Great property and location!

The house is just like in the listing, no surprises at all. It was clean, spacious, kitchen very well equipped and a perfectly manicured back yard! The location was fantastic, very close to the beach and various supermarkets and restaurants. We were also able to use the bicycles which made it super convenient when going to the beach (only 10 min ride). We also had our pooch with us and she loved the backyard which is completely safe. Greg was very attentive and communication with him was excellent, responded to our messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on our next visit to Naples!
