The place was beautiful and clean. (Maybe a new bedroom carpet) . Traveling with our grandson- wish pool was a bit closer. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful week in Hilton Head. We switched a couple of years ago from the beach side to the lagoon side and love it. This property met all of our expectations. It was clean and nicely decorated. Loved watching all the wildlife in the lagoon. The only minor con was the screen door really needs to be replaced. It was really hard to open. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The 3rd bedroom upstairs was very hot and you couldn't cool it down and there was drawers missing from the cabinet bathroom upstairs.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the layout of this condo. There was privacy for 4 adults and 3 kids. Each bedroom has it own bathroom. We were right across the street from the pool and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo on Lagoon

The Condo was perfect for my family of 4 and my two parents. While it would have been nice to be on the beach, it wasn't a far walk and the lagoon view was peaceful. This was our 5th trip to Hilton Head and is probably our favorite property thus far. We always stay at Palmetto Dunes, but we typically stay at the North Gate.

Nice property & great location. But we had trouble with the AC unit & in mid July that's inexcusable thus only 2 stars. Unit didnt cool the rear master suite. After the first night sleeping with no covers & miserable due to no cool air we called host. HVAC rep came out & was wonderful & a pleasure to deal with. He told us the unit was 24 years old & that the coil was filthy so he cleaned it up , did a few tweaks etc & it actually put out cool air that night. But the 3rd night was right back to muggy, thick , uncirculated air making for another uncomfortable night. So, 2 of our 3 nights were not pleasant. The main area ceiling leaked at skylight leaving water on floor in main room...we kept a bath towel there to avoid slipping. Anyway, nice house, nice location just needs new AC. For price paid you'd expect AC to be sufficient especially in July.

HH get away

Over all not bad pretty much like the pictures. The upstairs needs major remodel really hot and smells like mold. Down stairs was nice but living furnishings are old and dirty. Perfect size for 3 boys and me. Access to the pools are nice but wasn’t sure why we couldn’t use pool at Windsor right across the street. The freeze barley made ice and it was hard to open sometimes. The back porch needs to be blown or and also no broom in the until to sweep at all. Like the location for sure.

Nice property needs updates

Check in was bad. I let the mgmt company know we had not received the parking passes & was told twice they would be waiting for me. They were not waiting & it was an ordeal getting them. The place itself had good quality furnishings all around. It does need to be updated. Carpets are very old & need replacing. Also needs updated paint & decor. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay. Great view & very close to beach.

Nice Property Nice Location

This was a nice three bedroom, three bathroom property. Two bed and baths on the first floor and on on the second floor. The second floor had two double beds along with some built in bunk beds. Overall a nice property. The only issue was the second floor was very difficult to cool down.

The pool access was unclear one we arrived. I emailed to gain clarification but never received a response. Our next door condo was a owner and he filled me in on where we go and how to get in.

Perfect Getaway

The hosts left the sweetest gifts for our girls because we were there to celebrate my daughters birthday! The house was so inviting and stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen. We loved the short walk to the beach and the canal view from the back porch! Hoping to return to this place every year!

Summer trip

Condo was very updated and clean. Everything was nice. Condo is on the small side for a 3 bedroom. The only issue was that with an upstairs bedroom it was difficult to keep that room cool.
