Diese strandnahe Stadtvilla mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist die perfekte Inselvilla. Quarzarbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräte machen diese Küche zum Kochen und Unterhalten. Es öffnet sich zu einem charmanten Essbereich, Wohnbereich und Arbeitszimmer, wo große Fenster die Außenseite hereinbringen. Das Master-Bad im ersten Stock ist hell und komfortabel. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 zusätzliche Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, die eine frische, strandnahe Atmosphäre haben. Paradise

It was so nice to be so close to the beach. Also being able to rent chairs and an umbrella. It was a beautiful and peaceful place. We also felt very safe. Family oriented and plenty of empty space on the beach.

Great house

Great location and layout. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and pans. Need to bring your own plastic wrap/tin foil as well as supplies to clean grill, outside eating table and kitchen table.

Family vacation

Location was convenient to beach and pool. Lots of jellyfish but that’s no one’s fault. Townhouse a little outdated but clean, roomy and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back, maybe after jellyfish time!

Perfect in every way!

Can't be beat for location, location, location! Just steps from the beach and ocean view from the upstairs balcony. Great configuration for our family, plenty of room to spread out, beautifully decorated but also incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed - loved not having to bring beach towels, chairs and a lot of the stuff that we usually lug in the car. We'll be back!

Location location location

This property is all about the location! Community pool, beach, salty dog cafe all within 600 steps away! We had age range from 5 month old to 65 years old and this location was great for all ages. Property was very dirty upon arrival. Showers, floors, walls all contained stains. Would definitely consider staying again.

South Beach/SeaPines

Nice- sized condo with easy beach access. Less than 10 minute walk to the pool & South Beach Marina/Sea Pines Trolley stop. Very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioner struggled in 85+ degree heat, but the supplied fans helped. This is in the very back of Sea Pines - roughly a 15 minute drive to the gate of the property. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

The location of this condo is fantastic, close to the beach, close to salty dog and close to the trolley stop. Our main issue was the AC, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and thermostat is downstairs so the temps were in the high 70s in those rooms which can be concerning with toddlers/babies.

Great villa

The place was great for our family. Well maintained and lots of room. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. Short walk or just steps to the beach. We like the easy walk to Salty Dog and the pool. I’d recommend that you really look at the list of needed items. There is nothing left. Not even salt and pepper. We flew in from Texas and had to buy things. I just hate to waste staple items upon departure.

Wish we had ICE

Great location. Property was nice and had everything we needed. We had one issue. Our ice maker did not work and we’re unable to get water from front of frig. Spoke to property management who was very nice. They came to try and fix on Monday. Said they were going to replace filter and if that didn’t work they would call repair company. Nobody every came and we ended up buying ice and water jugs all week!! This was disappointing.

Great property

Nice and roomy, convenient, very pleasant place to spend the week. A short drive to Coligny beach, which was beautiful. Bike paths were amazing too.

Great location! Nice condo with enough room for a large family vacation. Great kitchen, large family room and roomy bedrooms. TV’s in every room. Amazing master upstairs, but other 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable and accommodating. Will definitely consider renting again!

College Freshman Dorm Girls Trip

Rental was great! Only complaint was that kitchen could have been better stocked. There were 6 of us and only a few wine glasses and coffee cups. We didn’t cook much, but made coffee every morning and enjoyed wine every evening!

Great location!

Great location & ease of check in/out. Liked being able to lock doors from The portal On phones . Nicely decorated & updated in true beach decor! The dishwasher panel was off when we arrived, a cabinet off the hinges in kitchen as well as hotter than blazes on upper floor so never had a great nights sleep. Only 2 floor fans in closets none on ceiling to help either. Sent messages to manager day after we arrived with no response!
