Villa Albatroz is a well designed, large family villa with an abundance of space inside and out. Furnished to a very high standard we think you will find that this holiday villa has everything you would expect to find in a quality rental property. Perched on the top of a cliff, it ebnefits from panoramic views of the sea second to no other villas in Madeira.

With the exception of the lounge, all of the rooms are one level. All 4 bedrooms are a good size and have en-suite bathrooms. There are two twin bedrooms, a double and an exceptionally large Master Suite which can comfortably accommodate 2 extra full size single beds, so perfect for a family of 4. All bedrooms have individually controlled air-conditioning units which also provide warmth in the cooler months.

The split level open plan lounge and dining area is south facing with large windows overlooking the garden, swimming pool and ocean.

Outside on the terrace is another dining table and a fixed barbecue, ideal for dinning al fresco.
Surrounding the villa is plenty of space for youngsters to run. There are 8 sun beds to laze around the 12 metre swimming pool, and you even have your own private 'Miradouro' (viewpoint), to watch the passing ships.

All in all a first class villa that will not disappoint.

In addition to all the facilities at the villa you also have complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, seven minutes drive away, including access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis court (www.albatrozhotel.com).

Everything you need is on your door step!

You will find that there is a good selection of restaurants and bars in Caniço de Baixo and all of them are within walking distance. The pebble beach and promenade is approximately a ten minute walk from the villa. There are a number of hotels and bars offering evening entertainment and if Scuba Diving is your passion, the hotels offer scuba diving courses.

The village of Caniço is about a 20 minute walk up hill and there is a regular bus service. There you have the main supermarket, chemist, post-office and a small shopping centre and yet more restaurants. Central to the village is the church and its square, where you can sit with a cup of tea or something stronger and watch the world pass by.

The cosmopolitan capital of Funchal is also easy to reach as there is an express bus service into the city centre. Being the capital Funchal has plenty of shops, restaurants, fish and vegetable market, a large marina, theatre, cable car and much more.

Pool heating is optional and costs 150,00€ per week for a setting of 25ºC, and 180€ for a setting of 26ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
Pool heating should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 500€ is required, blocked on your card at check-in.
