Diese Wohnung ist ganz neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt!
Diese helle Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer mit Dachboden und liegt günstig in der Nähe von Sharc und der Village Mall.
Genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht auf den Golfplatz, wenn Sie sich für diesen offenen, luftigen Rückzugsort entscheiden.
Die Gewölbedecken mit Nut und Feder machen diese Wohnung zu einem Aushängeschild!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein neues Queensize-Bett sowie moderne, aktualisierte Bettwäsche mit einem Fernseher / DVD-Player zum Ansehen von Filmen und einem doppelten Schrank zur Aufbewahrung Ihrer Gegenstände.
Oben auf der Treppe befindet sich ein geräumiger Loftbereich mit 2 Einzelbetten.

Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Duschwanne mit gefliester Einfassung und einer Glasverkleidung.

Der untere Wohnbereich hat einen offenen Grundriss mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, die von der Schiebetür auf der Terrasse, die zum Deck führt, auf das Wohnzimmer und den Golfplatz blickt.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, einen schönen Gaskamin für die kühlen Nächte in Sunriver und einen Flachbildfernseher.
Der Essbereich ist auch in diesem offenen Raum mit Platz für 4 und der Tisch bietet auch die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse Glasschiebetür.

Das Außendeck ist ein ruhiger Rückzugsort mit einer eingebauten Bank, auf der Sie wunderbar lesen, Vögel beobachten oder einfach nur entspannen und eine Pause machen können.
Die Aussicht auf den Golfplatz von der Terrasse aus ist atemberaubend und nachts ein Paradies für Sterngucker.
Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill zum Zubereiten von Familienfavoriten oder ein romantisches Abendessen mit einer herrlichen Aussicht.

The pictures look better than the condo. It is quite small. The furniture is old. The bedroom very small, linens are quite old ( bedspreads on all beds. Kitchen is one person only. We were uncomfortable in the condo. The television would not work. So we had one person in our condo the first night trying to get the cable up and running. The next day we had two more people from the cable company getting it working. After that found out it had no premium channels and was not able to get my own premium channels. I was told the owner did not want to update it. We left after two nights and had to walk away from a 9 night stay.

We know that you tried to cancel your reservation well past past the cancelation date because you didn't even want to come ( your words), You stated "why bother". There was a contractual agreement between parties, that we have to stick to especially in the summer. The unit is a 1 bedroom condo and the square footage IS listed in the description. Linens are less than a month old, the furniture is a quality furniture purchased within the past couple of years. The cable company and its services is on that company and not a reflection of the unit. Please refrain from speaking negatively of the owner as the owner has elected to keep cable for generational purposes, as all people do not like to stream.

Nice little Condo

Thankfully it wasn’t extremely hot as it cooled down in the evenings so we could open windows. Unit doesn’t have A/C but has 2 fans to help cool down. It was great for our family being so close to the SHARC. Definitely a plus to have SHARC passes.

We followed the suggested protocol to keep the condo as cool as possible and used the provided fans, but it did not help enough. The loft was even worse.

Thank you for your feedback. The listing does indicate that there is NO A/C. When booking for those summer months it is important to book in advance as only 35% of Sunriver homes have A/C. By booking early you have a better chance to get a preferred home with A/C. We do look forward to your next visit.

Beautiful condo in a Perfect Location

Location was perfect. View of the golf course from the deck and SHARC is across the street (passes available with the rental) . Can't get any better than that. The village is a short bike ride/walk away. Very quiet and peaceful. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds with a beautiful new full bathroom-very convenient. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The condo was clean and airy with a lot of natural sunlight. The owners are very nice people who are very receptive to hearing feedback to help enhance the experience of anyone staying at their rental. We will definitely rent this condo the next time we visit Sunriver.

Unit was older than pictured. Stains on carpets and bedding was old. Noticed several moths flying out of several closets when opening it. Wifi did not work the whole time. Having to clean up when being charged a cleaning fee isnt fair. In addition, asking to tip the housekeeper is just selfish. Communication with host was quick.

We are sorry you feel taking out the trash and starting the dishwasher is unfair. This is standard with ANY vacation rental you stay in. Cleaning fees do NOT go to the housekeepers. That covers wages, cleaning products, laundry, linens, and so much more. We hope you followed the instructions provided in the home regarding trouble with your wifi. We would have loved to assist you with the issue. We were just a phone call away.

SHARK passes are included but we did not use them. It is a short walk away.

Great location! Beautiful and quiet setting but uncomfy bed.

We had a great stay at this location and loved being so close to everything Sunriver has to offer. The passes to get into SHARC was a huge bonus for us plus it's directly across the street which was so convenient. My only complaint is that the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom was massively uncomfortable and none of the beds had mattress protectors on them so you could smell scent of the hundreds of people that have been absorbed into the mattress over the years- ew. If you have 2 people sleeping in the bed, you will both be rolling into the middle of the sag. Good quality sleep each night can make or break a vacation and it's worth investing in a good quality mattress for the guests. We probably won't be booking this location again for next year solely based on that but would love to if they upgrade the bed situation :)
