Geräumige, dreistöckige Wohnung im Herzen von Sunriver mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und eine Wiese, auf der Sie die Sommersonne genießen können!

Ein ruhiges Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen Kamin und eine eigene Außenterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Blick auf den Golfplatz. Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene kombiniert ein Queensize-Bett und ein Paar knotiger Kiefernbettbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Auf halber Höhe der Treppe zur Küche finden Sie eine sonnendurchflutete Sitzecke. Die Küche auf der Hauptebene (zweite Etage) ist mit einem Esszimmer für acht Personen verbunden. Der offene Grundriss verbindet auch die Küche mit dem hellen Wohnzimmer, wo Sie sich am großen Steinkamin aufwärmen und Netflix oder Amazon Prime beobachten können. Die angeschlossene begehbare Terrasse auf dieser Ebene ist ebenfalls dem Golfplatz zugewandt und verfügt über einen Grill und Gartenmöbel zum Kochen unter dem Sternenhimmel.

Gehen Sie die Treppe hinauf in den dritten Stock, um Zugang zum privaten Sonnenbad, Panoramaaussicht, herrliche Aussicht und absolute Privatsphäre zu haben.

Das Sunriver Village befindet sich gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Hier finden Sie mehr als 10 Restaurants, Cafés und Spezialservices wie Tandem, Liegerad und Dreirad für Erwachsene benennen Sie nur einige. Nach fünf Minuten erreichen Sie das SHARC Aquatic Center, Tennisplätze und den Golfplatz Woodland.

Great condo!!!

Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was spacious with all the pots and pans you’ll need and lots of coffee carafes, too. We prepared dinner one night and it was very easy and seamless.

The location, Check-in and communication was great. We loved having the Sharc passes and the bikes that were provided, as well. Overall, there were quite a few things that needed to be more clean, such as the bbq, dishes, floors. The place is dated which isn’t an issue, but things like the carpet in the bedrooms had a smell.

The property is really neat. Everything was very comfortable. We loved that the kitchen had everything you’d need to make meals and drinks. We only stayed overnight, but it was much nicer than an hotel.

Great place with lots of charm

I've stayed in several places in Sunriver over the years and this was my favorite. The location is perfect being close to the village, Sharc and the nature center / stables. We enjoyed having fires in the fireplace and watching movies in the evening.

Great place for a family vacation

We had a great stay. Close to the SARC, and bike paths. Our dog was scared of the open stair case at first but by the end of the week all was good. Good kitchen supplies.

Wonderful stay!!

This unit is wonderful! Great location and plenty of space for our family of 5 and doggo! Super clean and comfortable beds. No worries about no AC, it was hot outside and the home stayed plenty cool (keep windows closed during the day) We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Stay in Sunriver

Beautiful, relaxing spot in SunRiver. This location is fantastic - scenic views overlooking the golf course and super convenient proximity to grocery store, restaurants, and SHARC rec facilities. The house itself was very pretty and comfortable and it was well stocked with kitchen essentials and other thoughtful details (games, beach towels , etc). The only negative was the floors, stairs, and doors were very creaky.

Rustic original Sunriver

We rented this place for two specific reasons. Super close to mall. Just a short walk to eat and shop. But mostly we love the old fashion fireplaces. We had cozy fires every day and every night. Makes for good social hour and board games & cards with the kids!

Christmas vacation

It was a great VRBO for our stay. The only thing I would suggest for winter use of this house is don’t show the upstairs in pictures. It was blocked off when we got there, no access, so that was a bit shocking, as all the pictures showed an upper level otherwise everything lived up to expectations and more. We will definitely use this property management in the future.

I struggle writing unfavorable reviews, but our stay here was very rough. The house was terribly unclean with blood and hair inside the sheets (the sheets had not been changed or washed) a dirty Kleenex shoved under a pillow in the master bed, the carpet had stuffing (maybe from a torn up dog toy) strewn about and leftover Christmas wrap sticking out from under the couch. The dining chairs were fabric and we sticky from food. The kitchen floor had sticky dark goo in spots where spills hadn't been mopped. It was by far the dirtiest VRBO stay I've ever had. And I go a couple times a year. The spare room bed is very old and hard and pillows are flat and need replacing. The vacuum was partially broken (explaining the carpets not being clean), as we tried to clean when we got there so we could get comfortable. Batteries were dead in 2 of the 3 remotes. There are rugs on the hard wood in the bathrooms and in the kitchen that aren't anti-slip and my elderly parents almost went down more than once so we had to put them up. It was just a very difficult stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Host did offer to send a cleaning crew over the next day, but we had already spent the evening and morning washing bedding and cleaning up.

Great location in a Great area

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great-- a ten minute walk from the village. A bike path outside the door. The space was excellent-- a kitchen with plenty of pans and silverware. Loved the three levels-- two decks and the top level a private porch. One glitch-- we couldn't get the thermostat to a comfortable level. If it were winter, it would have been a problem, as the house never warmed above 60 degrees.

Disappointing

We had an emergency back home and had to leave the property 2 hours after check in. We didn't expect not to pay for the stay but we did inquire about the possibility of a reduced cleaning fee since we had not slept in any beds or used the kitchen. We never got a response regarding this request - it was simply ignored. I recognize this was an exceptional situation, but in my view, it does illustrate their approach to customer service - or lack thereof.

Nice unit

The house was nice but not as clean as I first thought..... Coffee maker has some parts missing... Could leave a broom out..too help clean up...after a few days of rain, the sand and mud find their way in... Same with a vacuum cleaner...

This place is awesome. Super cozy and well kept. Owner has all amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay here. And decided to make a tradition out of it every year! The house is neat, well maintained and decorated, all the amenities you could ask for, the property is really clean and well kept. The lighting in the house is warm and makes you feel comfortable and content. The service is also great. Only issues were very minor: internet was not working and I messaged the owner. They didn’t respond but I found the router and unplugged it, which fixed the problem. Also one of the bikes had a broken pedal. Very minor things in what was a great family experience

Great location!

Wildflower condo was a great location walking distance to SHARC and Village. Really cool setup with bedrooms downstairs which kept them cool in the summer. Wish it had AC but other than that the place was perfect for our family.

Great Sunriver Condo!

Stayed 4 nights the week of New Year's Eve. Condo was clean, bathrooms were updated, beds and bedding were comfy/warm, sofa was so soft and comfy while watching tv, playing games, or just watching the fire. Would recommend visitors to bring an axe to chop firewood into smaller pieces if staying during the winter. Meredith Lodging was great to work with. No complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite Sunriver rental

We loved this rental so much. Great location close to town, golf, and easy bike ride to marina and stables. Lots of thoughtful extras and great decor. The master bedroom was a dream come true with a fireplace and a deck with the most amazing hammock of all time. We lived the roof deck for stargazing too. The only tiny flaw was the bbq grill needing repair to right side grate, not a big issue since left side worked fine. We would book again !

Super cute, quirky condo

Enjoyed our stay. One thing I would have liked to have known is that the outdoor space, the two decks, don’t offer a lot of sunlight as the place is situated in the trees. I’m a total outdoor space person and this was too dark for me. But the place was really clean and cozy! Super close to the village! Would love to come back in the winter to really utilize the beautiful fireplace!
