Das Quelah Condo 105 liegt zentral in Sunriver. Der Quelah Condo Complex befindet sich am Kreis 3, der gleichen Straße, die Sie zum Yachthafen und zum Pferdestall Sunriver führt. Zum Naturzentrum sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Einkaufszentrum etwa 20 Minuten. Unsere Wohnung hat einen unschlagbaren Blick auf den See Aspen und Mt. Bachelor! Die hintere Terrasse bietet Blick auf den Lake Aspen und den Mt Bachelor. Man kann Rehe, Schwäne, Enten, Gänse und gelegentlich sogar einen Otter beobachten. Die Sterne in der Nacht sind unglaublich! Diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist klimatisiert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Mangoholzmöbeln, einem Flachbildfernseher und einem DVD-Player. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine sehr komfortable Königin und ein Einzelbett, TV mit DVD. Beide Duschkabinen sind mit Griffstangen zum einfachen Ein- und Aussteigen ausgestattet. Sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Ledermöbeln, 42-Zoll-Plasma-TV, DVD und WLAN-Internetverbindung. Es gibt Holzböden in den Haupträumen, Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern, eine zentrale Klimaanlage, einen Gaskamin, einen neuen elektrischen Jennair-Herd und einen großen Weber-Gasgrill. Jede Eigentumswohnung in Quelah verfügt über einen eigenen überdachten Parkplatz und Platz für ein zusätzliches Auto. Absolut KEINE HAUSTIERE und NICHTRAUCHER bitte!
Der Quelah Condo-Komplex verfügt über drei private Tennisplätze, einen Whirlpool, einen Swimmingpool und ein Kinderbecken.
Das Sunriver Resort verfügt über ein neues Wasser- und Erholungszentrum, Tennisplätze, malerische Golfplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und mehr als 53 km Radwege, die Sie erkunden können.

Quelah 105 is everything I could hope for in a Sunriver getaway—and more. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and then some: a well-stocked kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, cozy blankets and comfortable beds for restful nights, plus games for quiet evenings in. The communal amenities—pool, hot tub, and tennis courts—add to the resort-like feel, making it ideal for both relaxation and recreation.The owners are always available to take care of any questions or requests.But what truly sets this place apart is its location and view. Just steps from the nature center, my daily walks feel like something out of a dream. From the deck, I love watching the steady stream of bikers and walkers pass by on the nearby path—it’s the perfect spot for peaceful people-watching with a cup of coffee in hand.And the view… it’s simply breathtaking. I’ve stayed in Sunriver many times, and I can honestly say this is one of the best—if not the best—views in the area. From the living room, you can watch swans glide across the water, geese and ducks paddling by, herons standing tall, and deer wandering through the landscape. It’s like having your own private nature show.Sunriver holds a special place in my heart, and Quelah 105 is my sanctuary within it. I’ve stayed here several times over the years. Life threw me a curveball—cancer kept me away for a while—but I’m back now, and this sweet condo welcomed me like an old friend. I’ll absolutely be returning again.

Magical Weekend in Sunriver

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay in Sunriver. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything that we needed to enjoy the long weekend. The location made it convenient to walk or bike into the village, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the morning view from the deck was beautiful while drinking coffee.

Great stay in Quelah

We had a wonderful post-Christmas stay. The location is fantastic. Great views of Lake Aspen changing throughout the day. It is also very close to the mall. The condo had all the kitchen amenities needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We hope to come back soon!

Loved this place

We have frequented Sunriver for several decades and stayed at many properties- this one is one of the top locations for us. We loved the view of the lake- it was serene and quiet. And lots of walks on the paths around the nature area/observatory were beautiful in the snow. This compact and well-appointed place is ideal for a couple or two or a small family. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We will be back.

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The location and view from the condo couldn’t have been better.! We enjoyed watching the swans and geese. A stroll around the pond we spotted otters playing. Owner Chad was so helpful and kind with our numerous date changes.

Great stay and great views

Stayed for a wedding at Fort Rock park. This location is close enough to everything in Sunriver. The view off the back of the nature reserve is great. We enjoyed the space and that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Living space is cozy and kitchen is a nice size. Other than needing dusting the unit seemed clean. Communication was A+

Peaceful View!

This condo is right on Aspen Lake. It’s a beautiful view. We loved sitting outside and watching the family of swans that live on the lake. It is very peaceful. It has a great location and is only minutes from all parts of Sunriver.

Perfection!

This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and I can’t wait to go back next year! Location is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need to eat in every meal, which I did—saves so much $$. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I love the back deck to sit out and enjoy the amazing view of Lake Aspen and all the wildlife!

Perfect for both relaxation and recreation.

The view from the back porch is just as pictured, and “Gus” (a large resident swan) greeted us from the pond as we opened the screened doors to bask in the fresh air and sunshine. The walking/cycling trails are extensive (including unpaved mountain bike trails), and the location provides great access to the nature preserve just across the pond, the marina, horses, the river trail, golf, and Sunriver Village grocery, restaurants, and shops. Our only disappointments (which had nothing to do with the owners) were that the tennis nets were not yet up on the Quelah courts so we couldn’t play (pre-Memorial Day weekend) and there were two “prescribed burns” in the vicinity that limited outdoor activity on those days. That said, the beautiful location, well appointed condo, responsive owners, and many available activities promoting both rest and recreation are what we will again look forward to on return visits! Wonderful unit!

We were here for a not-snowy Christmas break. The view from the unit really is wonderful (the swans are year round!) The unit is well equipped and very centrally located. It basically has two large master suites- the owners have put several beds in the second suite. There is a pool/tennis/hot tub complex across the entry road available, and during winter the hot tub is open. Pickleball with quiet paddles/balls is allowed on the tennis courts during the summer (but not sure about lines)(the nets are taken down in the winter). The condo is located on the same lake as the nature center. It is definitely a place to return to!

We are a family. We love nature and being outside. We love moving and biking and reading. We love to relax together and rest amidst beauty and water. Over the years Sunriver has become a respite from noise and busyness. Here we slow down and connect. We watch the sunrise and the sunset. We listen to the rustle of the wind in the leaves. We try. We have a full house of kids. We would love to share with you in hopes that you can rest, recover and enjoy each other and all the discoveries around you!

For the view of course! Well, we love the pool so close by, and the swans for sure too. We love the fact that there is a hot tub available and near in the cold seasons. We love that the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is full of things you need. We love that there is room for kids, but also for couples as needed. We love the fire place and cozy blankets. The heat in the winter and the AC in the summer.

The view. Many Sunriver rentals are dark and under so many trees its hard to see the sun, here the light in the evening shines through the glass door and brightens the room. You can watch the sunset as you make dinner.
