Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Wohnung mit großer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen von Los Cristianos, mit 180-Grad-Blick auf Las Americas. Ausgestattet im Juli 2016, voll ausgestattete neue amerikanische Küche mit Mikrowelle Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Frühstücksbar. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch das Hauptschlafzimmer haben französische Türen auf die Terrasse, wo jeden Abend die Sonne untergeht. Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Sat-TV mit englischen Kanälen, auch ein DVD-Player, es gibt DVDs Brettspiele und Bücher ausgestattet. Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. enthalten. Der Komplex verfügt über einen großen Pool mit vielen Sonnenliegen für die Gäste. Viele Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, einschließlich eines hauseigenen Restaurants. Der Flughafen ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto / Bus und die Stadt und der Strand sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views over to the coast were stunning. The apartment was ideally situated, close to all the local bars and restaurants. It was a nice walk down to Las Vista beach and if you don’t fancy the hill walk back, the taxi’s were cheap.

Couldn’t fold the property at all beautiful area loads of great restaurants around Just a short walk down to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking back up you could always get a taxi for about three euro

Great apartment, fantastic views

The apartment has everything you need is clean & tidy with fantastic views. If needed the owners are really helpful. Its up a very steep hill so be aware, we walked down to the front or wherever & got a taxi back up, only about 4-5 euros. We have already booked it for another holiday.

Wonderful Apartment Port Royale

Stayed here for a week April 21st 2024. The apartment is fabulous and had everything we wanted and needed. Fabulous balcony with plenty of seating and loungers, far reaching views of the ocean and Las Americas, perfect for chilling and watching the sun go down. Great communication with Ian and Lynnette who were wonderful and so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Overall holiday fantastic didn't want to leave and can't Wait to return. Excellent holiday, Hosts were amazing

We recently stayed at this apartment, which was very clean and very well equipped with everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. The balcony was massive and we had friends round for lunch who were staying in a different apartment, they were also very impressed. The complex is beautiful, all white buildings and the pool area was immaculate, only downside was that there was nowhere in the complex to get food or drink, but there was a local supermarket just a few minutes was down the road to stock up. The communication with the hosts was perfect, always responding to any question I had and the instructions to obtain access were very precises with no issues at all, for check out, they even let us stay a little longer to accommodate for our late flight, which was very mush appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will be visiting again.

Apartment with seaview

This is a nice two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, tv with numerous channels and baths as well as efficient showers. The large terrace is perfect for dining and sunbathing with comfortable garden furniture and awnings to protect from the heat of the afternoon sun. It would be nice if extra towels and bedding where provided for longer stays but there is a washing machine and airer although not much fun having to wash bedding whilst on holiday. Overall this is a nice apartment in a good, quiet location. The walk downhill to the town and beach takes about 20 minutes. Best to get a cab back up (€5) as its quite a trek.

Fantastic stay

Had a fantastic stay at the property. Instructions to find the apartment were clear, had no problems locating it. Apartment spotless, and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday, very well equipped. Supermarket not far, for all your essentials. Walked down to mirador strip a few times, steep hill coming back, but taxi was only 4 euro so don’t let the hill put you off, we did manage it a few times. Comfortable seating in the lounge. Huge balcony with comfortable sun loungers, beautiful plants and decorative lights which are lovely at night. The views from the balcony are the best I have ever seen ( been many times to Los cristianos) watched the boats coming into the harbour during the day, and the sunset at night, views over the whole of Los Cristianos just stunning. Can’t comment on the pool area as it was closed for maintenance during our stay. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed.

Big apartment with beautiful views!

The listing description was accurate. The property was mostly clean. The bathrooms needed extra attention and there are small ants coming in from the walls in the kitchen and apartment. But that was not a big problem since in Spain you can have lots of worse animals coming inside. The owner was really nice and easy to contact. The apartment was very expensive as to when you compare to the area around it. Overall the apartment was nice and well-kept. There was lots of boardgames, movies and books. The terrace is amazing with the best view I've ever had. The area is very safe and quiet, except for some of the neighbors being a bit too loud. The kitchen needs an update with some of the supplies as cooking was a bit hard at times. Otherwise the apartment was very clean and we got everything we were promised. Very nearby there is a restaurant called HibaHiba with lebanese food. Lovely staff, very nice seating area and one of the best foods on the island! If you go here you must go to HibaHiba!

Very Small red ants called pharaoh ants are common in tenerife and are very difficult to eradicate completely. Sealed containers are left in the kitchen cupboards for food products as these ants can sense a food source in minutes. We are continually improving the apartment and new kitchen is set for 2016.

Nice Size Apartment With Great Views

Lovely quiet apartment with good size terrace. We stayed in March and the sun was on the terrace from midday until sun set, great views over Los Cristianos. 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, big enough for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Port Royale is up a steep hill but this is not unusual for Los Cristianos, if you don’t feel like the walk there are plenty of taxis around that will take you to the complex. Would certainly stay again.

Our onsite caretaker advised us of some minor issues re the bedroom fan and some worn bedside electric sockets. There issues were rectified late september .

Wonderful stay and views

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, quiet two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The large terrace, which got the sun from eleven to late evening was ideal for relaxing and reading on the comfortable sunbeds. Some much welcome shade was provided via the two retractable awnings. The kitchen which we only used to make breakfast was more than adequate and was well equipped should you wish to make a more substantial evening meal. The pool area was clean with ample space for everyone and and we used the covers available within the apartment to make the free sunbeds more comfortable. The TV facilities were excellent which pleased my husband as he was able to watch the Ryder Cup !!! The apartment had a plentiful supply of books, DVDs and games and was near to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. We will certainly book to stay again.
