Great place to stay that was a respite from the bustle of the city. Nearby eateries were very good. Plenty of space to spread out and for two people (friends) traveling together to each have our own space

Beautiful place, excellent location!

We had an amazing trip to Venice, Cristina was so very helpful with information about the city and suggestions. The house is adorable and was perfectly located to walk anywhere in Venice!

This is so incredibly handy to get to from the bus or train terminal. Plenty of restaurants nearby. And a few splendid bakeries too.Cristina was a great communicator before we arrived, and gave us a detailed introduction to Venice with many useful suggestions. We’d stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Very convenient location in a quieter neighborhood. Easy access from train station or taxi/bus station. Great set up for two couples traveling together. Host was great and very informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Venice

The area of Venice was a little run down as was the property, but it was clean and safe. We were on walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Wonderful Gem

The property is just like the photos and is in a wonderful location. Quick 12 minute walk from the train station and easy to get to important sites. Cristina is a wonderful host with helpful guidance on restaurants, sites, bakery and more! Truly a delightful stay!!

Great place!

Loved staying here! Cristina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. She and her husband met us at the apartment, went over everything and had some wonderful site seeing and dining suggestions. The location is an easy walk from the train station and you can walk to everything form there. I definitely would stay here again!

In the Heart of Venice

The location is fabulous. The courtyard is very cute and in good weather can provide a comfortable place for coffee or a meal. Many merchants and restaurants in the immediate area. Was very clean.

Perfect

This was the perfect location for us with many establishments nearby that were less crowded and touristy than some areas of Venice. The hostess was extremely knowledgeable and charming, and took some time at checkin to give very helpful information to make our stay even more enjoyable.

The property is located in a great neighborhood with really good dining options within 5 mins. Cristina was a fantastic host and provided us with so much information in the initial visit. We felt like we had a good understanding of the city layout right from the start of our trip. The property is a little dark but otherwise beautiful with everything one could ask for. We would definitely stay here again.

Venetian refuge

We enjoyed our stay in this Venetian apartment very much. It was a perfect place to escape the crowds of other tourists. The rooms have charm and the apartment is well equipped, although the kitchen is small.

Perfect Venice Apartment

Lovely quiet apartment in a great location. Excellent restaurants and bakery a minute away. Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need. Bed was comfortable. Cristina was very friendly and helpful and provided useful recommendations. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay especially the courtyard. It was nice to sit outdoors after site seeing. The place is in a good location with restaurants close. We were two older couples and having our own bathrooms was nice. Very comfortable and we would return.

Venice Adventure

This property is charming, historic, comfortable, and delightful. We enjoyed staying here very much. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a delay arriving due to a delayed train, and the host was flexible and patient. The host provide a great deal of useful information about restaurants, historic sites, and transportation to the airport. The location is very convenient for getting around Venice and finding shops and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful time.

Quaint home in the heart of Venice

This home in the heart of Venice was the perfect location to allow myself, my husband and our grown daughter to really get to know the city. Cristina was extremely helpful with recommendations on restaurants, places to see, and how to get around Venice. Communication before and during check in was great. The 17th century home with a lovely courtyard has been remodeled inside and was very comfortable. We can’t wait to visit Venice again and would definitely stay here!
