Downtown Modern Escape im schönen Palm Springs!

Unfortunately, and as a very experienced host, I know these kinds of reviews come from time to time. They have actually NOTHING to do with the REAL stay of the guests or the property itself, but directly with the moment the guests are living in their lives. This review particularly, is FULL of inaccuracies and lies. The place IS insulated from the street sound and that was her supposition. The apartment is beautiful, and has lots of light coming from both balconies. Another stretch ? The distance with the neighbors from the balcony. The front balcony faces the hallway just like all the condos do in the complex, but the main balcony has not one, but two tennis courts of distance with the closest neighbor’s balcony, which makes almost impossible for you to feel “ uncomfortable “ due to lack of privacy. ( you can easily appreciate it in the pics ) About the Swimming pool and hot tub to NOT be heated in the winter, that is a plane twist of the events, and she knows it, because they talked to neighbors and they explained clearly the current situation to them, so that statement is a lie by omission. What really happened, was that, ONLY during their stay, ( I must admit that was kind of bad luck in this case ) the HOA was carrying on some work in the complex, for what they had to turn off the “ heating system “ only in the pool and hot tub. But that was the first time that something like that ever happened in the complex in all the years that I had this property, and only lasted just a few days. ( pool and hot tub are always heated in winter ) Finally, and to not make this response a total “ Soap Opera “ ( I guess you had enough with the original one ) I hope all potential guests can understand that the views of ONE guest doesn’t really show you the big picture of a property. I have been an Airbnb Superhost for over 5 years now, I have several listings with them and I am starting with VRBO, that’s why not only this property but any property I have has very few reviews. That doesn’t mean that, like she said, my property has only 3 reviews overall. It does here. But in general, it has hundreds of 5 stars reviews across Platforms, which makes THIS one the very first 2 stars review in my history. ( and the only reason she left this awful review is because they wanted to leave and get a refund and I simply refused ). I have given refunds during stays in the past with no problem, and I will do it again without even blinking , but they were all well funded, and not based in a PERSONAL opinion like in this case. Final advice : if you like this property, go ahead and check the honest reviews it has. THOSE are the real ones. Thanks so much if you read till this point, and mostly peace and good vibes to all !!
