Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Everything was perfect. Spectacular view, super clean, attentive property mangers, beautiful heated pool (30c) and very safe(double gated community). Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing Villa. Very homely.

It was welcoming from start of trip to end. The villa is very comfortable and homelike. The pool was awesome. Villa was big and able to be intimate at same time. The only issues were issues with tv and no microwave, but i would definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful and had gorgeous views. Property had all amenities that you might need. Bugs were a little crazy and wifi was awful. Overall, it was a nice getaway with family.

St Maarten Getaway

The home was spectacular with amazing ocean views from every bedroom and the main living area. The expansive outdoor entertainment area and the infinity pool was such a plus. Our adult kids and teenager enjoyed it very much. It was very spacious and fit our family of five very well.with everyone having their own bedrooms. The bathroom layout did take some getting used to as it was very open. The approach to the development does involve a steep hill which we got used to driving on quickly. We definitely highly recommend it and would love to be back in the future.

Stunning Property

this is the first time for my husband and I in Saint Martin so we felt a little nervous about picking a neighborhood just off of house photos alone. This property did not disappoint. The house is beautifully appointed with stunning views and everything you need and more. Pascal and Muguet are amazing hosts. Very helpful , quick to respond and had a very large and thoughtful welcome basket ! The property is very private , in a double gated neighborhood , but still only 20 min from everything. So just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

Power cut of randomly for more than 2hrs

The place is nice but our power would cut off randomly for more than 2hrs everyday for our entire stay. we stayed 4 days..we contacted the owners and was told there was nothing to be done. Very unprofessional in my opinion. You would expect power to be working for the price they are charging.. would not recommend staying here

Sxm Bday Vacay

The property is beautiful as shown in the pictures, view is amazing. We enjoyed our stay here even though we had some problems, the air was broken in one of the rooms and wasn’t fixed until the day before we left. The owner started ignoring my messages after the first day we arrived and the property manager Fred also started ignoring my messages after day two when i insisted something be done about the air, I was told there was nothing that could be done and no responses after that. I was told we had to be at the house when the a/c repair guy came to let him in and to not have an issue with our belongings being stolen, but we came home one evening to the A/C fixed while we were out. There are ants in the kitchen, we were a group of 8 and we stayed 5 nights.

Dear Crystal, It's a pity that you weren't fully satisfied with your stay at VLP, you guys arrived on a friday and the climate control in one of the rooms broke down indeed on saturday, we were really very reactive on that matter and a technician came the same day. But installing a new unit takes some organization and it was done directly on monday, so faster than that is just impossible .... It was a question of being unlucky because other travellers left the house one day before your arrival and it was all fine. A few ants in the kitchen .... You live in the middle of nature, it's enough to leave a few drops of water or some sweet stuff and of course they could appear. The house manager (Fred) told me there were a lot of small questions and on the Island communication is not as simple than in a big city ... So it might take some time to get response, it's very natural for Island people but not always for city people who are used to get it al in a few seconds. We really work hard to make everybody happy, we all have great reviews and hopefully we can host you again and for sure it will be without any problem. Have a great day.

Wonderful time at Ville Le Point for my wife's big 50!

We had a really wonderful time at Villa Le Point in Nov. 2021. Starting with Fred (villa manager) guiding us from car rental right to the villa and finishing with complimentary late checkout at 1PM (should have been 11AM) and everything in between. Pool heater to 30C extended our day on the water by at least a half. Minor issue with Internet connectivity has been resolved in 30 min (Fred dropped everything and came in a min and personally fixed fiber-optic cable connection to the router) and besides that we had no issues with anything at all and for eight very demanding adults (we rent every 2-3 months and 4 to 7brm villas) staying 7 nights and partying 24/7 this is very rare, trust me! I'd rented this villa for 2022 New Year's but it was already booked, so we had to book the one next to it. Will be envious of people staying at Villa Le Point for New Year's, but hoping it will be available for the 2023. Looking forward. Gene.

Breathtaking place to stay!

This villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view is unparalleled, and we really enjoyed the modern style and artwork inside. The heated infinity pool was also a highlight! Pascal (the owner) and Fred (the manager) are very nice and responsive to messages. We even ran into Pascal at dinner one night and he bought our group a round of drinks, which made our evening! One thing I think could be improved is adding a handrail to the indoor staircase. The stairs are very slippery, and we had to use extreme caution to not fall down them while going to the bedrooms downstairs. There is a textured metal strip on each step you can use as a foot grip, but a handrail would have made us feel a bit safer. Also, just be aware that the en-suite bathrooms are in the bedrooms themselves (so there is no door to shut in between while using the toilet/shower), which is a little awkward when sharing a room with a friend. This was made clear from the photos though, so we weren't surprised by this. Overall, this villa was something out of a dream. We already can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Property with amazing view

We recently stayed at Villa Le Point on our honeymoon. The host was easy to communicate with and Fred was very helpful. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is beyond beautiful. We will be back in the future for sure!
