Beautiful home with an amazing view. The home is perfectly located to many beaches and restaurants. And is close to supermarket. Moune and Dominique were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. You'll enjoy staying at this property. Oh, and the included car rental was a fantastic bonus.

The property and house are even better than depicted in the VRBO site. The view from the patio overlooking the bay are as beautiful of a view as we have ever seen. We have agreed we are to go back because we loved our stay.

Beautiful Villa with spectacular view!

We had an amazing time at Villa Martine. The views were gorgeous and we had everything we needed with lots of space.! The kids loved the games on the second floor and the location was perfect for Orient beach and all water activities. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Home & Stay

We stayed after Xmas into the New Year and had a wonderful time. The house is wonderful, clean and great responsiveness from our host. Our family is large with a total of 8 with 6 children ages 18-22 and the house was perfect. Big enough to have space but feel close and the pool and view is amazing,. The town was absolutely perfect for us - not too crowded with beautiful unspoiled nature around us - rare for St. Martin.

Bachelorette trip

This villa was absolutely incredible!!!!! I booked it for my sisters bachelorette trip. We had a group of 11 girls and everyone was in love with this villa. The view is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Moon was a pleasure to work with, and the checkin and checkout process was very simple and easy. 10/10 recommend to any large group. Hopefully will return :)

Beautiful View!

We loved this property! We were unfortunate to have a tropical storm come at the end of our trip. Moune was a gracious host and made sure we were taken care of. This is always the risk in hurricane season but we enjoy the quiet side of the Caribbean in the summer! The pool is amazing and the house is close enough you can drive to everything on the French side. There is more than enough to do and the food is amazing. For our family with kids this was perfect and I'm sure we will be back!

Wonderful stay at Villa Martine

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Villa Martine for the month of February, along with visits by family and friends. The location of the house was outstanding - an easy drive to many towns, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The views from the house were phenomenal - of the Bay de Cul de Sac to the south and mountains to the west. The pool, pergola, and deck were great places to hang out with family and friends. Having the car as part of the rental was a very nice benefit. Moune and Dominique were fantastic villa hosts - responsive, pleasant to interact with, and highly knowledgeable about the local area. Although this didn't diminish the overall quality of our stay, the house (e.g., cooking and kitchen equipment, bedding, outdoor furniture, etc.) show signs of wear and tear at a frequently rental house that could easily be addressed by the owner.

Great location and property

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Martine with 11 people, ranging from age 8months to 65years. The location is perfect - you are a 15 minute drive to everywhere you really care about going to the beach or to eat. The supermarket is 10 minutes away. The property was well kept and looks in person as nice as it does in the pictures. Great view. I would recommend the property to everyone but note that if there are a lot of little kids, the bedroom with the 4 twin beds is a little isolated and not conducive to hearing children get up in the middle of the night. We made it work though. Moune was a wonderful host. Check in was super easy and she was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay again

Great experience!

We stayed in this villa for a week in June. 9 total people. 4 adults and 5 teens. It was amazing. The pictures do not it justice. Great location (car needed and provided); market and bakery close by. Orient, Anse Marcel and Grand Case all less than a 7 minute drive. Great views and amenities. The host was also super friendly and helpful. She was at the villa when we arrived and provided all the necessary info. We will be back.

Exceptional views

My family and I rented the villa for a week and we’re blown away by the views and space for all 10 of us to hang out and be comfortable. We had about 4 college students and the loft room with the bunk beds was perfect for them but wouldn’t be good for small kids because it’s separated from the main house. The property manager was ver kind a responsive when we had some issues. I would absolutely return to this property
