Diese schöne brandneue renovierte Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit vollem Stauraum. Das erste Zimmer hat ein französisches Bett, das zweite Zimmer ein Doppelbett. Geräumige offene Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit viel Stauraum und Platz, um ein wunderbares Essen zuzubereiten. Die Bushaltestelle nach NYC ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Big Apple dauert zwischen 20 und 25 Minuten. Exklusive Waschküche nur für Gäste und privater Parkplatz gegen eine tägliche Gebühr.

Der Schlüssel für die Waschküche befindet sich in Ihrem Schlüsselbund mit der Gummiabdeckung. Maschinen arbeiten mit Münzen $ 2. 50 Waschladung Klein $ 3. 50 groß und 0 $. 25 für 8 Minuten für den Trockner.

Perfect location, just 17 minutes by bus to Porth Authority.

The property was super clean and in a great safe spot. Claudia, the property manager, was awesome—really responsive and helped us out with all our questions. There’s a bus right next to the building, the 125, that takes you to the Port Authority Bus Station every 30 minutes. It’s just 4 for adults one way, and kids under 12 ride free, while seniors 70 and up pay only 1.70. Plus, the Food Bazar next door is perfect for grabbing all the essentials. I travelled with my family with young kids and felt safe in this location. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This apartment was adequate for our family of five. The beds were extremely comfortable and getting in to NYC via bus was very easy. The area was safe; the neighborhood was crowded but not overly loud. The apartment is in an older building in a busy area of North Bergen. The kitchen was very sparsely outfitted with utensils and cookware. We like to prepare meals to save money but it was difficult to prepare even simple meals. It also is in an older apartment building, which means some uninvited critters can visit. We had some, and while the host was responsive, it was still unsettling. They offered let us to switch apartments, but we chose not to due to the difficulty of moving all our unpacked stuff. All in all, it was an adequate place to stay.

Family trip

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a good break we had 2 teenagers at 17 and 15 and one had the second bedroom and one had the sofa bed which was easily big enough for him. The apartment is so handy for Manhattan and we used the bus across the street everyday whic was 4 each and takes about 15 mins. There is also a brilliant food supermarket thats a 5 minute walk and stocked everything you could need. Claudia was on hand at anytime and check I. Was so easy I would highly highly recommend this aperment to anyone

It was a great time

The apartment was very nice, clean and great location. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. The bus connection into the city was very good. There were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. If we were to travel to New York again, we would always choose this apartment.

Would stay again

This apartment is exactly as advertised in the listing description and photos. We were impressed with how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and relax. A short bus ride into New York City’s Port Authority Bus Terminal if you plan on visiting the city. We stayed 8 nights and went into the city every day. Would also like to say Claudia was very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. She did a great job and we really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was our home for seven days. It was clean, warmly decorated, and very comfortable. It was also supplied with the necessities for our stay. It was convenient to the bus to the city and a grocery store that is close enough to walk to. The best part was the beds are so comfortable. So much so that we are purchasing the same mattress for our home!! And Claudia was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We recommend this rental very highly!!

Recommended apartment for NewYork

Nice place to explore New York from. The bus leaves right across the street and a major supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment is part of an apartment block that is not very appealing from the outside. It was clean and contained everything we needed. Communication with the landlady was smooth.

Lovely Place

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and comfy. There was a bad smell which we determined was coming from the fridge. It remained in the apartment even after the host gave us some baking soda to put in the fridge, although it did dissipate somewhat. The location of the apartment was very convenient, with the bus to NYC right in front of the apartment. Internet went down twice but Claudia addressed the issue after we called her. Lots of linens available. We would stay here again.

Nice Apartment near Manhattan

We had a comfortable stay in North Bergen. If you need to get there from the airport I would recomend taking an Uber. The building is not really nice looking, but the apartment is! It‘s quite big and has all you need (kitchen with gas stove, two bedrooms, 5th person had to sleep on the couch in the living room, big shower). The busstop is right across the street, the bus takes about 20 min to the Port Authority Terminal which is close to Times Square. An information sheet with all there is to know was prepared, e-Mails were answered at once. We would love to come again!

Interesting accommodations

The apartment inside is clean! The building/property is not so clean. The elevator was loud and maybe it opened on the 5th floor, maybe not. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment, but there is one you pay to use on the property. The front door of the building was open, not secure. I paid for parking and someone kept parking in my spot. That made me nervous because I didn’t want the rental car towed.

Good, affordable location close to NYC

The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful - very clean and modernized. There were a few very minor issues, such as broken blinds and closet handles, but nothing that really bothered us at all. As for the some of the neighbors, there was a man screaming loudly for at least an hour one night, and several other occasions of excessive noise as well as people smoking in the hallways. This might be rather disconcerting for families with younger children. There is a very convenient bus stop directly across the street, one of the best grocery stores I've ever visited within a short walk, and lots of good restaurant choices nearby. If you're looking for a very nice, affordable way to visit NYC, and you don't mind a bus ride into the city each day, this is an excellent option.

Very nice stay connected to NYC by bus

The apartment was really neat. I had travelled with my wife and a friend. It was quite clean and the photos were as advertised. There's a bus stop right next to the building, so it was very convenient to get to NYC and back.The host was very responsive and flexible. I had booked a rental car and required reserved parking and they arranged one for me right away. Unfortunately I had to cancel the rental and they issued a refund.

Appartamento a North Bergen NJ

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto che passano frequentemente e vicino a due market raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia suggerisco di fornire la cucina del materiale adeguato in quanto da regolamento viene richiesta la pulizia finale della cucina ma è stato difficoltoso svolgerla per carenza di materiale. Le camere da letto sono provviste di tappeti, sarebbe stato comodo avere l’aspirapolvere. (Purtroppo abbiamo trovato i tappeti molto impolverati ed è stato difficile pulirli con scopa e paletta anche solo per renderli accettabili). Per quanto riguarda il check-in c’è stato un disguido, quando siamo arrivati alle 18:30, il personale che si occupa delle pulizie aveva appena iniziato a pulire l’appartamento; pulizie che sono state terminate da noi perché il pavimento risultava ancora sporco. Nell’annuncio si parla di lavatrice e asciugatrice ma bisognerebbe specificare che questi elettrodomestici non si trovano all’interno dell’appartamento. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, l’appartamento va benissimo per chi ha un budget contenuto e vuole visitare New York. L’host Claudia è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, i feedback che lascio vogliono essere costruttivi nell’ottica di migliorare il servizio offerto.

Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Fahrt mit dem Bus nach Manhattan klappt ab Haltestelle vor der Haustür bestens und somit ist die Wohnung eine gute Alternative zu einem teuren Hotel in Manhattan.

Schöne Unterkunft in New Jersey

Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Fenster sind US-Standard und aufgrund des Sommers waren Fenster-Klimaanlage eingebaut - und damit konnte der Straßenlärm noch leichter in die Wohnung dringen. Insgesamt ist die Umgebung an einer größeren Straße schon laut, dafür war die Bushaltestelle nach New York direkt vor der Tür - abhängig vom Verkehrsaufkommen (keine Unfälle) waren 25 bis 40 Minuten bis zum PABT erforderlich. Zur Begrüßung lagen schon Ohrenstöpsel auf dem Kopfkissen …
