Our location is a pink themed 3-BR 2nd Fl unit. During your stay you will have access to the 2 complete rooms. Our Pink Vybez room has pink boho decor that gives Zen vibes. Our Pink Glow room has a pink Barbie Core aesthetic and neon signs. The living room features Wi-Fi lighting, and a graffiti art lounge vibe. The kitchen is a pink blast from the past with its vintage decor. Every room offers a splash of pink and an edgy photo op to help you create a memorable trip.

During your booking you will have the whole apartment to yourself. The Apartment has 3 rooms 1 of which is for supplies and storage and is off limits. This listing is for a 2-bedroom apartment.
Guests will gain access to the property via the use of smart locks and an e-card. I will be available for my guests throughout their stay. Guests will be given a direct number for hosts in the event of any questions or inconveniences. Otherwise, my interaction with guests will be limited so they can enjoy their stay uninterrupted.

Amazing!

The host was absolutely amazing. Was always available to help and even left us goodies as we were celebrating a bach party. The house was so cute and felt like we were in a Barbie house! Would absolutely recommend!

Keilai was an excellent host, ready to help at all times. The neighbourhood didn’t seem very safe but the apartment was cosy and cute.Something to consider is that if you plan to stay for a long period of time (as was our case) all plates and cups are made of plastic, which is not very easy to clean, specially those which were scratched.45 min from Times Square with a bus stop right in the corner.

Before arrival it seemed like the perfect pink stay for my wife’s favorite color. The concept was cute but not what I expected. It was not in the greatest area.

The owner was lovely to deal with and quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was fun and my kids loved all the pink! We found transport into New York straight forward on the buses. However we did not feel safe in the area especially at night, there were lots of people hanging around the streets around the apartment.

Cute Condo

The place is just like it looks in the pictures. Very clean and kept up. We loved having the extra space as opposed to a hotel room for our family of four. The place was very clean with extra touches. Extra touches were left, such as water bottles to get us started and and a birthday badge for my daughter as we were celebrating her 10th birthday during our stay. The bus stop to take you to NYC is just out front. The owner was also quick to respond with any questions we had.

CLEAN and Fun!

Host was amazing with communication. She also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She helped with what train to take and a bunch of other random questions that she certainly didn’t have to be so helpful with. The cleanliness of the apartment was amazing (meaning absolutely impeccable) and how she found as much pink stuff as she did was pretty impressive (even the iron and clothes steamer were pink!) There is a bus that stops right around the corner (less than a minute walk) and we were easily able to get to NYC in much less time that I thought. Apparently she is continuing to do updates on the property so it’s only going to get better. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Greetings, I am a native New Yorker who has recently become a resident of Jersey City. I am a Train Operator in NYC and travel back and forth regularly. I was a waitress/bartender for 6 years before that. I am also in the performing arts and music industry in my free time. I am new to the Overnight hosting market; however, I am not new to the hospitality industry and hosting overall. I take pride in finding and creating sets and locations for myself and fellow creatives alike and have decided to open up and share one of those creations and visions with you all.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I chose this property because of LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The JC Pink Spot is located in the center of an up-and-coming neighborhood. It is located 35/40 minutes away from NYC which was particularly important to me. Outside of driving there are 2 major busses just steps outside our doors. The 119 bus that takes you to Port Authority (Time Square) & Hoboken. The 10 bus is a 15-minute ride getting you to the Journal Square Path Train station. While being on a busy commercial block we are located near various convince stores and shopping centers. As well as being minutes away from the night life in both Jersey City, Newark, and Bayonne. There are many attractions we are in proximity to such as the prudential theater, MET Life, Top Golf and American Dream are only 30-45 minutes away. The neighborhood is far from quiet and Surburban. Its a high traffic/foot traffic area. However, those are all of the parts I love as I am and will always be a New York City girl at heart.

The name says it all... The Jersey City Pink Spot is a pink themes apartment, loaded with colored led lighting, neon sighs, a fur mirror, bubble gun and a dancing pole. This property was designed to bring out the fun side and imagination of our guest. We want you to come, get excited, be happy, have fun and take pictures. When I travel, I like to make the best of where I stay to create wonderful memories. There are plenty of hotels and hotel-like properties out there for people to choose from. However, we are hoping to grab the attention and visits of this looking to make their travel plans a complete unique experience.
