We left after seeing the property. There was a huge hair ball on the living room floor, freezer and oven were dirty. This left me concerned about linens. The bed in the game room is not adequate for an adult. It was two cushions you pushed together. Outside was loud and dirty. We were approached individuals that made us uncomfortable when outside. I sure didn't want or expect to pay for this and a 2nd place to stay.

The host was amazing to deal with and when you are doing a trip to NYC that helps a lot. Place was super clean! I don’t think you can find a better value in Manhattan. Honestly book this place. 2 bedrooms. It’s not too cramped. They keep it very clean. And the AC unit actually works and keeps you cool. I have stayed in a lot of places in Manhattan and for the money this is top notch!

Loved everything about our stay

I loved the apartment as well as the location. It is close to a subway, bus station, restaurants, grocery stores....basically everything you need, and it is very clean. We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights in July. The space is in Spanish Harlem and provided us with good access to the 4, 5, and 6 trains to go to tht Bronx and lower Manhattan. The space was clean and updated. The air conditioners kept us cool despite high temperatures. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway which you can use for a few dollars paid through an app you can download.

Super cozy stay in a 2 bedroom playroom apartment

I For a short family trip with friends, this apartment was a great choice. Comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced for New York City. Would definitely consider staying again! The check-in process could have been smoother. We had a bit of confusion with the keypad instructions, but the host responded quickly. Host is very approachable and very well connected. Excellent location—close to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and major attractions. We could walk to a few places, which was a big plus.
