Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 3-Familienhaus befindet sich im ersten Stock mit einem privaten Garten das hat BENCHES, Tabelle, Gas-Grill, Holzkohlegrill und ein Feuerturm. Die Wohnung war eine ganz MIT Hartholz-Böden RENOVATED, keramische Fliesen, neue Küche und Badezimmer, Edelstahl-Geräte, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Töpfe, PFANNE. Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer SO KANN DIE WOHNUNG 6 PERSONEN EASY zubringen. Auch gibt es ein Bügeleisen und ein IRONBORD AVAILABLE, WC, Haartrockner, Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo und Spülung, PAPERTOWELS und so gut Klopapier. Es gibt drei TV-Gerät im Haus mit dem Kabel TV und Internet. Wärme in der WINTER IST, UND KLIMAANLAGE IN DER SOMMERZEIT.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich einen Block entfernt von The Million Dollar HÄUSER UND MILLION DOLLAR ANSICHT VON MANHATTAN, SICHER UND Nähe von Einkaufszentren, Restaurants, Cafés Parks und Spielplätze.
Die Lage ist sehr nah an NEW YORK CITY, Reisen mit dem Bus ist sehr einfach, nur ca. 15 min ohne TRAFFIC, ist auch möglich, mit der Fähre von den Klippen, die auch auch den Transport THRU Manhatttan BESTIMMT. Alle Busse GOES TO PORT AUTHORITY in New York City die am 8. Avenue und 42nd Street einen Block entfernt von der Zeit, SQUARE (MIDTOWN) befindet. Das Ticket ist nur 3 Dollar ein Weg. Der Parkplatz befindet sich auf der Straße mit der Genehmigung verlangt wird, DIE ES WIRD VON MIR bereitgestellt werden.

I think we found our spot when we want to visit the city! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Lots of stores and restaurants are just a short walk or drive away. We felt safe in this area, even at night. The views of the NYC skyline are a short walk away and are absolutely stunning at night! Paul was very responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful.

Highly recommend! Great location, close to the bus stop to take into NYC, cozy stay, and communication and help was great with the owner. Very nice people. The only recommendation I’d add would be make sure you arrive to park before 5/6pm because parking in the evening is next to impossible. We thankfully found a public parking ramp and parked in there and took an Uber back because we arrived late.

Clean and spacious apartment, located in a friendly residential area with various shops and restaurants close by. Also just a short walk from public transport to Manhattan - and the views across the Hudson (also whilst you're on the bus) are fabulous. Plenty of space for a place near NYC. Host was very responsive! Couldn't ask for more. The apartment had a ton of clothes hangars - more than any guests will need. Only downside was not the fault of the host....more a fact of living in and near-NYC....if there are guests in the upstairs floor, you will hear them clearly. Can be annoying if they return late at night. But the host was again super responsive when the matter was raised and he followed up with the upstairs guests.

Spacious, clean, great location

Great location, clean, walking distance to a lot of good food and necessities. The host was by far the best host I've ever had at a VRBO. A wonderful(ly priced) NYC

Paul was super duper responsive the place was charming and after the initial check in, super easy to find. Everything you possibly need is there. Place is clean and it felt like a very nice NYC/West Jersey apartment. It's an older house with new floors and just enough modern and classic charm. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

British Airways lost our luggage and he did take cate of it while we are touring Manhattan (it was delivered in the afternoon).This is a perfect budget stay, when you want to visit New York. Bus with NJTransport is only 4USD and you are at Times Square in approx 15-20min. We never waited longer than 5 min for a bus!The apartment is equipped with everything you need!Full recommendation. Awesome trip! We biked by the Statue of Liberty. Saw a play on Broadway. We learned to ride the buses in New Jersey and the subways in Manhatten. We took a tour of Central Park. Paul, the host, was great. He helped us find parking for our truck. These apps were really helpfull: Moovit, NJtransit, SpotHero, ParkMobile. Once we learned how to park and use transit, the trip was great.

I am a family-oriented person with a wife and three children.I lived and worked in NYC before moving to NJ and choose a location close to Manhattan where both me and my wife work, and to have good schools for the boys as well. So I choose Hudson County where I live now and I am very happy. The Neighborhood is very safe and friendly and there are many activities for the children as well that keep them busy.
