Modern villa review

Excellent support services by Destination Algarve, maids and pool people. Very nice villa in good location to Lagos amenities. We enjoyed our stay! Internet and tv access were not up to acceptable standard. Villa was very dimly lit, need stronger lights.

Fantastic break in the sun

Spent 9 days in Lagos at RLAG 83 with my wife and daughter. We had the most fantastic time and such a lovely welcome from Carol and the team and continued support throughout the trip especially from Gabriela who helped arrange our required tests and answered all our questions . The property was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Our Daughter who is 11 months loved her crib and highchair which were provided and didn't have a single bad night. We really enjoyed the BBQ and pool area and not to forget the wonderful games room. The surrounding area is beautiful with respectful neighbours and amazing scenery and nature just a few minutes walk from your front door. Easy access to the town centre (8mins by car) and the nearest beach was a 20minute walk. The team were always quick to respond to any queries and requests and I would definatley reccomend my family and friends to book their next holiday there. Hope to return soon!

Villa Branco - great villa to share with family and friends

The accommodation is very generous. Games room was fun. Bedrooms were fairly evenly appointed with two en-suites. Showers everywhere :-) (2 ensuites, seperate 3rd bathroom, one in the games room and one by the pool). Great open Kitchen / Diner / Lounge opening on to pool. Balcony outside first floor bedrooms for evening sun. Nice, easy walk to the local beach and Gaivota Beach Bar / Restaurant (under 15 mins and through the undulating fields). Short drive / taxi to town. The DA team have been fantastic and communicative all the way through our booking and during our stay. We had a brilliant week and hope to be back soon. We would definitely recommend Destination Algarve, There's always something that could have made our holiday even better but with this villa, it really is picking at straws... Doors opening to pool were awkward to keep open (we used dining chairs to prop them open). Another set of furniture on the roof would have been good - that would have been a great place to sit for the very last bit of sun. Some warning of when the pool guys are going to turn up and what to expect. It would have been easier to park in the level driveway but we couldn't get that unlocked. None of this detracted from a fabulous week :-)

Lovely villa, great location, everything exactly as described

My family and I (8 people) stayed in this villa during the first week or so in September. It was beautifully maintained, clean and well appointed. A perfect size for that number of people. The villa itself is a 15 minute, easy walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to downtown via the Marina. Lagos is a lovely little town, with a lot going on and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, not to mention access to the beautiful beaches along the coast line.

Fabulous property in lovely location

The villa was lovely, had everything we needed. Beautifully furnished inside and out. We loved the location, a reasonable walk to harbour and Lagos but one we enjoyed, also very easy walk to the beach on the other side which we did several times. The kids particularly loved the pool, the table tennis table and games room downstairs was a definite bonus. A great holiday in a great villa

Excellent value!

The villa and location were great. Really nice rooms and kitchen, everything in perfect order. Short walk to the old town and short walk to the wonderful beach. Sevice by Sean and Carol from Destination Algarve was really good.
