Casa Marianne is a deluxe 4 bedroom villa situated in the popular area of Porto do Mos, the elevated position of the villas living area offer's ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows or from the living area terrace. All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a separate house WC. The private pool can be heated for a small extra charge and is surrounded with sun loungers outside sofa seating and lawn.

The villa is gated and from the front gate and drive there are a few steps up to the front door, this enters into the entrance foyer and into the large open plan living area, this living space offer sofas around a large flat screen TV with several international channels available, Portuguese, UK, Apple TV and Netflix access with your own account. There is also a lovely large dining table with 8 chairs, this room has floor to ceiling windows letting in an abundance of light. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar, the kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and utensils.

On the same level as the living area there are 3 bedroom suites, all the bedrooms are double with king size beds, the master suite has a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks a corner bath and a walk in shower, the other 2 double bedrooms on this level have shower en-suites, all rooms have air-conditioning and floor to ceiling windows looking out towards the ocean. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower floor of the villa and is also a double with an en-suite shower room, this bedroom leads out to the pool area through the double sliding windows.

The pool area is very spacious with a lovely undercover shaded area with outside dining table and chairs, there are sun loungers around the pool and a retractable cover for the pool, if you pay extra for the pool to be heated then this retains the heat during the evenings.

Casa Marianna is in an excellent location only a few minutes’ walk down to the beach, the Porto do Mos beach offers 2 beach bar / restaurants that are open day and night. It’s a very quiet area for enjoying lazy days around the pool.

Porto do Mos is a great area if you like to be close to the beach, the Porto do Mos beach offers 2 great restaurants, that serve drinks and snacks or a full meal day and night. You can hire sun loungers on the beach in the summer months and pedalo's from the beach front. To get to the town a car is really recommended, you can get around on the local Onda bus service that runs from down by the beach these buses run regularly and very cheap, taxis are also a reasonable price to the town. There is a mini Mercado in the area about a 10 minute walk away but the larger supermarkets would require a car or taxi.
