The Villa has 4 double bedrooms of a very nice size. (all on the lower floor)
All bedrooms have dedicated wardrobe space.
So plenty of room for large families to all have their own personal space and not feel as though you are on top of each other.
The property is SOUTH facing and is is a perfect getaway in Praia Da Luz.
The first thing that you notice when entering the villa is the fantastic view of the Atlantic ocean !!

This retreat offers a private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ, New fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating (not you will require it), mesmerizing sea views especially from the roof terrace and the balcony.
The villa features a very large and comfortable open plan living and dining area.

The private swimming pool is perfect for cooling down and a nice swim or you can simply relax on the sun loungers (8 provided).
We accommodate up to 8 guests! (3 double beds and 1 can be a double or 2 singles)
2 of the bedrooms at the rear walk out into an internal courtyard that is cooler - the 2 rear bedrooms share a nice well equipped bathroom.
The 2 front bedrooms are both en-suite and have access direct to the pool and sunlounge area with BBQ.
Just a short 10-15 min stroll along the coastal path (or via path / road access in the centre if Praia da Luz or indeed the beautiful beach !
Luz is renowned for its golden sandy beach and clear blue sea.
The village offers a variety of restaurants/ cafes and shops, making this location perfect whether it be a lively scene you are looking for a quiet retreat where you can relax a very short distance away in the peaceful location of the villa.
