Dies ist eine neu eröffnete, stilvolle, komfortable, zweistöckige Wohnung in einem historischen Gebäude in der Innenstadt von Charleston. Das Gebäude wurde komplett renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, ohne dass Kosten gescheut werden. Alle neuen Geräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände während der gesamten Vermietung. Gehen Sie morgens die Treppe zum Kaffee- / Kunst- / Buchladen hinunter und servieren Sie köstliches Frühstück und Mittagessen. Das Gebäude befindet sich im Viertel Cannonborough / Elliotborough, in dem sich malerische Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants befinden. Die King Street, Charlestons Hauptstraße, ist nur vier Blocks entfernt. Viel Liebe zum Detail und Liebe zum Detail steckte in Design und Bau dieses Mietobjekts und trennte es von anderen sterilen Umbauten. Du wirst nicht gehen wollen!

Very Nice House

The house/apartment is really nice. We enjoyed being there. We had a few issues but all were resolved. The owner told us about a great pizza place (D’Allesandro’s Pizza). It was really good. I would have liked some measuring spoons and cups but we made do by eyeballing it. Great location.

Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment and location were perfect for us and our college-age kids. Nice decor and comfy beds. Bonus points awarded for the album collection. :) If we'd had another day, we would have explored the immediate neighborhood a little more. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Annual girls trip

We stayed at Garrett’s place for our annual girls grip. It was wonderful. The pictures show it accurately but I’d say it’s even better in person! Has a record player with a good section of music. Love that the check out instructions weren’t overly complicated as a lot of listings tend to be these days. Very close to local attractions and restaurants. Ubers were cheap if we didn’t want to walk. Beds very comfortable. Nice and cool in the house as well. Highly recommend. I would stay here again if I was back in town.

Great property in a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay here! This property was absolutely wonderful. It was far enough away from King Street that we didn't have to deal with the late night noise but still easily walkable for downtown. It was nice to have a place with everything we needed (including the washer/dryer) that was comfortable for us to stay in. The property managers were great with communication and responsiveness; when I had questions during our stay they responded almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again when we come back to Charelston.

Good stay

The place was clean and quiet. From the living room, you can hear some chatter on the street (which is expected in a city area), but once I was in my bedroom, it was very quiet. Everything is as described. The location is very convenient and there was a bit to do within walking distance.

Adorable Apartment in Great Location!

Perfect apartment for couples, friends or family trips! The bedrooms are a great size and there is plenty of common space to spread out in the living area. It was absolutely charming and is located above a cafe where the coffee was delicious and staff were wonderful! It was a very quick drive or mild walk to the main restaurants and shops which was extremely convenient! Garrett and Jessica were both very responsive to any outreach as well. Extremely easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend for your next trip to Charleston!!

Charming apartment

The apartment is beautiful, clean and a good location. The bedrooms are upstairs, we visited in the summer and the AC kept the rooms cool. We had two cars but had no trouble finding parking for our additional car. The spot provided is easy to find and a very short walk. The coffee shop below is very cute and was quiet. Lots of cute restaurants in walking distance. The owners were amazing, above and beyond and helped with all our needs.

Charleston girls weekend success!

We are 6 sorority sisters celebrating our 60th birthday year. The apartment was beautiful and just right for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large and updated beautifully. Living area was perfect size for us to relax and visit. The location was next to a coffee shop and a nice walk to King Street and shopping as well as to the City Market. Instructions for access for easy to follow and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in the downtown Charleston area!

Comfy/fun location/charming/

Came in for a 5 day stay. Good communication with property management. Older unit but nicely decorated with lots of charm. Beds were comfy. We had a couple of minor things come up and they got back to us relatively quickly. The unit is in the city so realize this. Can be a bit noisy especially on Friday night. Parking is a block away and could be a bit inconvenient for some. We got lucky most of the time since the coffee shop was closed temporarily so we could use that parking. Overall a nice place and would stay again.

Charm and convenience

This 3 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a restored old Charleston house. Bedrooms are on 3rd floor. As someone mentioned: lots of stairs. We are spry "oldsters" and it did not bother us. Beds are comfortable, bedrooms are large. Two nice bathrooms, one on each floor. The living/kitchen areas are comfy and tastfully decorated. Although the street below is fairly busy, noise wasn't a problem and the location is really convenient, close to many restaurants. There is a top of the line Samsung refrigerator and the ice maker doesn't work so no ice for our Gin and Tonic. Called Jennifer who is very personable and she offered to have ice delivered first thing in the morning. We declined and opted to run over to a nearby market. I would suggest, knowing the icemaker is finicky, to have a few ice cube trays ready to go in freezer. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee. There was only decaf. Other than that we loved the place and would rent it again.

Graduation weekend

Comfortable stay, for a few days downtown. Home was well equipped with a stocked kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. It was clean and spacious. Great communication with Garrett.
