Fantastic place to visit Montreal

We stayed four nights to visit Montreal and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is in a perfect location to visit all highlights by bike (we used Bixi), walk to Mont Real or take Metro. Lots of nice restaurants and one of the best Montreal Jazz clubs in walking disctance. Jasmine is a perfect host!

Lovely stay with small kids

Great space and amenities. There are two playgrounds really close by. Quiet street, close to subway. Delicious croissants a mere 5 min walk away!

Long weekend getaway

Our kids had a few days off of school and we decided to book a last minute trip. We arrived late at night but were able to get in and settled effortlessly because we hada unique entry code. We explored the local cafes and restaurants as well as the playground. It was an easy walk to the Metro making site seeing very easy. We even ended our nights with a favorite on Netflix thanks to the owner's clear instructions. We found activities for our 3, 10, and 14 year old.

Just Right!

Convenient location for Metro accessibility, restaurants, grocery, hiking to Mt. Royal, etc. Located on a quiet residential street. Would stay there again if returning to Montreal.

Nice little place right outside of Downtown

Nice cozy little home a few minutes drive from downtown. Everything was clean and well maintained and the small private garden area outside was a great touch. Jasmine was extremely polite, prompt and helpful and explained in great detail everything I needed to know about parking in the area during my stay. Would not hesitate to stay again next time we are in the area. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for everything, Jasmine!!

Great Place for Families

We had a great time in Montreal staying at this property. It was clean and spacious, and we loved the location. One big draw for the kids was the two nearby playgrounds, one literally right behind the property, and another for smaller kids just a block away. There were several other aspects of the neighborhood that we appreciated. The architecture was charming. As an architecture aficionado, I enjoyed exploring the area and checking out some of the beautiful and quirky buildings. Being close to the intersection of two major streets, there are also numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. We especially recommend two bakeries right down the street on Ave Mont-Royal, Le Toldedo and Au Kouign Amann, and a Spanish restaurant called Iberico on rue St Denis. Finally, we have to say that Jasmine was a great host who was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect Montreal get away

This is a great property. There were three of us and it was very comfortable. It has all the amenities you need, including the washer dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. We were there in the summer, so we appreciated the garden, where we could sit outside and have our morning coffee. The neighborhood is fantastic. There are so many great parks, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend the property and would go back.

Clean. Nice neighbourhood.

Good stay for a family. Clean and very convenient to metro and many local sights. Nice street and neighbourhood. Lovely little table outside in tiny garden. Beware when parking in the street. We followed the instructions that were left and initially parked right out front (weekend) which was fine. We then moved the car at appropriate time on Monday, but still received a parking fine for apparently being in a ‘cleaning’ zone between the hours of 1:30pm-2:30pm only and on a Monday only. This was not clear to us from the signage on the street.

Excellent

This property is well taken care of, as though it is the owners home, and not just a rental. Everything is in working order, and nothing is broken. The rooms are comfortable, the high ceilings give a real spaciousness to the apartment, and the very large bathtub is an added luxury. We loved the private terrace. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful with our every need and question. We traveled a lot this summer, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. We hope we can come again someday. Montreal is just amazing in the summer! This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, and very close to the metro.

Vacances idéales!

L’appartement est idéalement situé : une rue très tranquille à 80m de la rue St Denis. On y trouve énormément de restos branchés à tous les prix, ainsi que boutiques intéressantes. Le métro Mont Royal est a maximum 5 minutes à pied, et la ville s’offre à vous. Une ville accueillante et cosmopolite. L'appartement est très spacieux, agréable, avec tout le nécessaire. Le superflu y est aussi comme une petite terrasse tranquille, un luxe en ville. Jasmine a été à la fois extrêmement discrète pour nous permettre de passer nos vacances en famille, mais également très disponible pour conseils de visites ou idées pratiques... Bref, nous avons donc passé un séjour estival fantastique et quand nous reviendrons pour des vacances d’hiver, car il faut voir les 2 saisons, nous relouerons ce Condo! Nous sommes très contents!

C'est magnifique!

Hands down the best rental I have stayed in. Total perfection. Charming & comfortable with everything we could ask for & some we never thought of (espresso machine!) The neighborhood was delightful. Perfect for long exploratory strolls, restaurants, groceries &, most importantly, pastries. We had a car, probably unnecessary, but our very helpful hosts directed us to a paid lot only a short stroll away. Easy! Would return in a heartbeat.

Funky loft style apartment in a great location

Myself, my husband and another couple spent a few days here in October. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean, and it looks just as you would expect from the photos. It is located in a picturesque and artistic area of Montreal with plenty of small boutiques, restaurants, and cafe/bars. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. A Metro stop is close by. Correspondence with Jasmine the apartment owner was prompt and efficient. Highly recommended!
