Es befindet sich in einem Doppelhaus aus dem Ende des Jahrhunderts mit allen modernen Upgrades. Es ist eine Mischung aus Alt und Neu mit viel Charme und Charakter. Touristen würden alle Geräte und Kochgeschirr finden, die man brauchen könnte. 2 geschlossene Schlafzimmer (1 Queensize-Bett, 1 Doppelbett). Waschmaschine und Trockner. Eigener Eingang. Raucher haben Zugang zu zwei Balkonen (Zugang von der Küche, der andere vom Hauptschlafzimmer). Fernseher mit NETFLIX im Wohnzimmer. Das kostenlose Parken auf der Straße ist einfach und nicht überfüllt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines 2-stöckigen Gebäudes, daher gibt es eine kleine Treppe zum Aufsteigen. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

We've stayed in several different Vrbo rentals, and this was BY FAR the cleanest, most impressively organized, and charming place we've been! The neighborhood is great - very authentic and vibrant, and quite French. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bakeries and parks. Montreal is a great city to visit! Definitely go to the Botanical Gardens and the Old City.

Lovely place that is accurately described in the listing. My family of 4 enjoyed staying here, the neighborhood is great. Parking was a mild challenge but the host helped us understand the rules and was easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Any more than 5 would be a real challenge in the upstairs area.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time in Montreal and the pinnacle of the stay was the lodgings. The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed. It was comfortable and relaxing to spend time there. Once we parked our car, we did not need it again. An easy walk to the grocery store, many restaurants & cafes and the metro. Maria was very easy to communicate with. Best home away from home experience

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was fantastic. It was so close to the Metro, grocery store, and a fantastic bakery that was across the street from the Metro. The apartment was beautiful with the most amazing interior decorating. Everything there was high quality and well planned and thoughtful. The bathroom was stunning. I appreciated having a large amt of towels and a really nice washer and dryer. Everything was very clean. The host Marie-Anne was helpful and kind and always available. I will stay here on our next trip to Montreal and highly recommend this apartment.

The PERFECT Place in Montreal

My friends and I came here for Montréal Pride and found this place to be quite perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the outside spaces were relaxing, and the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s also very close to the metro so we were anywhere in the city within 10/15 mins. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. And a big grocery store is a block away! I highly recommend you stay here- we will definitely be returning!

Perfect stay

Lovely spot, close to the Metro

We enjoyed our stay at Sainte-Marie very much. The location was perfect for catching the Metro or for walking to restaurants in the neighborhood. Outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the beautiful gardens was a bonus. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and sitting area are well designed for hanging out. A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property. 2 adults and 3 growing kids fit fine in the residence. Marie-Anne provided a very warm welcome, was very attentive when we had questions, and gave us a lot of options for things to do during our stay in Montreal. We were able to park very close to the residence at all times. The area is very peaceful and family friendly, and close to a Metro station. I would definitely recommend this residence to anyone that would like to visit Montreal.

Montreal weekend getaway

Great location, 5 minute walk to metro and grocery store. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, she even had some water bottles in the fridge and a selection of a coffee pods which was great. We were able to park out front with no issues. We had the pleasure of meeting Marie-Anne when checking out and she is very friendly and hospitable host. Fabulous Apartment

Marie-Anne is a warm, attentive, and welcoming host for her artsy apartment. This place had everything we needed and more. No matter how you like to make you coffee or cook your meals, Anne Marie has everything that's required. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the balconies. A very kind and generous host

We had originally booked for 3 nights, but the extreme weather caused our travel to be delayed by 2 days - Marie-Anne very kindly offered for us to stay an extra night for free, which we really appreciated! Her accommodation is very warm and clean and has absolutely everything you could need - it was so handy to have a washing machine and dryer, as well as a full kitchen that was very well-eqipped. Being just a short walk from the train means everything is easily accessible. We highly recommend this lovely little house!

I have been working at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) since 1992. I am a responsible person who fulfills its commitments. I live on the ground floor of the duplex I own. I am available at all times when needed: just text me and you get an almost immediate response. I have furnished Le Bercy with heart so that you feel at home. Nothing has been left to chance, but the photographs do not give the character of the apartment and its beautiful brightness (windows in all rooms and skylights in the bathroom).

I bought the duplex in 1993 because it is located 30 minutes walk from my job. In addition, the duplex is located in a quiet residential area in front of which there is a condo complex. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Frontenac metro, a food market, a bank, a pharmacy, several restaurants, BIXI bike stations, a training center, a free swimming pool without identity card, a tennis court at 9 $ CAN / h, etc. In addition, the duplex is 15 minutes from downtown metro and tourist attractions (Gay Village, Latin Quarter, Old Montreal, La Ronde, entertainment district, Botanical Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, Olympic Stadium, UQÀM, the Grande Library of Quebec, etc.).
