Your studio with private balcony is located on the 6th floor of a building in the heart of downtown Montreal, a charming cultural district, the Quartier des Spectacles.

A 1-minute walk from the University, 4 minutes from the Saint-Laurent or Berri-UQAM metro stations, and just 8 minutes from Place des Arts.

Furnished with every comfort, you also benefit from access to a coworking space, a gym and a large shared terrace.

The booklet we've prepared for you gives you all the information you need for your stay, including our must-visit addresses in the greater Montreal area.

We stayed there for 3 days and had a great time. The location was perfect, the host Nora was very accommodating, and the apartment was as expected. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation.

Loved my stay

Stayed 2 nights! The host is quick with messages and very precise with the information supplied with this rental. This is a lovely apartment with all the amenities and walking distance. The building has a good vibe. Weather was nice while there, could sit on the balcony.

The hosts were fantastic and gave us some great advice for touring the neighborhood. Great location.

This was great little property. Nora is an amazing host and the location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance in a vibrant part of the city, yet the apartment was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any couple who want to visit this amazing city.

Perfect stay for a weekend getaway

Clean and convenient. We were able to walk to various locations in the city pretty easily. For those that were a bit further we still had a very short walk to subway to get to our destination. Nora was an incredibly responsive host!

Clean tidy property in a great location

Nora was a fantastic host who was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. The property was in an excellent central location, close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and within walking distance for shopping and exploring many of the local tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay with Nora in the future.

Girls trip to Montreal

A group of 4 of us girls (23) had a great time, housed us perfectly for a weekend get away, very clean and well stocked. Only thing I will say is it is right beside a dive bar and was presented with garbage and puke outside the door of the apartment in the morning, and loud music and sounds from patrons of the bar at night.About a 15 min walk to old Montreal.

Great Property!

Very nice studio apartment in Montreal Downtown-bright, clean, everything you need is there! Location is perfect -10-20 min walking distance to almost everything- Metro, Old Port, Old Montreal, Eaton Centre, Hop-On/Hop-Off bus station, Train Station, etc. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to people looking for a getaway in Montreal! Jazz Fest Visit/Good Value Condo

Location was excellent for walking to the Jazz Festival, Old Montreal, and the Metro Station. On-line photos provide good representation of unit with a well outfitted kitchen. However, on-line description and Welcome Booklet both indicate use of co-working room, gym, and rooftop terrace which all could be accessed by "using your electronic chip" but there was no electronic chip provided. One of the dining chairs was broken and not useable. Overall, we had a great stay in the unit for good value.

Wonderful weekend get away

Norma was quite responsive with our communications and met us at the apartment. She was so kind to also to help me get a parking spot right in front of the building. The apartment was quite clean and was everything we were hoping for. The convivence of the location for the jazz fest was as good as it gets, while also quiet and comfortable. We will be sure to stay here again when in Montreal.

Fantastic "Budget" Option

The property was exactly as described/expected, and ideal for a weekend exploring the city. Perfect for 3-4 people - a small family or friends. We were 2 couples. We enjoyed the rooftop space very much. Wonderful location - a close walk or bike anywhere (or otherwise close to the bus routes). Communication was great, as well. We even snagged free parking directly in front of the building. Would recommend!

Everything as stated. CLEAN. Comfy beds. Equipped kitchen. Fantastic host responsiveness/helpfulness. Area convenient but side street leading to entrance door a bit unwelcoming. Nora’s attentive service compensated though!

Verbesserungswürdig: Lage

Positiv: good communication, modern Apartment, well equipped, close to buic transport Negative: the bath, especially the floor was not clean. Towels should be white, but are a sort of grey ( seem not be washed fast and at very low temperature). There are many homeless people around the building, there is a pub underneath the apartment with patrons making lots of noise until 2 am. Our main problem was the bed. It is definitely too small for 2, it is placed next to the wall on one side, it is much too soft and a bed that may be fixed at the wall to save space. Therefore it had the comfort of a camping bed. As a result of the pub and the bed we had 3 nights with very very little sleep.

Perfect location!

Our first visit to Montreal! This condo with a balcony was just the right size for our visit as we only used it in the evening. Nora responded to our questions promptly and proceed lots of information regarding restaurants and touring. This location gave us a short walk to the harbour and to Mont Royal. Being in our late 60s we had no problem with the walking distances. The condo is located next to a bar which has an outside terrace. We could hear pleasant chatter but was silent by 11pm. Loved your little condo. Thank you! We fell in love with Montreal!
