Melanie is the best! The view is fantastic and the accommodations are very nice. We made use of just about everything and were very happy. We easily hiked to both Happy Bay Beach and Friars Beach. Restaurants on Friars Beach are average best to go to town. You will need to bring your own shampoo.

Villa Happy Days is an outstanding property, one where the online pictures of its stunning views are actually an accurate representation of its natural beauty. The villa was clean and well appointed with modern amenities. It is less than a 10 minute walk to two beautiful beaches, Friars Bay and Happy Bay. Most afternoons we had a few brief rain showers over the channel between St. Martin and Anguilla, and the location of the house is such that after almost every rain we would see beautiful rainbows. The villa is a 10 minute drive from all the best restaurants in Grand Case. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with almost no traffic to speak of, given that access to the neighborhood is gated. Melanie, the property manager, is a true delight: kind, attentive, and helpful with our every need. I would gladly stay here again

Fabulous View and Location

This property is well laid out to take advantage of the view and location. The pool is amazing and heated, which is a plus. The location advantage of walking to two favorite beaches is unbeatable. The house manager is a spectacular woman, energetic and responsive.

Amazing Family Vacation

Don't delay - book this home today! My family and I spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home... our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! The indoor and outdoor spaces make you feel as if you're in your own private resort. Melanie was also very helpful from the moment we booked until we said goodbye. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island!

HAPPY DAYS INDEED!

Beautiful villa. Great location. Wonderful sunsets. Would definitely book this villa again. Our host Melanie was wonderful. She answered all our questions and concerns. Did have a water pressure in one of the bedrooms. We were also surprised that the owner was staying in the apartment below the villa but this turned out not to be a problem.

Great Villa with fabulous views

We had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful holiday. The villa was excellent, with great bedrooms and an excellent, comfortable sitting room. All facilities are top-notch, but the best thing is the infinity pool - which has fabulous views and is the perfect depth and temperature. There was even a pair of birds nesting in the tree to keep us company whilst we were in the pool! Nearby Friar's beach was one of our favourites, along with Orient beach and Pinel island. Melanie was super-helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing vacation with amazing views

Overall, the property was amazing. The views are better than the pictures. We enjoyed walking to both beaches as well as grabbing lunch at Friars Bay. It was great being so close to Grand Case which has many amazing restaurants. We enjoyed both sides of the island but preferred the more quite French side. The pool and outdoor areas are the best, we found ourselves coming back from the beach or an excursion wanting to hang out by the pool each day. Melanie was one of the most proactive and communicative hosts we have ever had through VRBO (both before and during the trip). We will definitely be back.

Incredible Views!

Our family of four had an amazing experience at the Villa. Melanie was in communication before, during and after our stay to make sure our trip was exceptional. The moment you step into the villa the views are breathtaking and every room of the house takes advantage of it. You need a car to reach the rest of the island but within walking distance are two beautiful beaches. One quiet and secluded, the other has restaurants with delicious food. Without question we would book this villa again. Until then we will be dreaming about the views.

Fantastic in every way.

Just completed a weeks rental at this amazing villa. From the very first contact until our departure Melanie has gone above and beyond to keep us informed and ensure our stay perfect. The villa is located a short stroll from two of the best beaches in the island. One of which has a fantastic beach restaurant (friars bay) and the other is completely in developed and only had a handful of people when we visited. The villa is perfect. The views, the pool, the two (yes two) hot tubs. If we return to st Martin we would not hesitate to book this property again.

Location, Location, Location

Happy Days was exactly our perfect vacation home. Everything was perfect. Melanie met us at the property and showed us how to operate Security System, the Private Gate, home appliances, and security safe. The home sits with a spectacular view above Friar's Bay. The home was exceptionally clean, and housekeeping, pool guy, and gardner were all scheduled and came as we were told. Shopping and restuarants are close by, and the people we encountered were happy to have us as customers and guest. Truly a blessed encounter for all.

Fantastic stay with our 2 children. A fantastic location to rent on island. The views are absolutely amazing and we loved the pool & lounge area. It was fantastic to have our own spaces & bathrooms. Clean & comfortable. 10mn drive to Grand Case and the best restaurants on the island, 15mn to Marigot & more shopping & food. 20mn to Orient beach. We walked down to both Friars bay beach & happy bay beach. We would definitely rent again & Melanie was so helpful & timely in her responses. She helped us with groceries on arrival and a great Coco beach club recommendation amongst other restaurant tips.

Girls Trip

From beginning to end, our stay at Villa Happy Days was wonderful. The villa and its views are exactly like the pictures. The people are friendly and the island is beautiful but we only left the villa a few times for outings because we had all we needed there. We utilized ShopnDrop Grocery service and arrived to find the villa completely stocked with all we ordered. We cannot thank our host Melanie enough for her gracious and kind attention to us. Melanie is extremely attentive, and quick to respond and provide a solution. She is a true gem and bonus to your stay.
