Our stay

It was the best view! We loved this condo! Very clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Check in and out was so easy as to normally have to go to front desk and get keys and all that and this place you have your code and donā€™t have to mess with any of that! It was clean and beds were comfortable! We go to Panama every year and will definitely be choosing this condo again next year!

A week on the beach with friends

It is overall a nice place. The living room sectional was just not comfortable for me. I have a bad back and I did not have a real comfortable place I could find to set.

Just little things.

The property is great. The condo cleaning people could do a better job. However the condo was as advertised. The master mattress is not the most comfy but did the job. The elevators was very slow. To be as big as the place is they need better elevators. As far as our stay we had a wonderful time. It was just little things as i described. Not a deal breaker as far as going back because the condo was all we really needed. An it was good. Just need better cleaners. An the check in process was a a hassle.

Overall, was a nice place to stay. Beach itself was wonderful. Internet/wifi was fast. The TVā€™s were smart tvā€™s so that was nice. Check-in easy. BUT the bed in the master was awful. Thereā€™s a huge dip in the middle of the bed. The sofa was creaky and one of the cushions was ripped at the seam. The bathrooms are nice but there was not much hot water. Thereā€™s a jacuzzi tub that I didnā€™t turn on but you could barely fill the tub with hot water, much less also have someone take a shower. Would be pretty difficult for more than 2 people to take a shower in a condo that holds at least 6 people. Also the balcony itself was kinda small. Couldnā€™t imagine 6 people sharing space comfortably on it. The building was also working on the internet/wiring apparently and security just let them into the unit with no warning to us that they were coming other than a piece of paper in the elevators. No prior notice to the property manager (and thus to us). We were still sleeping when they came into the unit unannounced. A little disconcerting.

Beautiful views!

The rental was perfect and in a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Although we were on The 18th floor the elevators were fast with very little wait time. The rental was very clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Bring binoculars because you will want a close up of the stingrays, dolphins, and sea turtles you will see in the distance. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future!

The location is perfect, 1 mile from S Thomas Dr. Perfect walking distance to exhibits, shops, restaurants. The condo when we came in had a musty smell to it. When we went to use the jacuzzi tub, black mold poured out of the jets and I ended up having to clean it myself before use. I expected ā€œremodeledā€ to look clean and not like the super 8 motel. All of the kitchen cabinets have a ā€œpeel and stickā€ vinyl on them that look awful, the cabinets donā€™t close properly. The dishes had stains on them as though they were thrifted dishes. I do not like the fact that thereā€™s a ring camera on the door. Made me very uncomfortable to think someone could see me and my family come and go.The host wasnā€™t responsive. I told him about the mold, got no response back. Asked about pool hours and he said heā€™d get back to me and never did. I also asked Majestic staff about the ā€œspa massage optionā€ no one had any idea about a massage or spa anywhere in that building, which made the ā€œdetails about the propertyā€ completely inaccurate. I promised my daughter a massage since we were staying there for Christmas, and made myself out to be a liar.The cleaners need to pay more attention to detail. The black mold in the showers is gross. The king sized bed is so uncomfortable. Thereā€™s not enough towels for the size of the room/bed ratio. The beach chairs they left were rusted and broken down.

Great location, in need of additional services

Great location but thatā€™s all really had going for it. Definitely recommend bringing extra towels and not just beach towels. Had 6 towels in a unit for a week for 10 people. Unit was dirty. Stuff under beds, couch and could feel sand on floor when first entering even. Deck hadnā€™t been cleaned. Most places also leave at least one extra toilet paper and trash bag. Not here. Only the partially used roll. Then they offer a 15 percent off next stay for a 5 star rating. No thanks. Wonā€™t be staying here again.

Our PCB experience

All in all, nice rental but needs some tlc.Some of the issues in the unit were on other reviews so they havenā€™t been addressed. I sent a list of the issues to the landlord. The amenities list should be updated. No sauna or steam room. Loved the balcony view and beach access. All the employees that we spoke to were very friendly. The landlord answered me quickly when I reached out to him.

Our condoā€¦ before I start I want to say we did have a good stay. However there are there are some things that really need improving. It needs some updating. It was not as clean as it should have been. The sheets on the master med had a small blood stain. There was also a spot of blood or something beside the toilet in the master bath when we arrived. The floors were gritty feeling as soon as we walked in. The bed in the master bedroom rolls to the middle. The queen bed in one room was very hard. The bunk beds needed to be tightened. Any time someone rolled over on the bunks they would shake and sThere were no bowls for cooking and very few cooking utensils. Some of the appliances need upgrading. These were things that could be improved upon. Especially the cleanliness. We did enjoy our stay but these things I have mentioned would help others have a more comfortable stay.
