This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a large private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the airy living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great Condo

Check in was a breeze, received door code the day before check in so we were able to go straight to our room. Parking was great as well. We didn’t have to park across the street and walk like most other condos in the area. Definitely would stay here again!

Needs to be updated, especially furniture in living room. Sofa is very uncomfortable, dirty and stained.More towels and wash cloths needed.

Very satisfied

I was pleasantly surprised with this rental. I am always concerned that the pictures of the location may be deceiving, but it was wonderful. Right on the beach, great views, nice place, comfortable amenities, etc. The only con was that the fitness center wasn't available/open, and we were really looking forward to that.

Amazing!

We have an amazing time during our annual visits to PCB, where we go at least twice/three times a year. This was our first stay at this property, and we will definitely be booking here again as it was perfect for our family. The only downsides was a neighbor nearby smoked while we were on the balcony, which was something we couldn't control. On a positive note, the elevators operated quickly, which was a huge improvement compared to other places we've stayed. Overall, it’s a fantastic location, and we can't wait to book again!

Nice location

The family had a great time. Had plenty of room for everyone. Place was clean the younger kids liked having a pool for an option when they didn’t want to go to the ocean. Kitchen pretty much had everything you needed. The only thing I would recommend is a crockpot those come in handy to just throw dinner in while you’re at the beach. Overall it was nice and I would book again.

Amazing

Super clean. Absolutely cleanest condo I've ever stayed in. Great dryer. Well stocked kitchen. Matter bath door didn't lock. Elevator tried to get stuck between floors so that wasn't fun. Overall, great experience and we'll be back!

The only thing that would have made it better is if the Boardwalk Beach Resort fireworks was scheduled for either July 3 or 4th and not on the 5th, the day of checkout. In the past they have always been either the 3rd or 4th, we look forward to that every year. Other than that, the week was amazing with great weather. Very little seaweed this week as well.

Nice condo and splash pad for the kids.

Everything was as expected. The condo had a very strange musty smell. The air didn’t work but a technician came 2nd day to repair it. Pool/splash pad were great and the ocean was beautiful.

The kitchen was fully stocked, the only thing we had to buy were garbage bags (only received one which is not sufficient for a week). Great view from the balcony, the beds slept great and the condo building itself is fantastic.

Plenty of room and we loved that it was right on the beach and had a great pool area. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We had plenty of kitchen supplies and appreciated having the efficient washer and dryer in the unit. I would recommend bringing more toilet paper and paper towels as they provided one roll of each, so enough to get started but you’ll need more for a week long stay. The Boardwalk Bar and Grill by the pool was a great value and had delicious food and drinks! The location of the condo is convenient as there is a Walmart and several fast food, souvenir, and family restaurants nearby. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. I will say that while the rules state no smoking we smelled a lot of people breaking the rules on balconies and in public spaces.

Perfect beach getaway

We stayed at this beautiful condo over Easter. The condo itself was immaculate and perfect for our large family. The floor to ceiling windows in the master gave a breathtaking view, and there was a door to the balcony from the bedroom as well. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The complex is very close to several attractions and restaurants, so the location was great. The pool was heated which was also great since the overnight temps were in the 60s. The beach was perfect, and there were chairs to rent if you wanted to. The only thing we could have used more of in the condo was bath towels. We did not have enough to go around despite washing them every day, but we made it work. There was a sign on the gym door that said it was permanently closed as of March 1st, so my husband was disappointed when he went to use it. But overall, we loved this condo and the complex, and we would definitely stay again!

Condo is on 16th floor, but the property has 5 elevators, so it was never too long of a wait. You can rent chairs and umbrella each day or bring your own tent, umbrella, etc. The first two days were double red flag so we couldn't get in the ocean, but overall, a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself is beautiful and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows/blankets for everyone. This is my third time staying at the Boardwalk and had never had any issues until this stay. Housekeeping did not leave any extra towels, each bathroom had 2 wash cloths and 1 towel, I did call and they brought some extra within a reasonable time. We then realized each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper, with 5 people staying there it went quickly and also only had two trash bags for kitchen can. I called and asked for more toilet paper and trash bags and never received them so we had to buy our own. Two different days the pool was shut down. The first time we were told it was due to someone having diarrhea and it was shut down for well over 24 hours. The second time was again due to fecal matter in the pool but was only shut down for 3/4 hours. I understand accidents happen, it was just the inconsistency with shut down times from the facility. While yes we had the beach, we paid quite a bit to stay here so it was quite a disappointment to not be able to enjoy the pool.

PCB Stay

The property was very clean and satisfactory, despite the problems with communication with the property manager and lack there of as well as the strictness of the pool hours, they closed for any little bit of rain or storms.. very upsetting for the kids in the group. My party did enjoy the property. Will definitely return to PCB, but will check to see if there are any big tournaments or events scheduled for the time we pick.

Mold issues

If you enjoy the smell of mildew and mold then this is the place for you! As soon as we opened the door we could smell mold, after further inspection we found mold in the master shower. Also, sand was on the kitchen counter and on the floor. We emailed the rental company but never got a response.

Family vacay

Everything was mostly great. Door plate was broke, toilets flush had issues, hubby used to enjoy smoking on the balcony. He did not enjoy going the the 1st floor or ground floor to smoke outside. Especially when people were smoking weed on their balconies.

Nicely decorated beach front!

Checkin day was seamless...after some erroneous emails leading up to it—“payment not received” after paid, etc. But called and talked to real people who reassured us. Front door Keypad code emailed in good time—day of and before check-in time. Covered/deck parking optional. Appliances all working. Beautiful views on beach side 16th floor condo, and beds were fairly comfortable. Decorated well. Would def go back.
