This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. The property’s layout and stairs are shown in the listing photos; however, we understand that navigating the space—especially at night—can be challenging, and we sincerely apologize for any injuries or inconvenience this caused. Your comments regarding lighting and stair visibility are taken seriously, and we will review possible improvements to help prevent this in the future. Regarding the supplies, we apologize if there were shortages during your stay. This feedback helps us improve our checks to ensure the home is better prepared for larger groups.
