CASA ZILLORI - AUSSERORDENTLICHES SUITE-HAUS MIT VIER SCHLAFZIMMERN

Beschreibung

Casa Zillori wurde nun komplett renoviert und erweitert, was zu einem außergewöhnlichen Strandhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern im schönen Los Conchas führte. Dieses von Designern inspirierte Ferienhaus bietet einen spektakulären Meerblick, eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Granit-Arbeitsplatte, einen Holzkamin, WLAN, Direkt-TV, das US-amerikanische und das mexikanische Festnetz. Der Eingang zum Haus erfolgt über einen geschlossenen Innenhof mit Springbrunnen, Außenkocher und prächtigem Bougainvillea-Baum.

Die Terrasse am Meer verfügt über einen eigenen Esstisch, Chaiselongues, eine Feuerstelle und einen Whirlpool im Freien, in dem Sie entspannen und die Schönheit der Sterne und des Meeres genießen können. Es gibt zwei große Waschmaschinen und Trockner sowie eine sichere Garage für Ihr Fahrzeug.

Haustiere sind gegen eine Kaution erlaubt. Kajaks und Schwimmwesten sind vorhanden.

„Als Eigentümer von Casa Zillori heißen wir Sie herzlich willkommen und wünschen Ihnen einen wunderschönen Urlaub am wunderschönen Meer von Cortez. Seit über 20 Jahren genießen wir die Ruhe und Schönheit dieses Ortes, die bezaubernden Sonnenuntergänge und den Charme der Stadt. Als häufiger Besucher von Puerto Penasco war es uns unmöglich, die Not vieler Straßenhunde zu ignorieren, die an Krankheit, Hunger und manchmal regelrechter Grausamkeit litten. Bei mehreren Gelegenheiten brachten wir verlassene, kranke und hungernde Hunde zurück in die Vereinigten Staaten, um sie zu rehabilitieren und ein liebevolles Zuhause für immer zu finden. Vor ein paar Jahren trafen wir Barb Mumbach, die Barbs Hunderettung betrieb, ungefähr fünf Meilen nördlich der Stadt. Sie ist eine unglaubliche Frau, die sich bemüht hat, diesen armen Hunden auf jede erdenkliche Weise zu helfen. Sie kümmert sich bei der Rettung um sie und versorgt sie mit Essen, Medikamenten und viel Liebe. Sie hat auch für die Kastration und das Kastrieren gesorgt sowie für viele erfolgreiche Adoptionen in die Vereinigten Staaten. Ihre Entscheidung für Casa Zillori ist für diese Hunde von großem Vorteil, da wir 100% aller Mieteinnahmen von Casa Zillori an Barb's Dog Rescue verpfändet haben. Beautiful Mexico Home! No tricky photo shot.. "it IS like the photos". Gorgeous beach setting. Loved the Kayaks, boogie board, and Skim boards! We did have a couple maintenance issues that were addressed quickly, so all is well...Oceano Rentals were friendly and easy to work with. Great spot to enjoy the beach- inside or out, play games, eat good home cooked food, yet close enough to escape to town for an outing as well. Made excellent memories--- LOVED OUR STAY!

This rental was amazing. Great location on the water beautiful views. The house came with all the essentials to make it feel like a home away from home. Love that each room had its own bathroom makes it super convenient for multiple families. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house in general was exactly what we needed with a few minor issues that would deter me from renting again. Truly, the main issue was the seashell covered backyard as we weren’t able to fully enjoy the space outside and the beach front experience we were hoping for. Although we did see seashells in the pictures I assumed it was just around the perimeter not the entire backyard plus one of the master bedrooms only had lukewarm waters so showers were cold however, other than that, the house was Immaculate and in a great location.

Steps away from the beach. Lived the 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outside patio was awesome to just sit and stare at the ocean. Lots of tide pools at low tide. Appreciated the umbrellas, kayaks and beach games. Great stay! And will be back. Office for key pick up and drop off right on the way to the home. Love the dog painting at the entry way. Super cool the proceeds go to barbs dog rescue.

Perfect place to unwind

This is one of the most relaxing beach homes we have stayed in. Area is quiet and safe. The home is very comfortable, perfect size for our family of five. Our dog had the best time of all of us - we let him run freely on the long stretch of uncrowded beach with fine sand and warm water. We will certainly be back.

Seashell beauty

Our stay was amazing, we have been to Rocky Point so many times and always stayed at the resorts. This was our first at a home in Las Conchas, the house made it so amazing and is absolutely beautiful. We will no doubt be back and will stay at the Casa Zilori. PRocky Point 2023

Beautiful home! The beach is steps away and gorgeous. The rental company was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I have been going to Rocky Point for 40 plus years and it never disappoints. Highly recommend this property.

The home is in terrific condition. We rented it 3 years ago and the home had been maintained well over the past few years. We would prefer triple sheeting over the bed spreads but other than that this home is a perfect 10.

Very comfortable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Zillori was a great stay for our party of 8. The home was very pretty, very well maintained, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
