Sichtbalken, sehr ruhig in der obersten Etage des Gebäudes (mit Aufzug) und hell (7 Fenster).

Über den Dächern von Paris

Wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten: Zentral, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Mitten im pulsierenden Stadtkern, abendlicher Blick auf den beleuchteten Eifelturm und für uns Selbstversorger: Küche mit Ofen. Großartig.

Unter dem Himmel von Paris

Das Appartement liegt im 6. Stock, die Aussicht ist unglaublich, schön zu jeder Tageszeit. Alles funktioniert sehr gut, nur den TV konnten wir nicht auf das Fußballspiel Liverpool Madrid einstellen. Immerhin das Radio mit hervorragenden Lautsprechern (Bose) für Musik und Nachrichten. Sämtliche Geräte ansonsten sehr gut. In der Küche sind Grundvorräte vorhanden, z.B. Tee und Kaffee. Handtücher im Badezimmer ausreichend, schön und flauschig. Schöne Bedttwäsche. Die Betten sehr gut. Es war überall sehr sauber. Wir wurden von Damien empfangen, der uns alles erklärte und die Schlüssel übergab. Leider hatten wir nur ein Schlüsselset. Das Appartment ist in vollem Umfang zu empfehlen, auch Lage ist einmalig gut. Die Korrespondenz mit Loic war gut, die Einweisung von Damien sehr feundlich. Super Ausblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Paris, inmitten von Restaurants und Geschäften gelegen. Mit der Metro- Station gegenüber konnte jedes Ziel schnell erreicht werden. Aber am Besten war der Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm!

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris! Adjacent to "Les Halles" shopping and metro hub, its location was the perfect starting point for all our daily adventures! Easy walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louve, Touleries and Musee D'Orsay, not to mention a large selection of charming shops and cafes right outside our door! Communication with host Luic was easy and the apartment was as advertised - clean, stocked, and sporting magnificent views of the Parisian skyline and the Eiffel Tower! The large living area windows opened to make you feel you were on a balcony and we enjoyed multiple sunset views during the week we stayed. Our 21-year old son was with us for a portion of our week and was quite comfortable on the pullout sofa bed. The "one" bathroom is actually two rooms - one with a shower and sink and the other with the toilet and sink so it was even more do-able for a party of three. We would definitely recommend this charming apartment and stay there again! Magnifique! Merci Beaucoup Luic!

The apartment was amazing,.If there was an option to give 4.5 stars, I would have done so. Such a lovely space, The view and location were wonderful!! Cafes, groceries, etc. just outside. It was large and beautifully decorated. The beds, including the pull-out sofa, were comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom with a shower and sink and another in the hallway with a toilet and sink). The reduced rating is mainly because of the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order. We immediately called the host, who apoliogized He said it was old and sometimes breaks down. He said it is typically repared with a couple of hours and, on our request, he called maintenance.We had to carry our bags up 6 fligts of stairs and were exhausted by the time we reached the apartment. Having an elevator was one of the main reasons we chose this location for our stay. It took a day and a half for it to be fixed and broke briefly again later in our stay. We ultimately had to walk up the stairs more than 4 times and even when it worked, I was concerned we might become stuck in it (which never happened). Other issues: The air conditioner is a portable window unit and does not cover the entire space. Fortunately, it was cool weather and there was great of cross ventilation. The bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper (no extra) for a 3 people on a 5 night stay. We had to buy some. It also had no towel rack or hook for hanging a hand towel.

Excellent apartment

Lovely apartment. Close to transportation, shopping, plenty of cafes. About 1/2 mile walk to notre dame and louvre. Would very much recommend. A few glitchy things, the code to enter didnt work on arrival. We were able to reach Loic and gained entry after contacting another resident. The elevator stopped working. But wasfunctioning again after 1 day. It is 6 floors up. Very warm at night, no AC. Just an FYI. windows do open to a nice breeze.

Highly Recommended

We spent 5 days in this apartment and it was everything we would have wanted. Superb location at Les Halles some 100 steps from three Metro stations, with great shopping and numerous restaurants and walkable distances to the Louvre and many other sites. The apartment itself is well catered for clean. The Owner is personable, simpatico and easy to communicate with. We might well be back!

Perfect view

Everything was just as shown. Elevator was a great benefit after traipsing all day on cobblestone streets. Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook. Bed was comfortable. View was simply awesome. Host was attentive and let us in early.

Convenient and comfortable

The property is roomy, very comfortable and in the perfect location to see the historic area of Paris. Our only issue was the broken elevator since the apartment is on the sixth floor. The owners were very responsive and it finally got fixed by our third day of a five day stay.

Perfect location

This rental couldn’t be in a more perfect location with the station right across the way, making use of public transportation a breeze. There’s even a small market in Les Halles so you can pick up some staples for your kitchen. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. Couldn’t be happier with the location as it was perfect.

Charming flat away from the tourist area.

This flat is in a nice area of town with walking streets, so no traffic noise. We were able to walk to many areas of interest. We were thankful for that tiny elevator! Two issues we encountered were: lack of adequate lighting. The dining and living room areas were quite dark and one of the bedroom reading lights is broken. Also, we were unable to get water out of the shower head, despite the instructions provided. Overall, a great experience.

Top Position with Lift !

Can’t think of a better position for Paris, next to Les Halles, cafés, shops & museums everywhere you turn, plus steps away from a main metro. This is a pleasant, light-filled apartment on 6th floor with lift; you have a great view of St Eustache, with the Eiffel Tower shimmering in the distance. Friendly host, Loic, met us (even though we were about an hour late) & showed us around. All supplies available, tea, coffee, etc. Overhead shower arrangement in narrow bath tub is not the best but other positives compensate. No washing machine but there’s a drying rack for hand-washing, which was helpful

We loved it

My 12 year old granddaughter and I, age 78, thought this was the greatest place. It's a little like staying in Times Square, but everything is accessible and easy to get to and the apartment is quiet. The view is incredible. The apartment wasn't fancy, but neither are we. Beds were comfortable, and everything was easy. Merci bien Loic.

Paris rendezvous

This is a perfect place to stay to explore Paris! Loic, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is nicely furnished; secure, private, and very peaceful. The 6th floor views, (top floor with elevator), are fantastic. Sunset views of the Eiffel Tower from the second level up, 16th century Saint-Eustache church, and a pedestrian only street below. Located in the first arrondissement, walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre, Seine, Tuileries, Pompidou, numerous restaurants, and across the street from Les Halles underground shopping center and the number one transit center, also located underground and very convenient. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing view/ Excellent location

This was an amazing apartment for my daughter and I during our first visit to Paris. We LOVED everything about our stay here. Located in a safe neighborhood directly across from the Forum des Halles (chatelet des halles stop) that is located in the Westfield shopping center. Easy access to both airports, all of Paris and outlying areas on RER and metro lines. Neighborhood is pedestrian zone and was very quiet with windows closed (though we love the sounds of the city). Lots of excellent restaurant and shopping choices just outside the apartment, grocery store within 2 min walk. Notre Dame 12 min walk, Saint Chappelle 10 min walk, The Louve 12 min walk and Center Pompidou 5 min walk (as well as many other beautiful sites and the Seine). The view of the Eiffel Tower was extraordinary especially at night when it twinkles each hour. Communication from Loic was super helpful and very precise making our check in process easy after a long day of travel. Apartment is as advertised, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There is a lift in the building that was super helpful especially as our bags became very heavy with the lots of shopping we did. As others have mentioned windows open provide a nice cool cross breeze where a/c is not needed. So lovely to have the opportunity to stay in this apartment during our trip to Paris. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again upon our return to Paris.

VRBO property not safe

Very poor to no lighting in the building. My spouse fell going down the stairs dislocating and fracturing her ankle. Our vacation was completely ruined. We left Paris with a cast and medical bills. Owner refused to reimburse. This is NOT a two bedroom. It is one room with a pull out couch. Dirty laundry left in the basket, food left in the refrigerator. If this is your first time in Paris I recommend you stay in a hotel with a concierge. It was unfortunate, Paris is a beautiful city. Don’t let this place ruin your vacation. The building is not physically safe. When we left the lights were still not replaced.
