It is a nice property, but not worthy of the “luxury” tag. It is minimalist in its internal design and in our view, somewhat soulless.The fixtures and fittings are all of good quality, but not the bedding and towels, which are poor.The pool area is OK and there is a decent games area for kids. The location really means that a car is essential to avoid feeling isolated.Crestatx is a nice enough neighbourhood but we did unfortunately encounter serious problems with the next door neighbours, who allow their Alsatian guard dog to roam the grounds and bark incessantly. A problem magnified significantly when they leave the dog on its own. It is also of some note that the boundary with the neighbours property is topped with barbed wire.The host is pleasant enough but in spite of her apparent attempts, she was unsuccessful in resolving the situation to our satisfaction. Communication throughout the holiday period was poor.We were aware of the additional charge for electricity before our stay, but despite our attempts to minimise, it was found to be excessive.As a couple we do look to be positive with all reviews we are asked to submit, but on this occasion, we regret to say that this has not been a particularly pleasant or enjoyable property experience.

While we are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your personal expectations, I would like to clarify a few objective details for the peace of mind of our future guests: ​Location: The house is situated in a quiet residential countryside area, just 2.5 km from Sa Pobla, right next to an international school, a local chapel, and a nearby bus stop. As clearly stated in our listing description, we recommend renting a car to explore the island with complete freedom, but the property is by no means isolated. ​Guest Service & Amenities: As a host, I am always easily reachable via phone, WhatsApp, and email. During your stay, I remained in touch and entered the house—with your permission—to refresh the linens. At no point was any dissatisfaction mentioned regarding the bedding or furniture, all of which are carefully selected for comfort and high quality. ​Electricity Consumption: We maintain a policy of complete transparency. The electricity meter is reset to zero together with the guest upon check-in and reviewed together at check-out. The final cost simply reflects the actual energy usage during the stay. ​Rural Environment: In this countryside setting, it is normal for neighboring properties to have guard dogs. We maintain an excellent relationship with all our neighbors, who are very respectful and make sure to bring their dogs indoors at night. Perfect family break!

Really well maintained property, perfect for family get away with adult kids and their partners, having 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and living space. Excellent Villa - perfect for a family

Perfect villa for our family holiday - spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool is ideal for young children under supervision as there is a large shallow area where they can happily play. The pictures truly reflect what you get - the best villa we have stayed in and will return. The owner is on hand when you need her.

A beautiful property ideal for group stays

We had an amazing stay here this month - the villa was beautiful and clean, a really well-equipped kitchen and the benefit of all en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool and outside area was outstanding, brilliant for a group of friends with lots of activities. The hot tub is a brilliant addition too. Katy was super helpful and responsive and an excellent host - we had the best time and hope to be back next year.

Fantastic holiday house

We are two Swedish families (8 persons) that rented the house for two weeks. We loved this place; exclusive, cool design and perfect planning of the house ! Our kids used the pool from early mornings until late nights, and we could all the time watch them from inside our outside the villa. We used the nice barbecue place many evenings. Katy Mary and her family are very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place - we hope to be back next summer !

A fantastic week

We came as two separate family’s and the place was perfect. All of the rooms are a great size with really good bathrooms. The place was immaculate and really well stocked, the pool was warm and we spent most of our days in it. It was easy access by car in to Alcudia and a nearby waterpark so we had a nice time exploring and then coming back to relax at the villa. We couldn’t fault it. Katy was always on hand to help if needed too. We would love to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The villa itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has a beautiful swimming pool. We enjoyed the property, but unfortunately, the management and communication need significant improvement.The checkout time is clearly stated as 10:00 AM. However, at around 9:30 AM, the agent entered the property without warning through the garage door to ask us to leave, while some members of our group were still in the shower. This was very uncomfortable and not at all professional. We respected the agreed checkout time and returned the keys at exactly 10:00 AM.There were also important missing details regarding the checkout requirements. The instructions state: “On the day of departure, the kitchen must be collected (dishes, glasses, pots... washed.) The garbage must be deposited in the corresponding container.” However, the agent asked us to collect garbage from the different areas of the villa, take it with us in our car, and dispose of it at a waste collection point 9 km away. This requirement was not specified in the information provided before our stay. We had to make a round trip to comply with this additional request, otherwise we would be charged 200euros. This is not professional way to manage a checkout, especially when such a requirement is not clearly communicated in advance.We also paid the additional electricity charges as stated in the conditions. We were careful and economical with our electricity consumption, but still have been charged 60eu for only 3 nights…

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful family holiday here. The location is great if you have a car (not sure about without) - there is a local supermarket and restaurants a few minutes drive away and we visited Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and Alcúdia easily on multiple days. Getting there from the airport was also very straightforward.The house itself is lovely, a very modern clean design and layout inside, and everything we needed outside for both kids and adults.Huge bonus was the heated pool, it allowed us to be in it every day at the start of April and made a big difference to the kids’ experience. Katy was really helpful and responsive both before we arrived, and once we were there, resolving a small issue very quickly and answering various questions.Would highly recommend!

Fantastic modern villa !

From the time we arrived at the villa, met by Katy, to our departure, we had a fantastic time. The house is modern, clean, spacious and was perfect for us. We were 2 families (5 kids & 4 adults). It had everything we expected and more. Really nice outdoor area and the saltwaterpool was great with depths going from 30cm til 170cm. Outdoor bbq perfect for making lunsj/dinner outdoors. This vila is highly recommended. We would go back anytime :-) Thanks Katy

Fantastic stay - fantastic host.

We had 22 days here in August and wish it had been longer. The villa is simply stunning - and was even better than we expected. All the rooms were great and had en suites. All were lovely and clean and with plenty of storage space. We had a few different family and friends stay over the holiday who all had a fantastic time. There was plenty of equipment to cook with when we are in and we were only 15 mins from Alcudia or Pollença if we wanted to go out so the location is perfect. You’re only five minutes from several supermarkets in Sa Pobla for supplies Katy Mary was a fantastic host who was always only a text message away if we had a question or needed help. The pool and hot tub are great and regularly cleaned. There’s also a games area in the garage for the kids to enjoy. We will hopefully be returning someday!

Nice villa, well equipped suitable for group of friends or a family

We really enjoyed our stay in this property as a group of 7 friends looking for a quiet and more private get away compared to a hotel stay. There are four almost equally sized rooms which all come with a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen area holds the majority of items you will most likely use during a 7-14 days stay. What we would loved to have read before: the outside area is also really beautiful and comes with plenty of opportunities to play table soccer/basketball etc. There are also additional pool toys available. Lastly, note there are a lot of mosquitos. Supermarkets are close by. Beach by car in around 20 min. All in all really great property to spend time with friends and relax.

Very nice house

We spent a week in this house. It is really confortable and exactly as shown on the pictures. The garden is beautiful.Beds are confortable too. Everything you need when you want to have a good time. The only point of attention is regarding the electricity. It is not included in the price. I understand that it’s to avoid people to spend to much electricity, and i think it is a good thing. But i found it was quite expensive. We knew we would have to pay for it, so again it was not a surprise, but for one week, i think it was a lot (165€ for 7 days (and we were really carefull !)). Probably some appliances in the house are really big consumers. Anyway, we spent a very good time, so I recommand.

Dear Melanie Thank you very much for your opinion. I think it is necessary to emphasize that throughout your stay you enjoyed a private pool heated to 28 degrees and also a Jakussi in the garden preheated to 35 degrees. The house has an electricity meter that On the day of check-in, it is set to zero in front of you and it is checked again on the day of your departure. kind regards

Not so sure

We (6 adults in the family) stayed for a week during Christmas 2022. We had to figure things out for a good amount of time into the staying at the villa because the written instruction is not provided - still have not figured out how to light the fire outside next to outdoor chairs. It did not have enough hot water for more than two showers at a time. The additional electricity charge cost more than an additional night’s charge. The main sliding door handle to the pool is way too stiff to open. We recommend it fixed or replaced. We would rather have more essential stuff such as toilet papers, trash bags and cooking oil provided instead of the perk of candies/fruit. It was indeed a modern and clean place. However, the host could have been more clear in dealing with our issues. Written instruction is highly recommended for future guests to use the property.

I am sorry that your stay in our villa was not really to your liking, although we take note to improve as much as possible day by day. It has been a great surprise for me to read this review and I feel somewhat confused. From before your arrival until the last day of your stay, we have maintained a fluid and cordial dialogue both by phone and by WhatsApp and at no time did they communicate anything to me than what is described in this review. Both my husband and I are available 24 hours a day for our guests to solve any unforeseen event or question that may arise. Regarding the electrical cost, several factors must be taken into account: you requested the heating of the outdoor pool and the outdoor whirlpool, but then you have to add the consumption of the whole house taking into account that we are talking about the month of December. On the other hand, would it be possible that your discontent described here was due to the fact that I was forced to activate the guarantee deposit for damages? A few hours after having checked out I discovered the broken ceramic hob. When I contacted you again They half admitted to having broken it and refused to take charge of the repair.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Katy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand eine große Obstschale und eine Weinflasche bereit und im Kühlschrank warteten schon ein paar Getränke. Das Haus war sauber und es waren ausreichend Handtücher für Duschen und den Pool vorhanden. Der Pool wird beheizt. Man kann dies nicht steuern. Zur Miete kommen bei Ankunft erstmal 150 Euro Stromkosten die in bar an Katy zu zahlen sind ( wussten wir vorab nicht). Hinzu kommt dann der zusätzliche Strom der in der Zeit verbraucht wird. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 8 Personen im Haus und nutzen auch den Whirlpool. Da das Wasser bei Neuvermietung getauscht wird, ist dies bei Ankunft natürlich kalt. Dieser wird dann mit dem normalen Strom geheizt. Wir hatten nach einer Woche ( Whirpool haben wir 3 Tage geheizt und genutzt) dann mit dem alltäglichen Stromverbrauch nochmal 170 Euro Strom am Ende gehabt. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, es könnten aber nochmal zusätzliche Gläser angeschafft werden, zumindest wenn man das Haus in voller Personenzahl nutzt. Ansonsten kommt man gut klar. Der direkte Nachbar hat allerdings einen Hund, dieser bellt täglich ab 6:30 Uhr gerne rum. Dafür kann natürlich Katy nichts, aber wer gerne lange ausschläft, wird dadurch höchstwahrscheinlich gestört. In unserer Woche kam es leider immer wieder zu übel riechenden Gerüchen aus dem Syphon aus den oberen Schlafzimmern. Das untere Schlafzimmer empfanden wir leicht klamm.
