Dieses komfortable Studio-Apartment befindet sich nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt vom Hafen von Newlyn und hat alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen.

Sealanes befindet sich im obersten Stock eines Granit-Reihenhaus mit Blick auf den Panoramablick auf Mounts Bay, Penzance Harbour und Newlyn-Fische Quay entfernt.

Die geräumige offene Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, um einen hohen Standard. Es ist ein komfortables Doppelbett mit King-Size-Bettdecke und strahlend weißer Bettwäsche, einem großen Ecksofa, das in einer sehr günstigen Zustellbett und unter dem Fenster einen runden Esstisch und Stühlen macht.
Ein TV mit integriertem DVD-Player, sitzt an der Wand, die gegenüber entweder dem Bett oder dem Sofa gekippt werden kann.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche zur Selbstversorgung. Tee und Kaffee sind ebenfalls vorhanden wie ein großzügiges Willkommenspaket, inklusive Frühstück für die ersten paar Mal morgens.
Es gibt ein geräumiges Duschbad mit Handtuchwärmer.

Außerhalb der Wohnung ist ein Garten im Innenhof mit Sitzbereich, wo ein Essen im Freien genießen kann.

Property was lovely. Perfect size for a couple, great facilities, amazing views. Ali greeted us on arrival and was lovely. The only caveat I would add is the very narrow lane up to the parking spot and gravel by driveway wasn't helpful for grip and turning of car. But the stay was lovely, lots of nice eateries nearby and great sea views with a flat coastal path.

Many thanks for your hospitality Ali. We truly enjoyed our stay at Newly, a few miles away from all the sightseeing sites in west Cornwall. Penzance is within walking distance with all the shops you need. The room has a very beautiful view over St Michael’s Mount. All of them for a reasonable price!

A lovely well appointed flat that was perfect for our short break. Slightly tricky to find but excellent directions were provided. The amazing view of Newlyn harbour and Mounts Bay from the front window is difficult to beat. A very useful information book about local services was put to good use. All in all very good value. Great stay at Sealanes

A really lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring the far west of Cornwall and our l planned visit to the Minack. Friendly host who kindly found some picture books for our 4year old to enjoy during her stay. Super view out of the window- there’s always something to watch in the harbour or in Mounts Bay. Definitely plan to return.

Beautiful studio with great view

One of our best VRBO stays. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Ali provided eggs, coffee, tea, milk bread, butter and flowers (I probably forgot something. Would definitely stay here again.

The flat itself is lovely - it's very nicely decorated and with a beautiful view right across Mount's Bay. It is well appointed with a large bathroom and a kitchenette that contains everything you would need. The bed is comfortable. Communication with Ali was excellent: she was very responsive and helpful. I'm giving this only 3 stars, however, because we had a serious issue with access. I did check out access to the flat before booking and Ali was upfront about the garden steps: my partner, who is disabled, did manage these without too many problems. However, the driveway is unfortunately very challenging if, like ourselves, you're in an older manual car. I think, for younger and more intrepid drivers in small automatics, it should be fine, but reversing up a steep slope and then driving forwards around a steep bend nearly did my clutch in (I am having it checked today). If my partner had not been disabled, we would have parked in the town and walked up, but he cannot walk more than a few yards. The parking space is also on a slope so make sure you've got a good handbrake. It was too much for me and we left after one night. In short, a lovely studio flat, but not, as it turned out, a good choice for us. There is nothing that can be done about this - it's in a very steep part of Newlyn. We have stayed in the town before, but if you are planning to do so, I recommend checking out the parking options thoroughly beforehand.

I did explain about the access to the property in my messages. Parking in Newlyn is always a challenge as it is a small fishing village and hilly. I am disappointed with the 3 stars as I do all I can to make sure my guests have a great stay and I am very honest about access and the challenge of parking. I was in contact with Elizabeth at all times and did everything I could to try to help. Sorry it did not work out. Ali

A really wonderful vacation

We are just back from a week in Newlyn and are recommending it to all our friends! The studio was the perfect size for the two of us, spotless and well organized. The view was incredible and the location exactly right. And most of all, Ali’s warm hospitality made our time there unforgettable. It was like visiting an old friend!!

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of Cornwall.

We had a wonderful few days at Ali's Newlyn accommodation, it was a great base from which to explore Cornwall. The property was very comfortable and had everything that we needed including a lovely welcome pack to get us started. My only recommendation would be that a map be provided as finding the property was a little tricky. Thank you Ali!

Wonderful short break in Newlyn

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. In a great location for exploring Lands End and the surrounding area and attractions like St. Michael’s Mount, which we could see from our apartment. If driving take a small car as parking is a bit of a challenge! Ali was an excellent host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us some great tips. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again some day.
