This delightful fisherman’s cottage tucks itself away down a quiet lane in the heart of Newlyn and offers couples a cosy bolthole from which to experience life in a traditional Cornish harbour town. Although recently refurbished, Newlyn Nookery still has original features like exposed beams and deep window reveals which add to its charm. Within easy reach of the harbour and shops and restaurants, this cottage creates a lovely base for relaxation while exploring the local area.

1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

We ask our guests for a £75 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.

Delightful little home, perfect for a Neywln getaway

We had a lovely little stay at a cute cottage in Newlyn, Cornwall. The place was cosy, clean, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Newlyn, Penzance, and the wider West Cornwall area. A perfect base for coastal walks, harbour wandering, and general Cornish pottering. Would happily stay again!

Lovely place to stay. Could do with a microwave oven and perhaps a weekly permit to be able to use nearest car park

Great stay

Inside a great stay. Clean, everything you need is inside. Good bathroom, good bedroom. Only one bad thing: parking in the neighbourhood is a hell. We spend a lot of money to park our car for the whole week

lovely Fishermans cottage in the heart of Newlyn

This was a great base to explore this part of Cornwall. We specifically liked being amongst a working harbour with all the buzz and activity you would expect to see with fishing boats coming and going. There are high quality seafood restaurants nearby and delightful cafes (especially Aunty May's). The property is in a cramped old part of the town but that just adds character and it is less than five minutes walk to the sea.

Small but bijou

Lovely cottage in a delightfully quiet back street of Newlyn. Just be aware that it is very, very small! And parking access is tricky.
