Hello & welcome! We’re a family of five based near Charleston, & we feel incredibly fortunate to spend so much time on Edisto Beach, a place we’ve fallen in love with over the years. There’s something truly special about the island—the quiet beaches, lush wildlife, & slow-paced lifestyle make it an ideal escape from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Edisto isn’t just a vacation spot—it’s a place to connect, unwind, make lasting memories together.

Our children love biking along the trails, wandering the uncrowded beaches, & discovering wildlife at every turn. Climbing the historic live oaks, exploring the privacy berm around & enjoying the hammock are among their favorite ways to spend time outdoors. Watching them experience the freedom & adventure of Edisto reminds us why we cherish this island so deeply, & it inspired us to create a home that we can share with others seeking the same magic.

Our home was designed with versatility in mind, accommodating families, friends, or couples who want to enjoy the beauty of the island while staying connected. The outdoor decks, lounge areas, & open backyard provide spaces to unwind, play games, or share meals. The kitchen & outdoor cooking amenities, from the grill to the stock pot for Lowcountry boils, encourage gathering & making memorable meals.

We want every guest to feel welcome, comfortable, & inspired to create their own treasured memories. Whether you’re exploring the beaches, playing games outdoors, enjoying quiet time under the oak trees, or preparing a family meal, we hope our home provides the perfect setting for a truly relaxing & memorable stay.

We chose this neighborhood because it captures the essence of authentic Edisto Beach living—quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, yet still part of a welcoming community. Our home sits on a peaceful dirt road, lined with majestic live oaks that create a canopy of shade & provide a serene, natural setting. Several full-time residents live nearby, giving the area a friendly, neighborhood feel while maintaining the privacy and tranquility that drew us to the island in the first place.

What we enjoy most about this neighborhood is the slower pace of life—the calm mornings, the sounds of birds and the breeze through the trees, and the chance to watch our kids bike, explore, or play safely outdoors. The uncrowded beaches are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy sun, surf, and wildlife without the hustle of busier areas. We love taking evening strolls along the dirt road, spotting crabs, birds, or small tidal pools, and simply soaking in the natural beauty of Edisto.
