Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Straße vom Strand entfernt, gibt es gute Aussicht auf das Meer ... plus ein erster Stock geräumigen Deck.
Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten mit jeweils eigenem Bad mit. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Premium-Kabel-TV, ein Esszimmer mit Platz für 8 Personen sowie ein 4 Hocker Bar liegt an der gut sortierten Küche mit neuen Kühlschrank neben! Auch auf der ersten Etage, genießen Sie die schöne verglaste Veranda, aus dem Wohnbereich mit wirklich guten Blick auf das Meer oder Sie können auf dem Vorderdeck sitzen wollen.
Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Zusätzlich ist eine offene Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten (ideal für Kinder!) teilen sich ein Badezimmer.

Es gibt genügend Parkplätze unter dem Haus sowie ein Erwachsener Picknicktisch, Kinder Picknick-Tisch, Grill und Außendusche mit Warmwasser!

Dieses Haus ist ideal für eine Familie oder zwei, oder ein Paar, das für einen schönen erschwinglich zu Hause, mit großen Zugang zum Strand sucht. Dieses Haus befindet sich das doch so nah an den Strand für die Privatsphäre ermöglicht.

Our stay was fantastic! Once Upon a Tide is a beautiful property, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The decor gives the beachy vibe and communication with Linda was easy and she was quick to respond. We highly recommend your stay to be here. Only a couple minute walk to the beach.

We had the absolute best time. We visit Edisto annually for our family vacation & this is this 1st time we rented 2 separate homes because of how much our family is growing. My mom usually chooses the rental & after hours of searching, this one felt perfect. The house was absolutely adorable, especially the color scheme & anything we needed when it came to cooking was there, which is really impressive. Let's just say, I over packed & I will definitely be back

Home away from home!

This home was even better than the pictures! Very comfortable for our family vacation with a very short walk across the street from the beach. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the front porch look at the ocean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Convenient beach access

Easy walk from 2nd row home to beach access. This was especially nice since we had 2 young children (1 & 4 yrs old) who needed to nap throughout the day; returning to the house for naptime was a breeze!

Hidden Gem

Went for a weekend stay and this house is more than you would expect. Comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Access to the beach is easy for anyone. Plenty of parking and love the privacy with the trees on street side. Large deck in front is great for sunning or having lunch break. Will definitely stay here another time and recommend that others ci sides this hidden gem.

Fantastic stay on Edisto Beach

We had a wonderful stay at “Once Upon A Tide” and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and very well appointed. The interior has been updated with new furniture and accessories and is much nicer than the listing pictures indicate. Pleasantly surprised to see that linens were included. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Listing said "two minutes to beach" and it was right! Good sized rooms, kitchen fully outfitted. Not quite as pristine as hoped and dryer couldn't be used due to interior rust but overall, we were very pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

Best House on Palmetto

My family and I had the best experience this past week and it is mainly because of where we stayed. Our extended family stayed in other houses but our house was the anchor point for us all. When my Sister in law walked in she looked around at said, “this house is just so happy”! 😂 Plenty of room under the house for cooking, playing or just sitting. My Brother in law bumped his head all week under the house where he stayed and couldn’t get over all the room we had. We love it! Already saved for next year!!!

LOVED IT!!

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious. The house has had a major update, which definitely made our jaws drop. Everything was redone, walls, furniture, fixtures, EVERYTHING. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a partial view of the beach, not a big one, but it’s there. The house is enclosed in palms and other trees, but that was good. It made us feel like we weren’t cramped up around the other houses. There are two beach accesses across the road, which was very good for us. One is a walking path and the other is a “parking” access. We were able to drive right across the road, so my elderly father wouldn’t have to walk as far. It’s definitely a great vibe to be there. We will for sure book again, and look forward to the next trip!!

There is not a view of the ocean! Surrounded by trees makes you feel like You are in a dungeon. Uncomfortable seating and not a comfortable Bed in the house.

Great beach getaway

Had a great time at this nice home. Very close to beach access and has all the comforts of home. Owner communicated well and was responsive to questions. Very good experience and a wonderful stay!
