Super Lage im Marais

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit geräumigem offenen Wohn-/Essbereich und ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Die Lage ist super: mehrere Metro-und Bushaltestellen, Supermarkt, sehr leckerer Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants in direkter Nähe! Für Zugreisende: vom Gare de l‘Est gibt es eine direkte Busverbindung bis zum Apartment-sehr praktisch!

charmante Altbau-Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, waren 5 tolle Tage. Die Wohnung ist groß, ausreichend Platz für 4 Frauen, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, das macht fit😅. Fall wir Paris mal wieder besuchen, gerne wieder bei Carole , vielen Dank war super bei Ihnen, vielen Dank für die Unterstützung Liebe Grüße aus Horgau

A great place to stay in Paris - simplement magnifique

The flat has a very nice location and is very cosy. Although you are in the middle of Paris, the house with its courtyard offers a refuge where you can relax from the long city tours. Metro stations, supermarket, cafes and restaurants - everything is nearby. But what made everything even more perfect was our host Carole, who gave us a warm welcome despite a considerably late arrival. She was absolutely fantastic and we always felt welcome. Schön, hell, sauber und zentral

Tolle Wohnung, ideal für Familie mit Kindern, ruhiger Innenhof, sehr nette Kontaktperson. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Viertel ist klasse. Sehr pariserisch. Vom kleinen Café über Bäckerei und Restaurant bis hin zu gut sortiertem Supermarkt ist alles in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besser geht es nicht!

Great communication with Carole. The apartment is an excellent location close to 2 subway lines, grocery store and restaurants. My tween loved the loft. Just remember it is an older building so stairs up to the apartment and some "character" to the apartment. We appreciated all the space, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely trip to Paris and the apartment was the perfect resting place.It is next to the Marais which was very pretty with great boutiques and bakeries. We could walk from our apartment to many of the sights but also opted to use the metro quite frequently as our children got a little tired. With several metro stops (and different lines) nearby, this was very easy.The apartment was charming - a pretty old building, lots of natural light, comfy furniture and a universally appealing style. As people have mentioned, there are three flights of stairs up to the front door and the apartment is over two floors. This was fine for us but may not be for everyone. The apartment had everything we needed for our city break and we shopped at the local Carrefour (five mins walk) and ate at home some evenings.Carole was a great host. She was attentive and responsive - communicating swiftly and sharing local tips. She also generously let us check in early and check out late - meaning we could really make the most of our days in Paris. Thank you!

Family stay in Paris

Lovely apartment within an historic building in the 11th district. From the start communication with the property manger, Carole, was excellent. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to visit and eat and was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment itself accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Its location was perfect with the metro station a couple of minutes walk away. There are plenty of cafe bars and restaurants within easy walk and a supermarket 2/3 minutes walk also.

Perfect apartment for active family of 4

My family of 4, including two high schoolers, had a wonderful stay at this 11th arrondissement apartment. Carole was a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate with through Whatsapp. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The surrounding area is a vibrant community. There are a number of boulangeries and grocery stores in the area to pick up supplies. The weather was gorgeous during our stay, and everyone was out enjoying the warmth and sunshine- I would highly recommend walking along the St. Martin Canal in the evening to people watch. As others have mentioned, there are a number of stairs up to the apartment, as well as narrow stairway up to the bedrooms - this was not a problem for us, but if you have any sort of difficulty with stairs, this apartment may not be a good fit for you. We took the metro to and from CDG airport with no problem, as well as around the City, out to Versailles and Fontainebleau palace. There is also a bus stop near the apartment that we took once. We also walked a lot (30k steps per day) and being a little out of the City center was perfect for us.

Amazing apartment, great location and host

This is an amazing and very quiet apartment in a great part of Paris. Host, Carole was fantastic, even waiting for us as we were late to check in!She explained everything in the apartment and gave some great recommendations of eateries, supermarkets and sights in the local area.Very close to 2 metro stations, getting around was easy to all the major sites around Paris.We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable.Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Thanks Carole!

First Time in Paris

I felt like I was actually in Paris in this apartment which is what I wanted and it suited us perfectly. We felt very safe and had an added bonus of a plant based coffee shop around the corner for me! The whole area was lovely to walk around and had easy access to the metro when needed. Carol is amazing and you couldn't ask for a more attentive, knowledgeable, lovely lady where nothing is too much to trouble. She sorted out an error I made without a second thought. Huge thanks for making it so special.

Very safe location, top floor traditional flat, ideal place from which to explore Le Marais and the area just north east of the 5th arondissement, i.e. the 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th. Metro stop is 1 minute walk away.

Great Apartment in great location

We had a fantastic stay in this clean, modern and light filled apartment. Carole, our host, took great care of us and was responsive to our requests - even helped to organise Taxi’s to the airport. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of six. The location was brilliant too. Central location but not overly touristy. A market down the road on Thursday and Sunday and lots of nice places to eat, drink, and shop. We hope to back one day.

3 nights in Paris

Carole was a stunning host. She greeted us when we arrived (even helped carry the littles luggage up the stairs) and was very responsive throughout the entire stay. She accommodated a late check in and check out without hassle. The neighborhood was nice and we felt comfortable walking/dinning and experiencing Paris with our entire family.
