Ein Urlaub ein unvergessliches Erlebnis erwartet Sie in Riviera Beach Villa mit Gedanken mit in jeden Aspekt gegangen; von der modernen Einrichtung bis zu den herrlichen Gärten.
Sie werden nicht wollen, um die Unterkunft verlassen, wie Sie die Sonne genießen entweder von den Liegen am Pool oder der Dachterrasse, die Latchi Strand überblickt, aber mit den Tavernen und Restaurants von Latchi zwei Gehminuten entfernten warum die Mühe zu kochen!
Der Pool kann in den kühleren Monaten (Small auf Kosten) erhitzt werden.
Nachdem bei einem der vielen Kai Fischrestaurants zu Abend gegessen; ist es Zeit, in die Villa zurück, um noch ein paar Strahlen zu fangen, während der Planung die Unterhaltung am Abend.
Es ist ein Begriff überstrapaziert, aber Riviera Beach Villa ist "Ihr Platz an der Sonne".

Latchi hat Wassersportmöglichkeiten in Hülle und Fülle sowie populäre, saubere Strände und der wichtigsten Stadt von Polis verfügt über alle Einrichtungen benötigt, um diese heimischen Komfort, um Ihren entspannten Aufenthalt sorgen.

Küste / Strand: Der Strand ist 30 Sekunden entfernt (10, wenn Sie laufen) und Latchi Jachthafen knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Latchi ist nun mit ihrer Schwesterstadt Polis durch ein Küsten-Gehweg und Radweg verbunden.
Weitere Attraktionen: eine unkomplizierte Entfernung zum Akamas Halbinsel zum Wandern, Vogelbeobachtung, Radfahren usw. Fahrräder können vor Ort gemietet werden. Restaurants, Tavernen und Bars sowie Geschäfte und eine Bank Latchi ist gut gesorgt. Weitere Geschäfte und größere Supermärkte in Polis, die nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu finden. Für Naturliebhaber ist das Naturschutzgebiet von Lara Bay eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Lara Bay ist ein geschützter Strand und einer der wenigen Gebiete im Mittelmeerraum, wo Loggerhead und Grüne Schildkröten ihre Eier legen.

Dörfer: Das Paphos hat eine Zahl, die leicht zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert sind. Küstenorte wie Argaka und Pomos zusammen mit Dörfern im Landesinneren wie Kathikas, Steni und Drouisha bieten frische, lokale Spezialitäten zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten der wichtigsten touristischen Gebieten. Viele sind stolz auf ihr Erbe und haben kleine Museen einen Einblick in Kunsthandwerk und Traditionen. Die Bergdörfer Kathikas und Droushia bieten auch einen Rückzug von der Küste Wärme an den heißesten Tagen.

Lovely Villa - great location and communication

The Villa is exactly as shown in the photos. This was our third visit to Latchi over the last 4 years and it was by far the best location. Opposite a quiet section of the beach and a very short walk to all the lovely restaurants and shops in the harbour. We would highly recommend this villa and Anne and Gary were very helpful both before and during our stay, thank you again to you both

Great location close to really good restaurants, cocktail bars, the beach and marina. Fantastic villa with a lovely swimming pool. Amazing place! Amazing holiday!

What a great place to stay! Beautiful place with everything you could want, great comfortable bedrooms, outstanding pool, tables and chairs in a number of places to have food or just while away the time! Oh and an outstanding roof terrace! All this and just a slow 5 min walk to Latchi harbour with its lovely restaurants and cruises. Katie, the contact for the Villa, was so helpful, thank you so much. We also met the owners who were really nice! I’ve got to come back here again 10/10 very very highly recommended for a holiday to remember.

Great house in a great location

The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Our holiday was in April and the weather was warm during the day and cool at night. The pool had a heater which made a massive difference to the water temperature and really contributed to our enjoyment of the villa. It was an easy stroll to Latchi restaurants and harbour.

AMAZING!!

Spacious villa, stunning pool with a great view of the beach, good sized bedrooms, lovely kitchen with lounge area to kick back with the A/C, local bars and restaurants within walking distance ( the Island bar was our favourite) easy access to local bus routes to Polis and the big supermarket so didn’t need a car. At the local harbour a boat trip to the blue lagoon is a must i’d suggest the sunset BBQ one for value for money, certainly if we were lucky enough to come back this is where I would stay again.

Location amazing

This is as beautiful as it looks, amazing location and pretty much everything we could have asked for. The interior needs a real update, well overdue - but would go back again in the hope this would have been done. The couple running the house got onto any issues we had VERY quickly and I felt very helpful. Welcome basket and drinks was well needed and hugely appreciated, nice touch.

Fabulous!

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa in a perfect location. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, landscaped gardens and roof terrace are all outstanding and the views are to die for! Garry and Anne were excellent hosts, quick to respond to any queries we had before and during the stay and the Welcome Pack was most appreciated. We spent most of our days around the pool although the beach is just across the road. There are lots of lovely beachfront restaurants within a few minutes walk as well as a supermarket so there was no need to hire a car. Nissos taxis were very reliable for transfers to and from the airport.

The perfect villa!

We had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks and can honestly say this is the best villa we've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, well-laid out, fab AC/wi-fi, warm pool, comfortable beds, quiet/private, easy to find - the whole lot! The outside undercover eating area - with ceiling fans - is worth a mention in itself as is the roof terrace where we watched the meteor showers. In terms of location, the villa is walking distance (between 5 and 8 minutes) to a number of very good local restaurants and a great beach bar but is away from any noise/bustle. There's a well stocked supermarket within 10 minutes and boat trips run from the lovely marina - also 10 minutes. The beach, as indicated, is right across the road and great just to pop over to for a swim! Communication with Katie, right from our first inquiry through to checkout was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Fantastic villa experience

This is the fifth villa we have hired in the latchi area and by far the best. The villa was clean and tidy upon our arrival and the entry instructions from the host were helpful and precise. For us location is the numbrr one factor and this had it all. View of the sea, 2 minutes walk crossing over the quiet road and you can swim in the warm clear, calm Mediterranean. Nearest bar/restaurant 3 minutes walk, shopping within 10 minutes walk. The pool in the villa itself was clean and warm with plenty of room to top up the tan and plenty of shaded area's to get out of the heat if required. Beds are comfortably and the air-conditioning throughout the villa ensured it felt comfortable inside. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you need. With the England games being on whilst we were there it was a bonus to be able to get UK tv channels. Will definitely look to book again.

Perfect location

Second stay at this villa because of its perfect location. Walking distance from everything we need. Lovely bars and restaurants close by. Clean and tidy. Fresh linen and towels once a week. Really good shower. Well equipped kitchen and the most wonderful ice maker in the fridge. Some issues with communication with the management team during the stay. Without a TV for 4 days which is important to us. Server problems. The rooftop terrace is great, comfy chairs and a sail for cover. Fabulous views of the sea and surrounding area. Aircon allowed at 27 degrees unless you want to pay extra. Pool is good, cleaned regularly early morning. There’s also a friendly cat who calls to see you most days. Overall a lovely holiday.

A gem of a property

We have been visiting Cyprus yearly for many years, now. This was our favourite property so far, and we have had some brilliant villas! However, what made this villa our favourite was the location and villa facilities; we were a stone’s throw from the beach, which meant we were lulled to sleep every night by the hypnotic sound of the waves! The view from the villa was splendid and what topped it all, was paying a little extra to have the pool heated. We swam every day, even if the weather was a tad blustery! We were in walking distance of the marina, cafes and a small supermarket which increased the relaxed atmosphere as we didn’t have to drive every day. The villa was comfortable and quiet ( really important for us) and having Netflix was a bonus in the evenings. The gardens are well kept and landscaped with style so wherever you looked, it was easy on the eye. This all adds up to a fab holiday. Georgia and her husband were very attentive and we will definitely be back. A home from home.

Fantastic Villa

Only stayed for a week. Villa was spotlessly clean inside. 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite. Open plan kitchen and lounge. Kitchen has everything you would expect at home, including a large american style fridge. There is a small utility at side of building. Lounge has TV and seating for at least 6 plus a dining table for 6. Outside a small patio area at the front and at the rear a fabulous mature garden and of course a magnificent swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and of course a bbq. Katie, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and cant be faulted. Emailed her a few time while there and she replied almost straight away, even answering a phone call from me while she was at a wedding. The villa is opposite the beach and only a few minutes walk from bars and the harbour. Only stayed for a week and was very sad to leave. Would certainly recommend anyone to visit Latchi and this villa

Above Expectations

We arrived in the evening, it was dark and we were tired, having driven over the mountain from Paphos Airport. We couldn’t see much of the country side, and we arrived at the villa quite late. We ditched our bags and walked over the road to the nearest bar, Yialos. The staff knew where we were staying and treated us like old friends, making us feel so welcome. This was day one of the holiday, and it continued in the same vein for two weeks. The locals are wonderful, friendly and approachable. We consider ourselves to be well travelled, having spent forty years travelling the globe... but we had never visited this side of the island before. My goodness.....we have missed out!! The villa is certainly five star plus. There is nothing more that anyone visiting could wish for. It’s is luxurious in every respect. The accommodation is superb, Spacious, exceptionally clean and convenient. The pool is stupendous!! The gardens of the villa could win prizes at Chelsea or Hampton Court. There is absolutely nothing to fault...and that’s the first time we’ve ever been able to say that! Anne and Gary were on hand to answer any questions, the pool people were professional and speedy, the gardeners maintained the gardens with the minimum of fuss. The rubbish collection happen three times a week!! (Something to learn, UK !!) We’ve hesitated to write this review, I’m not keen on reviews because everyone is different and expects different things for their holiday. We make an exception with this holiday....the villa, it’s location yards from the beach, the sensational views, the food, the drinks....could not, in our opinion, be bettered. We will return....probably time and time again. We had one of the best holidays of our lives. Thank you.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, ruhig und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Perfect location

Villa in the most perfect location. Taverna, shops, supermarket, bars are all within walking distances. Comfortable villa, well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool area and gardens. A most perfect roof terrace to watch the sea and relax. Disabled friendly. Car hire not necessary but nice to have.

Villa Riviera is a luxury villa with the beach on the doorstep, uninterupted sea views yet conveniently close to Latchi's restaurants and amenities which includes watersports, bars, ice cream parlours and its award winning marina.
A lot of guests don't feel the need to rent a car, preferring the close proximity of Latchi to be able to walk to a different restaurant every evening.

Latchi watersports offers boat hire, fishing, jet skis and diving tuition for all levels of experience.

The nearby town of Polis (5 mins by car or bus) also has a large selection of restaurants, shops, banks and all of the facilities you will need including a hospital, should "the worst" happen.
