Just like in any normal house hold water heaters sometime fail and need attention and as soon as the issue was brought to our attention we send our maintenance guy right away! As for the listing being misleading, again, if you would only read though the description, it is mentioned 3 times in 3 different sections of the listing(!) That the 4th bales room with an en suite full bathroom will only be available for groups of over 7 people. It’s a little upsetting you gave us 2 stars review for an issue we took care of the minute we were informed and for the lack of attention to our listing description. Next time you book a rental make sure you ready through the listing.. btw, if you would only ask for access to the lock room we would have provide you with the code right away for no additional cost..

Inaccurate and misleading review alert!! AC didn't work inside our 4th bedroom which is typically not offered to group of under 7 guests (this group had 4 guests and the AC for the entire house worked just fine!) we send few companies over even though the easy way out could have been telling the group to simply not use the room. The only reason we sent so many technician over is per your request and cause we wanted to give you a great service, obviously we shouldn't have done that if you end up holding it against us. Our yard is serviced every week(!), but in our hot Texan summer the grass grows extremely fast and the way you found it is basically how the grass in TX would be 4 days after mowing the lawn. We felt like we did every possible effort to make Barbara and her guests comfortable and we take every feedback very seriously, but I can't say I recommend Barbara to any host, as she is one of the most high maintenance guest I have ever had (I hosted close to 5,000 groups over our different listings) and no matter what you do, she finds way to complain and turn your effort against you.
