Neighborhood was great for walking the dog very peacful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and Kitchen was well supplied with dishes siverwrware eveything was great ! Back yard was great for the dogs and Host excellent to communicate with and really helped me out of a jam was really helpful and nice !

Perfect for a Large Group!

We really enjoyed the layout of the home, perfect for a large group! We had plenty of space when cooking and eating for all parties to feel comfortable. We only have 6 in our party but this place could comfortably fit more! They were quick to respond and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

While this home had lots of room and beds, there are some issues with the plumbing. The largest room with a queen bed and two sets of bunks has a large bathroom, but the shower floor was covered with a nasty layer of something that had dried there. The toilet wouldn’t flush after 2 uses. It went down with much plunging, but backed up into the shower! There were only 2 people using this bath, but it should service up to 8 people sleeping in that room. We had to use the hall bathroom. There were no sponges or dishcloths in the kitchen, so we had to use bathroom washcloths. The beds all looked nice, but one we used had dark body hair in it. We only used 3 beds in the whole place, though. There were also areas that hadn’t been vacuumed well and more hair was seen. The kitchen appliances were good. It didn’t have a cookie sheet, and the pans all had a scratched teflon coating. Some dining chairs seemed feeble. The location was great for what we needed and was a quick trip to DFW airport, but the bathroom situation is unacceptable.

Large vanilla space for larger groups.

This is what I thought it would be, a space for large groups, designed to be rented. But with no soul. This house has a good setup open space for large groups to hang together. Pretty well stocked for up to 10 people. The back yard is bare and the house has no soul but it will work well for a group.

Great location to Enjoy Dallas Downtown and surrounding area

My family (2 parents, 4 children, 2 grandparents) stayed for 4 days December 2019. We were visiting the Aquarium, Fort Worth Zoo, and Family in Plano. The location was excellent; only 15 minutes to downtown and 17 to Plano. The home was well stocked with linens and kitchen needs. The beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. We needed to get in touch with the property manager regarding access to the spare room, and they were immediately responsive. The Rooms are nicely sized, and the kitchen table fit all 8 of us easily. Despite being so close to 635, the home is very quite.

High expectations

I had very high expectations for this property because of all the expectations expected from us as guests. There was no hot water in the whole house. The listing isn’t accurate regarding bathroom availability either is the information from the home owner.

Just like in any normal house hold water heaters sometime fail and need attention and as soon as the issue was brought to our attention we send our maintenance guy right away! As for the listing being misleading, again, if you would only read though the description, it is mentioned 3 times in 3 different sections of the listing(!) That the 4th bales room with an en suite full bathroom will only be available for groups of over 7 people. It’s a little upsetting you gave us 2 stars review for an issue we took care of the minute we were informed and for the lack of attention to our listing description. Next time you book a rental make sure you ready through the listing.. btw, if you would only ask for access to the lock room we would have provide you with the code right away for no additional cost..

Non-working AC in July

Upon arrival, air conditioning did not function properly. The temperature inside residence was 90 degrees in mid July. For 3 consecutive days, the owner sent technicians - all of whom could not repair the unit. The owner didn’t care to replace the unit - we dealt with constant repairmen in & out of home during COVID, uncomfortable levels of heat, and numerous disruptions. Additionally, the neighbors blocked the street in front of residence with multiple vehicles, which never moved in spite of being reported to the prop manager. We had to request that the lawn be cut - clearly the property was not maintained prior to check-in. Choose another property - can not recommend.

Inaccurate and misleading review alert!! AC didn't work inside our 4th bedroom which is typically not offered to group of under 7 guests (this group had 4 guests and the AC for the entire house worked just fine!) we send few companies over even though the easy way out could have been telling the group to simply not use the room. The only reason we sent so many technician over is per your request and cause we wanted to give you a great service, obviously we shouldn't have done that if you end up holding it against us. Our yard is serviced every week(!), but in our hot Texan summer the grass grows extremely fast and the way you found it is basically how the grass in TX would be 4 days after mowing the lawn. We felt like we did every possible effort to make Barbara and her guests comfortable and we take every feedback very seriously, but I can't say I recommend Barbara to any host, as she is one of the most high maintenance guest I have ever had (I hosted close to 5,000 groups over our different listings) and no matter what you do, she finds way to complain and turn your effort against you.

Great family hone

Home was close to my sister and great place for all of us to spread out and spend some time together. Traveled with four young kids and the home allowed space for everyone. Would definitely stay there again. Property manager checked in with us just to make sure everything was good, which was very nice. Quick to respond with any questions.
