Dieses brandneue, zweistöckige, moderne Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist ein idealer Ort, um Erinnerungen mit Familie und Freunden zu sammeln. Das Lakehouse befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage mit zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter eine Sandstrandbucht, ein privater Yachthafen (mit saisonalem Boots- und Jet-Skiverleih), Swimmingpools, Feuerstellen im Freien, Wanderwege und vieles mehr. Das Lookout ist ein fantastischer Ort, um stilvoll zu entspannen und alles zu genießen, was der Lake Chelan zu bieten hat. Die Innenstadt von Chelan ist nur 1,6 km entfernt und über einen neu angelegten Wander- / Radweg erreichbar. Das Lakehouse hat ein offenes Bodenkonzept, das es jedem angenehm macht, zusammen zu sein.

Hauptebene (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Master, Patio)

Die Hauptebene umfasst ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit en-suite Badezimmer mit voller Dusche und separater Badewanne. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was ein Koch für ein unvergessliches Abendessen oder die Unterhaltung seiner Gäste benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen gemütlichen Kamin, einen 65-Zoll-Smart-TV und genügend Sitzplätze für die gesamte Crew. Der Eingangsbereich und der Schmutzraum sind mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet und eignen sich hervorragend, um nach einem Nachmittag am Strand aufzuräumen. Beginnen Sie Ihren Tag und genießen Sie die Morgensonne auf der klassisch überdachten Veranda mit Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Hügel. Die hintere Terrasse verfügt über einen Whirlpool für 8 Personen, einen Weber-Grill, eine Feuerstelle mit Adirondack-Stühlen und einen Esstisch für 6 Personen im Freien. Sowohl die vordere Veranda als auch die hintere Terrasse werden von Lichterketten beleuchtet, um die Abendatmosphäre zu verbessern.

Obere Ebene (2 Schlafzimmer, Schlafraum)

Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind jeweils mit Kingsize-Betten, Flachbild-Smart-TVs und einem großen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Der Schlafraum ist ein Paradies für Kinder mit zwei maßgefertigten Queensize-Betten und einem großen Ausziehbett. sowie Flachbildfernseher und Xbox.


Während Ihres Aufenthalts im The Lakehouse können Sie kostenlos Highspeed-Internet, Sonnenschirm, Kühlbox, Sitzsackwurf, Schlitten, Brettspiele, Videospiele und alle anderen angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten nutzen. Parkplätze für 3 Fahrzeuge sind vorhanden.

Die Lookout-Community wächst und es kann während Ihres Aufenthalts zu Bauarbeiten kommen. It’s a great size for a family (we had 5 adults and 3 kids) each of the bedrooms are on suite except the bunk room. It was very close to the hilltop pool, the lookout where the music is on weekends, and where you pickup the RTV’s to take you to the beach. The house is very well equipped but could you a sheet pan and some chip clips. Overall a great stay.

We had 4 young children and it was nice to have 2 pools, waterfront, activities, etc. close by! There was something for everyone to enjoy. The lawn in front was a great addition and we enjoyed having the hot tub and grill available too.

Family Trip

Good location at about 4-5 mins from state park on lake. It has 2 pool with a coffee place at the smaller pool. They hosted a movie night Saturday nights. The house in about 4 years old and in very good condition. Air conditioning works great. There was plenty of room for 6 of us and each room had a TV. A private hot tub was a plus and very clean. However, there are a few thing this place could earn it 5/5 stars instead of 4/5. The carpet is extremely thin which allows the tack nail to poke thru in places on the stairs and going from wood to carpet in the downstairs bedroom. The toilet paper and paper towel are extremely low quality. The bar soap was another issue - after first use it became soggy and soft. Lastly the 2 beds are needing replaced. The downstairs bed and 1 upstairs had major dip on one side making it difficult to sleep thru the night. For the price, I would expect better quality of products and bedding. Overall it was a good stay. There is a lot of staff onsite and easily accessible by phone should you have any questions or concerns.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was not my favorite in all the houses I have rented. I would not recommend. We went with another family and we put the kids in the “bunk room” . This room has beds to sleep 5 people... the problem is, there is no common bathroom. So no where for the kids to get dressed or shower without having to go into the bedrooms of others. Not fun on a long stay.Secondly, there was no coffee, no foil to cook on, no ziplock baggie, no spices or salt and pepper nothing of help so that you did not need to pack your entire kitchen to survive. This was so disappointing. I have stayed in 6 houses other than this one and never had this happen. When you are paying summer prices these houses need to come with some simple ingredients to make our travels easier.As for The Lookout staff, they are amazing and the house was clean. Grill was clean. BBQ was clean. I hope this helps the next family that rents to know what to expect.

And the adults lack for nothing with all sorts of glasses and portable coffee and wine cups! This is the second time we have stayed there and highly recommend it !

We spent our mornings our back, afternoons out front and evenings in the hot tub. The house was in perfect condition and we would stay here again. It’s deceiving from the outside with its size. I loved that all 3 bedrooms (excluding the one with the 2 beds for kids) had king beds. That is perfect for couples and such a great feature. We are planning to return next year and will stay at this house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for 3 couples or a family.. we had 4 couples and one room did not have a convenient bathroom (had to go downstairs). This would be a great home for a family. Nice and clean and fully stocked with what you need!

The Lake House was Fabulous

We decided to get away for a winter weekend and had 4 adults and 3 teenagers staying here. The house was very well laid out and there was plenty of room for all of us. All the beds were comfy, which is sometimes not the case in VRBO's. We utilized the private tub outside the house and saw people cleaning it daily. The kids used the pool and walked around the grounds. There is a Winery, Vin du Lac, just a block away that has phenomenal wine and food, which was a nice treat. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!
