Dieses große, preisbewusste Einfamilienhaus liegt direkt am Riverwalk Park, neben dem Fluss mit einfachem Zugang zum See, entlang des Riverwalk Loop Trail und dem perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten im gesamten Chelan-Tal. Platz für bis zu 14 Erwachsene (oder bis zu 20 Personen, einschließlich Kinder), mit 7 Schlafzimmern und 4 Badezimmern auf ca. 3000 Quadratmetern.

Das Haupthaus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer auf einer Etage. Die Küche wurde 2014 mit neuen Geräten, Schränken und Granitplatten umgebaut. Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher und eine Filmbibliothek sowie komfortable Möbel im Wohnzimmer und viel Platz im Esszimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist groß und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Doppelbett sowie ein Hauptbadezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt zwei weitere Zimmer mit Queensize-Betten in diesem Flügel des Hauses und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche. Es gibt einen weiteren Flügel neben der Küche mit zwei Zimmern (eines mit einem Queen-Size- und einem Twin-Size-Bett, das andere mit einem Queen-Size- und einem Full-Size-Bett) sowie einem kompletten Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche. Der Wäschebereich verfügt über eine zusätzliche Kapazität für die Frontlader-Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Die kleinere Cottage-Einheit besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer mit eigenem Eingang, Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich. Es umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize- und einem Twin-Bett, ein Queensize-Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche. Es gibt auch eine kleine Waschmaschine / Trockner in diesem Gerät.

Genießen Sie den grasbewachsenen, eingezäunten Garten für Ihre Familie und Ihre Haustiere, Elektro- und Holzkohlegrill sowie einen Whirlpool, um nach einem Tag auf dem See die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Spacious and clean house - was perfect for a girls trip, or would be great for a couples trip. The home had well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The only complaint was the location of two bedrooms were right by the main road. The three bedrooms away from the road were quiet. The location of the house was so close to the downtown shops. It was perfect to walk into town and also walk the Riverwalk. Our experience was in November. Not sure how accessible the lake is from this location if you were to stay there during the summer.

This is a spacious property for a large group. We all were comfortable, using all five bedrooms and 7 of the 8 beds. Having 3 bathrooms also was a huge plus. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. It’s not the Ritz but perfectly suited our needs.

Top Notch location!

Great stay, lots of space. Nice yard plenty of parking and location wow perfect location Easy 5 minute walk to downtown old Chelan lots of restaurants shops etc. The host are great as well very responsive! Can not go wrong here

Great house!

We go on a friends vacation every year and usually stay in a cabin in Leavenworth but we seen this house and so glad we ended up staying here! The house was very clean and in a great location, hot tub worked great! Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great time and we’re very impressed by this property. The host were great at responding fast! Thank you for the stay and we are definitely looking forward to booking this house again soon!

Great location!

Comfortable accommodations and lots of room for the entire family. One great benefit was the location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to in town. It was wonderful being able to take our pets on vacation with us. It would be an easy decision to stay another time.

We had family come to Lake Chelan from all over Oregon, Washington and Idaho. The house was roomy for all of us inside and out! Great location because we walked to almost everything, included a walking path to the lake. Thank you for letting us stay!

Awesome location!

We decided to have our annual family vacation in Chelan. The yard was large enough for the kids and dogs. Plenty of room for everyone and a very convenient location within walking distance to the lake, downtown and grocery store.

So much space and right in town!

We loved staying here! There was so much space and a quick walk to down town so we didn’t have to drive much! The only thing that could have been nice to know was there was another group staying in the other part of the house. We were woken up to them a couple times thinking someone else was in our part of the house before realizing there was a whole other group staying so close Over all great stay tho would totally recommend to anyone with a big group!

Perfect fit for our group

We were a group of 7 adult women. Number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms worked very well. Loved that it was less than a five minute walk to town and the River Walk. Morning coffee from Vogue was I hand very easily. Enjoyed two awesome dinners at the Landing Bar & Grill.

This place was amazing. Fully stocked with all the appropriate kitchen items and plenty of them. Beds were super comfortable layout was perfect for both adults and children. great for family reunion

this house is what it says it is. we had 9 adults and 7 kids. and 2 dogs. The fenced yard was a must! we loved the recliner lawn chairs and the mountain view. and the well stocked kitchen and grill made it easy to feed the group. There was plenty to do and the weather was great.

Always Great!

This is the 4th or 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property for Winterfest. The house is always sparkling clean and the management responsive. (The dining room lightbulb was burned out and the management had it replaced within an hour--and it was Friday after 5:00pm.) This is the perfect place for a large group that wants to enjoy Lake Chelan shopping, wine tasting, hiking and/or lake activities.

Family Thanksgiving

This comfortable home was centrally located for our PNW family to get together for the holiday. It was comfortable and spacious. It is obviously set up well for large family gatherings (there were 8 of us). We didn't explore the area much but hung out at the house. The large yard was great for the family's two dogs and a pile of leaves was a particular enjoyment for the grandkids. Even though we didn't go out exploring the area, we are familiar with Chelan and have enjoyed its many features in the past. (Boat rides up the lake are a favorite.) One thing about the house to be prepared for is that it is a solid concrete block construction. Given the late November timing of our visit, the outside walls of the bedrooms were chilly. Fortunately, the owners provide simple to use and effective room heaters that easily take off the chill. There was one issue that needed addressing. We arrived to find the kitchen outlets not working. Talk about a Thanksgiving panic! We contacted the management company and they had a crew out in a timely manner and they fixed the problem right away. They were a friendly and competent couple of guys! Communication was great as the company checked in with us to make sure the job had gotten done. All in all, we had a great time reconnecting as a family in a setting that was beautiful (snowy mountaintop view from the dining room) and a home that was comfortable. We would certainly recommend it for family gatherings!

Rental property needs some love

We did enjoy our stay but there were glitches. We were there to check in at 4 and the cleaning crew wasn't quite ready. Actually she was still cleaning the back apartment. Our front unit was ready but we couldn't access till she was done. When we got into the house everyone took a bedroom and we settled in for our stay. Early evening I went into my chosen bedroom to turn down the bed and found that I had no bottom sheet, just the mattress pad which had a blood stain that hadn't been there very long as it hadn't turned darker red. I looked up my rental agreement and found a phone number to call for problems that needed immediate attention. The lady that answered was most apologetic and assured me that she would be there shortly with clean lines. To her credit she was there very quickly and remade the bed. We got settled and took a walk, coming back we started our meal for the evening. The kitchen was clean and ready to use. However the next morning when the coffee drinkers got their cups out the first 2 had serious chips on the rims. Fortunately, the chips were caught before using them so no one suffered cut lips. We set them aside but have no way of knowing if they have been removed from the premises. We also had only 2 dish towels and one dishcloth. That is pretty short for a group of 7 people. There was a notebook which should have had instructions of "how to" things such as running the TV, TV channels, how to lock the door, who to call for issues while there, etc. For the sheet problem I just happened to have that still in my phone and was able to get the necessary action. If this had been booked by someone not in attendance they would not have been able to solve the situation. Nothing available to look at. The toilet in the house middle bathroom wouldn't flush properly, even with nothing to flush down. The curtain in the front patio window has the curtain hung backwards with the tags showing to everyone. We don't know if Chelan has watering restrictions, we did observe as we walked each day that other homes had green lawns so don't think that was the issue. However, the lawn is drying up and the trees and shrubs around the fence are shriveled, turning yellow and dropping off. If this no water continues the property will be greatly diminished in appeal for those searching a place to rent. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient for us that liked to walk each day. Everything we wanted to utilize was close by for us to walk to.

House is a little dated with some loud doors that can be a hurdle to climb if you bring small children. Otherwise house is great, communication on issues was great, and location is tough to beat for the off season proce.
