Arroyo verfügt über ein Kutschenhaus, das als Zusatzoption zum Haupthaus gemietet werden kann, wodurch die Anzahl der Gäste auf neun erhöht wird.

Kommen Sie und genießen Sie Arroyo als Zufluchtsort oder Treffpunkt inmitten der Schönheit des Chelan-Sees. 2016 wurde dieses Haus vom 425 Magazine als Resort-Haus des Jahres ausgezeichnet ... das Design und die Details sind eine visuelle Freude! Das Fotomenü fängt die atemberaubende Kulisse und die vielseitige und dennoch komfortable Einrichtung ein.

Das Arroyo befindet sich in der Upper Bluff-Wohngruppe und bietet einen 180-Grad-Blick auf den See und die Berge. Der abfallende Rasen sorgt für zusätzlichen Lounge- und Spielraum. Der Lookout Hilltop-Hauptpool, der obere Park und die Spielbereiche sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Yachthafen und die Badebucht sind nur den Hügel hinunter.

Die Hauptebene des Hauses ist offenen und fließenden öffentlichen Räumen gewidmet. Das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche halten Ihren Unterhaltungsstil bereit. Köche und Unternehmen werden die Küche für die Zubereitung und das Servieren von Mahlzeiten zu schätzen wissen. Begehbare Speisekammer, separate Eismaschine, Weinkühler und zwei Geschirrspüler machen die Party leicht. Schieben Sie bei warmem Wetter die 20-Fuß-Wand der Fenster auf und genießen Sie den zusätzlichen Platz auf der überdachten Veranda. Outdoor-Sofas und Feuertisch laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Pulverbad und die Wäsche sind auch auf dieser Ebene aufgeräumt.

Die Zimmer befinden sich auf der oberen Etage und bieten alle Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Reichliche Kissen und Leinen sind für Ihren Komfort bestimmt. Beide Hauptschlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer für den Schlafraum befindet sich gegenüber dem Flur.

Das Carriage House kann gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr gemietet werden. Es hat eine Sektionalliege / Chaiselongue mit einem Queen Memory Foam Bett. Ganz bequem! Eine große Ottomane, Stühle, ein Getränkekühlschrank und ein 48-Zoll-HD-Fernseher von Sony sorgen für einen weiteren Loungebereich. Begehbarer Kleiderschrank und 3/4 Badezimmer vervollständigen diesen gemütlichen Raum.

Die Lookout-Community wächst und es kann während Ihres Aufenthalts zu Bauarbeiten kommen. Die Bauzeiten variieren je nach Saison, liegen jedoch zwischen 7:00 und 23:00 Uhr. m. - 18:00 Uhr m. wochentags und um 8:00 uhr m. - 16.30 Uhr m. an Wochenenden. Great location and view!

Great location, beautiful view, impeccably clean and cared for. Modern style with all you need for your trip. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Would definitely rent again.

The Arroyo is a wonderful home with a gorgeous view of the water and located net to our Shuttle Stop that will transport our guest and their family and friends to the waterfront. The property was clean, but the deck needs some work as the stain is worn, we kept getting slivers in our feet, some light bulbs were burnt out inside the house, and it could use a good pressure washing on the outside.

This trip was made for my sister's bachelorette celebration and the 7 of us had an incredible time thanks to this rental and the Lookout! The lake view was beautiful, the neighborhood was adorable, and it was a very quaint and relaxing weekend for us. We appreciate the comfort and care that was provided to us for those three days. We also love how close in location we were to multiple wineries and the wonderful ciderhouse down the hill. We would all book again!

The AC was a bit difficult to figure out, as it didn't seem to turn on in one of the bedrooms. And the golf cart crew had their stop outside of the home which was wonderful and convenient until they started their engines (the cards are VERY loud) at 10pm to end their shift. All together the house and location was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Now that we’ve had a taste of the amazing community we won’t stay anywhere else. The pool area, kids playground, bocce courts, and open lawn are perfect for a family trip! The arroyo house we rented was spectacular - great layout, gorgeous interiors, and a stunning 180* view of the lake. Can’t say enough great things about this spot!
