CHINOOK

Chinook ist ein 3-stöckiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern + Schlafboden und 3 Bädern sowie einem zusätzlichen Kutschenhaus. Dies ist ein ideales Zuhause für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden, mit komfortablen Schlafgelegenheiten und Essbereichen für 8 bis 10 Personen. Genießen Sie das Frühstück in der Küchenecke, das Abendessen in der Gruppe am großen Esstisch oder ein Abendessen im Freien mit einem Grill, einer Terrasse und einer umlaufenden Veranda.

In der Küche finden Sie alle Werkzeuge, Geräte und Gerichte, die Sie für die Zubereitung und den Genuss einer einfachen oder reichhaltigen Mahlzeit benötigen, je nach Stimmung. Der Great Room im ersten Stock bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für alle und ist abends ein perfekter Treffpunkt, um sich auf dem Großbildfernseher zu unterhalten oder Filme anzusehen.

Die dritte Etage verfügt sowohl über einen Schlafbereich mit zwei Einzelbetten als auch über ein separates Spiel- / Medienzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Stühlen, Großbildfernseher, Blu-Ray-Player, Kickertisch und vielen Büchern, Filmen und Brett Spiele für die ganze Familie. WLAN ist im gesamten Haus verfügbar.

Das Kutschenhaus hat ein französisches Bett, ein 3/4 Badezimmer, einen Tisch und zwei Stühle, einen Flachbildfernseher und eine Frühstückstheke mit Spüle, Mikrowelle, Minikühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Tassen, Gläsern und Besteck.

In Chinook können Sie sofort nach draußen in den angrenzenden Minipark mit Rasen und Schaukel gehen, die Straße zum Boccia-Park überqueren oder über die Jackrabbit Lane zum Lookout Park, wo Sie den Außenpool, das Spa, das Clubhaus und den Pickle Ball genießen können Gericht und großes offenes Spielfeld. All dies und der Zugang zum Chelan-See direkt am Strand machen dies zu einem perfekten Urlaubsort zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Hunde sind im Chinook erlaubt. Maximal 2 Hunde, 70 Pfund oder weniger, Kistenschläfer, Töpfchen trainiert. KEINE Welpen

Die Lookout-Community wächst und es kann während Ihres Aufenthalts zu Bauarbeiten kommen. Die Bauzeiten variieren je nach Saison, liegen jedoch zwischen 7:00 Uhr und 22:00 Uhr. m. - 18:00 Uhr m. wochentags und um 8:00 uhr m. - 16.30 Uhr m. an Wochenenden. The Chinook house has everything one could want for a getaway vacation with the kids and grandparents. Fully stocked with toys, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. Great location next to the Swing Park and Bocce Court. Highly recommended for families and friends!

Just what we needed!

This was a perfect vacation for us. The home and the Lookout exceeded our expectations. The one and only negative thing was the temperature difference between the first floor and the second and third floors. The upper floors were really warm! But overall we loved our time. The house was well stocked and perfect for our family of 9.

We had six kids 10 and under in our group and they loved the upstairs loft that was loaded with kids toys, games, and books. The house was clean and well laid out and in an awesome location next to a garden and just one street off the pool house and pickleball court. Our only two minor complaints were that the fire pit on the porch is too small to be functional. We tried to cozy up to it in the evenings, but I’m not kidding when I say it’s the size of a small side table and the flame it puts out is not big enough to provide any actual heat. We were slightly jealous of the other fire pits we saw on most other properties. The second small complaint was that the internet speed is too slow to be functional. We tried streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime for the kids and literally every time the show would buffer, pixelate, and then pause. This also happened regularly when surfing the news on my phone. We didn’t go to Chelan to spend our time in front of screens so this wasn’t a huge headache, just know the internet speed won’t cut it for most normal use. But again, we would absolutely stay here again since the location, layout, and kids stuff was beyond expectations. Lovely home at a fair price.

The house felt huge, especially with the entertainment room on the 3rd floor. We took up the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and could have hosted a whole other family on the 3rd! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for dining - a kitchen table, dining room table and bar seating. The entertainment was a dream for our son who loved the foos ball table and all of the toys and games. I highly recommend this home!

So much for all of us to do and plenty of room for the entire family! Close to the pool, close to the parks and with the valet service to the lake, it was easy to get there as well. The kitchen was well stocked also and we cooked every meal at the house. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down together and enjoy each others company. Will definitely be back!!
