I find the evaluation very unfair for the following reasons: 1 / Contrary to what Anthony says, the pool is very well maintained and as proof Anthony arrived on Saturday, the pool was perfect. The previous travellers coming from another platform, evaluated us with 5*. This was Anthony's second visit and he knew the house and our level of cleanliness well. It is true that Anthony had a problem with a green pool for 3 days. The cause of this phenomenon has nothing to do with the maintenance and can happen under 2 conditions: A/ Intensive use of the pool, which was the case and is obviously quite normal. B/ Heavy acid rain. The acid rain caused the pH to drop abnormally and given the high outside temperatures, the pool turned green. Obviously, reversing the process takes some days. Our neighbours had exactly the same phenomenon 2 weeks before. It should be noted that the Jacuzzi remained available as it was completely covered. (which is impossible with a swimming pool) Contrary to what Anthony says, we did not remain indifferent to the problem of the pool, we offered him a voucher worth 700 euros on a future booking, which he did not accept. Anthony had originally booked our house for June 2021 and asked us to change the booking to October 2021 at the last minute. Theoretically and according to the Home away rules, he would have lost his entire trip, i.e. more than 2000 eur !!!! Commercially and kindly, we agreed to change the dates with a compensation of 593 eur proposed by Anthony. There was no question of a refund but we made the following proposal: If his week in June was re-let, we would reimburse him the full amount of his allowance, i.e. 593 euros. This was not the case. This commercial gesture was obviously quickly forgotten by Anthony. If we had to do it again, and given Anthony's bad faith, we should never have agreed to change the dates in June

A causa del Covid, no pudimos movernos tan a menudo como es normal precisamente para asentar los detalles y los acabados Te dije que estaría allí el 17.06 para tu llegada pero desgraciadamente no pude salir con el avión por culpa de Covid (tuve que estar allí 2 días para arreglar los detalles) La plancha está presente, deberías haber preguntado a Jeanette. El agua del jacuzzi se puso 1 día antes de su llegada. (Por eso me sorprende este comentario) Las bombillas son todas de LED. el horno no está conectado. le comunicamos esta información por mensaje antes de su llegada. La electricidad adicional sólo está relacionada con el uso del jacuzzi. ( temperatura demasiado alta permanentemente). El precio para 4 personas o para 6 personas es el mismo ya que utilizas toda la casa (tu reserva era para 6 personas). El precio que has pagado por 6 personas es de 55 eur por noche por persona, personalmente no me parece muy caro. Le deseo lo mejor para el futuro. Maxine
