Villa with a stunning view of the sea. Great pool, well equipped kitchen with grill. Nearby the Coveta Fuma Tram-stop from where you can easily go to St Juan beaches or Benidorm/Alicante.Recommended!

Celso was super helpful during our stay. The property is exactly like the photos. Filtered water from the tap was a bonus. The tram was super convenient and cheap, we used it most days even just the 3 stops to El Campello town centre. We also traveled to Alicante, although it can get busy at nights. Check last tram times as the evening service stops a little earlier than we though (10:30pm from El Campello?) considering you normally eat out later in Spain that the UK. The local beaches are not very nice, but El Campello is good. Restaurants within 15 mins walk were ok, but El Campello offered far more choice and better quality. Bear in mind there are a lot of stairs to this house and very steep hills in the walk to the tram or the village centre, fine if you are relatively fit (we ranged from 66 years to 28 years) but a challenge otherwise. Good car parking so if you hire a car, as we did, you can drive many places anyhow. We had a great time here.

Lovely villa – great communication from the host

The villa was lovely and suited us just fine for our stay. The host was excellent at communicating with us right from the moment we booked, which made everything really easy. While the property could use a bit of updating, it had everything we needed and was a great base for our trip.

Nice and quiet place

Great service from the host. House holds a high standard and is located in a quiet place just a few hundred meters from public transportation. Near the beach and restaurants.

Luxury in El Campello

Absolutely stress free booking with Celso via HomeAway, villa was wonderful with all mod cons pool was fantastic location was ideal although on a steep hill the up side of this are the great views. We are already considering booking a return visit, cannot recommend highly enough.

Beautiful property, well laid out with great support from our Host, Celso. The only complaint was the absence of AC in the 4th bedroom. It has a fan, but everything else was marvellous

Fab house as described (or even better) Bedrooms all on the same floor so ideal for families. 4 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a double bunk bed too. Air con in three of the four bedrooms (we didn’t need it as we were there in October) lots of places to eat and sit inside and outside. Table tennis was a bonus for the kids and adults. Very clean throughout. Host really good, great communicator.

Family holiday

Absolutely stunning Villa with so much space. So well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Only one thing is the hill but it kept us fit!! Would certainly visit again as we didn't want to leave. Sun sets and rise are beautiful. Thank you once again.

Amazing 11 night stay

An amazing spacious villa, large pool and comfy beds. Plenty of utensils and other household items. The hills are quite steep but we was able to walk ten minutes to the square and local one supermarket although this was tiny. Just one issue it wasn’t 10 star rating for cleanliness. Overall excellent place and villa and would highly recommend

The villa is just wonderful. Eight of us stayed here very comfortably. There is a lovely large main living area next to the open kitchen, which has exits to large outdoor spaces. One with a dining area and bbq and the other to seating area and steps down to the pool. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms (one ensuite). And there is an outdoor space (with an outdoor shower), that is more shaded than the one above.So there is plenty of space to either be together as a group or have some quiet time away.The villa is located quite high and therefore there is a hill to navigate for when you want to pop to the local shop (10 minute walk) or the tram station (also 10 minutes away), But on the plus side the views are great. Trams go to Alicante one way and Benidorm the other, which is very useful, however, they were quite busy and can take 30-40 minutes.The kitchen has everything you might want - very well appointed.The only minor point against this amazing place is that the air conditioning struggled a little - especially in the heat in August (and the ceiling fan in the living room wasn't working when we were there). And one of the bedrooms does not have air con at all.The local beach was not the prettiest (more mud than sand) and the town centre was quite sleepy, however, El Campello (2 tram stops away), was great and worth a visit.Communication with the host was great. Very responsive and helpful.Overall a great place to stay.

Highly recommended house fully equipped with whatever you need. Nice pool area and house located close to 3-4 very good restaurants. Tails in pool area slippery when wet, so be careful with kids running around. Very please with overall with the house, thank you

Well equipped and very comfortable villa

Great views, very peaceful location. Small "corner" shop just 5 min walk with limited stock but does have essentials ie milk fresh bread eggs. The beaches, bars and restaurants 10 min walk. The area is hilly so not suitable for someone who is mobility challenged. The villa itself is very comfortable and very well equipped and the agent answered any queries we had within 15 mins and was very accommodating. Would highly reccomend

Oh that damn hill

wonderful villa very well equipped even down to plasters could have done with bigger toaster (2 slice for 10 people !) and instructions for washing machine in English I know I should learn Spanish ! Only down side that damn hill from back entrance gradient !!! could not use front entrance no car shame the shop /bakery was no longer open

Supernöjd!

Fint boende. Nära till Tram:en för att ta sig in till El Campello och den fina långa badstranden men även till Benidorm lr Alicante om man så vill. Biljetter löses enkelt ombord på tåget. Backen upp till huset är brant. Men inte så farlig som många beskriver givet att man inte har problem med att gå. En mkt tillmötesgående och ansvarig för boendet löste ankomsttider och utcheckning på ett fantastiskt sätt. Givet att förtsättningarna finns förstås. Man kan dock bli debiterad för extra elkostnader om man använder för mkt el. Väldigt nöjd med allt.

Séjour très agréable

Une maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée (c’est agréable d’avoir notamment tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner), la pièce de vie est très bien agencée et décorée avec une belle vue sur la mer et les alentours. On se sent chez soi ! La literie est confortable. Nous avons bien profité des terrasses qui sont très conviviales avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Le quartier est très calme, à 5 minutes du centre ville de El Campello Celso et son collègue sont très disponibles et efficaces. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable dans cette maison et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour au top !!!

La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons souvent loué des villas en Espagne mais celle ci donne vraiment l’impression d'être chez soi. Vaisselle et couverts en quantités plus que suffisantes, appareils électroménagers au top... toutes les petites choses du quotidien sont présentes. Nous avons passés 15 jours merveilleux dans la région. Celso ( le gérant de la maison ) est très accueillant et disponible à tout moment. Une épicerie et des restaurants à 10 min à pieds, une ligne de Tram qui permet aussi bien d’aller sur Benidorm que sur Alicante avec une station à 5 min de la maison. Une seule chose qui n est pas stipulé sur l’annonce c est la consommation d’électricité maximale comprise dans le prix ( 200 kw semaine et donc facturé au delà ). Attention du coup à l utilisation de la clim car cette dernière est une grosse consommatrice!!!
